Can't go wrong here. I walked right up, he stopped what he was doing to greet me and inquire as to what needed doing. My purpose was twofold - a battery in a Bulova and a band adjustment on my Invicta. I was quoted a price and a time estimate. Price for both to be done was less than $15. He estimated 20 minutes for the work. He met both. Can't underscore enough how oddly important it was to me that a watch repairman estimated the correct time to get the job done. Liked the price but never got to use the service. WARNING: Went into the Sears and mistook the watch reapir inside Sears for Watchland. Nice old gentleman provided excellent and quick replacement of watch batteries but paid triple the amount quoted by Watchland. So be aware, make my mistake your gain. I am gentleman of my word so paid the agreed amount but now wiser for it. Good thing, I don't replace watch batteries too often. Merry Christmas. read more

The owner of the booth is a great person to do business with. He is patient and empathetic. I took my Seiko and Citizen here. He allows you to bring your own watch band and have it installed for $5. And for bracelet sizing, he charged me $7 to get my watch tailored to my wrist size. I received a wooden-style watch as a gift and needed to get it re-sized. I called watchland ahead of time to see how much it would cost. The price quoted was $7, which was more than reasonable. Other stores quoted me above $10. Watchland resized my watch in about 10 minutes and were kind enough to do the re-sizing at $5 without me even asking for a discount. Found Watchland on yelp they had the highest number of ratings in the area. It is a kiosk in the orange mall next to the pet store and Sees candies. Jack was able to size two of my watches a Nixon player and a citizen Eco drive. He was very professional and courteous and offered a yelp discount. My son was a Hugo Boss watch that had a broken crystal. I went to several watch repair shops from Huntington Beach to Tustin. All said that they would need to send out for repair. I asked these shops for a price range to repair and I go $50 - $200. My last visit was Watchland in the Village at Orange Mall. Jack said $25 to fix and promised a week turn-around. That was this Saturday and on Wednesday he called me to say my son's watch was done. I picked it up today (Thursday) and paid $25. I woud highly recommend Jack / Watchland from any location in Orange County. I had to take the time to write this review. These guys are beyond awesome. Their service is impeccable, their work very professional, and their pricing even better. I stopped by to have them put in a new battery in my Swiss Army watch. It's roughly a $450 watch and I've had it for over 10 years now. Jack was the individual who helped me, and in less than 5 minutes and $8.00, I was out of there. This has been my 3rd time using these guys, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Four of my friends took my advice and agreed with my recommendation. I do have to say that I did go somewhere else the first time, and was completely ripped-off. Funny thing is that this shop was in the same mall, and charged me $25 for the battery. The shop is called J&C Creative Design and Jewelry Repair. Stay away from these cats because they are the definition of crooks. I'm sorry, but such a disparity in pricing says it all. Awesome service. They really have a passion for watches and love what they do. Great service and will go out of their way to keep you happy. I went in and right away he helped me out, even though he was swamped. After a little wait, he took care of the new band. The guy adjusted my watch for $6! Everywhere else charged me around $8-10. The band of my watch was more complex which is why other repair shops wanted to charge more. I went here because of the one good review. It is in the mall, I walked up the guy was very nice. I needed a new watch sized. He asked me some simple questions, signed me up for a frequent customer program and had my watch resized before I knew it. Only $6 which is cheaper then other places I've been. Needed to have my Rolex serviced (first time since getting it 27 years ago). Was a little skeptical not taking it to a Rolex dealer, but saw some great reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try.
