This was the last time I'll be coming here for water. My family used this place regularly when my dad was alive, so this experience was especially disappointing. Years ago, we purchased several of their punch cards, and I still had almost five left -- about $50 worth. I decided to use them today when I went to fill up my water bottles. After I started filling them, I asked the employee if they still accepted the cards. She looked at them and immediately said no because they were "five years old." She then asked me if I thought Kohl's would honor a seven-year-old gift card. Considering there was no expiration date on these cards, I honestly believe that comparison was unfair. What upset me most was the way the situation was handled. She took the cards out of my hands and said, "I'll just keep these and you can take the water." In the end, I essentially paid over $40 for 9 gallons of water that had technically already been paid for years ago. I even offered to pay for the water at that moment, but she repeatedly refused while keeping the cards. The entire interaction made me feel as though I was being treated like I was doing something wrong, when all I was trying to do was use prepaid punch cards with no expiration date. Unreliable hours. Some days they are closed due to whatever reasoning. Checked the hours and it says closed at 5pm. I got there at like 4:21pm and the girls that's in there turned off the open late and put the closed sign at the door and just walked out. Why say close at 5pm if you're going to close whatever time you feel like it. Might as well say open til whatever time we feel like it. This is the 3rd time I get there and they are closed on days/hours that they are supposed to be open. read more

They charge the customers their own merchant fees when paying with a card. When I asked about it, the owner lady gave me an attitude saying well it's either that or she would raise prices. It's water!! Lol Anyway, she's rude and a horrible business person. I'll be finishing out my pre-paid cards, then never giving her my money again. read more

The water and ice here are very pure. The water quality test results are on the white board. They sell Thrifty ice cream, soda pop cans, coke, pepsi, a healthy cookie, and water bottles prefilled with clean water. There is a drive through if you don't want to get out of the car. They fill the water jugs up for me and put them in the car. The owners care about their business and the customers. They also sell ice blocks. They are closed on Sunday, but there is a dispenser on the outside. read more

The new owner is extremely rude, doesn't have any pricing up for anything at all and for the shaved ice it just tastes like water. So I think she just puts water in the flavoring. We also got bagged ice and it tastes freezer burnt, we asked the lady for pricing for everything as well and she was just so rude about it, tried to put the blame on us for her having her to go 10 feet to grab the pricing chart when she should already know what she charges for her product. I was never given my $0.97 but what ever it's better to not ask for it due to how horrible the owner is. If you like to be talked down to from a selfish person that extremely cheap and rude this is your place. read more

I thought it might have been a fluke when I saw the first employee of the store not wearing a mask, but when I saw the owner not wearing a mask, I knew it was a conscious decision by the proprietors. If you have no issues with no masks, go and enjoy. If you do have issues? You might consider skipping it and going to another place that takes it more seriously, which I will do. read more

Ever since the change of management, this place has awful customer service. I mean awful. I've had better customer service at McDonald's. I went up to the drive through area where they used to come out and get your water for you or at least, you know.. help a little? Nothing. So I walked in, and the lady was turned around with her back to the door and was too busy texting on her phone. So I started getting my water, and she continued texting without even acknowledging my presence. I almost walked out with the water without paying. But instead I finally asked her if she's the one I was supposed to give payment to. It wasn't until AFTER that that she finally got off her phone. I can't even give an A for effort. read more

Use to be a good place until they changed owners or management....now there's only two ladies who work there that only feel like helping with the ice cream/shaved ice part. Don't seem to offer help with carrying your water I've been there a couple times already and they never once offer any help...seems to me they need people that can actually lift....definitely gonna drive out of my way to go somewhere else from now on read more

Amazing customer service!! This was the fourth water and ice my family had been to. We had to keep switching because the water always tasted nasty our the place was dirty. This was a full service place. They not only filled all my jugs they also wheeled them out and lifted four full size jugs and four twenty pound bags of ice into our van. Customer service was wonderful!! We will definitely be using them in the future. Great job ladies!! read more

Always get my water here. Very friendly people. They always offer to rinse out my containers. They have great tasting water and sell water containers in multiple sizes. The best deal is the water card, you get 50 gallons for $10, that's 20 cents a gallon. If you eat sweets, I also reccomend the Rocky Road. read more

We have bought six bags of ice for five dollars for years. Great flavor! New owners do but offer six for $5. Still cheaper than most places. Problem is the quality of the ice. The bottom of the bags always takes like freezer burn even though I know it's fresh. Maybe the ice isn't made from purified water. Or the purification process the new owners use is different. All year long, I utilize their drive-up service to fill my water bottles, but in the summer this place becomes even more special because they make good shaved ice on the cheap (and offer so many flavors)! New owner doesn't honor previous owners prepaid water card. She did fill my water container for free. I came back the next weekend with change in hand. Enough to pay for my previous water fill and enough for the current fill. I had 5 quarters, a dime and nickel and 10 pennies so $1.50. She gave me back my change that I had in a snack baggie and said she didn't want my pennies. I am so confused. I dont know what I did wrong. I got out of my car, quickly and quielty put my change on a grey card outside the sliding door and drove away. I'm so sad. I wont be going back there though as it makes me very anxious on how I will be treated next time around. read more
