I have filed a third-party complaint with RC Wiley, and I filed a BBB report they are listed as a F business anyways for not responding to complaints. This is ridiculous. With all that said and done, you billed RC Wiley 1200, a brand-new washer. Instead, you billed them three times for service calls and then sent a huge bill which you knew would prompt them to replace my washer. This should have been done the first time you came. He told me to disconnect the dryer vent and run it ....then, let him know if I was still having an issue. My washer and dryer are on a platform that I could not move myself. I never called him back. When I called Special T's, Taunya answered the phone. I explained the issue and she was happy to help. She sent Chris out to analyze the intermittent problem. She also called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK if he came early. He disassembled the front of the dryer and checked everything out. He made some adjustments to max temperature. He told me if it continues to happen, it's probably a part that is only about $60.He was very thorough and polite. It is unfortunately rare these days for service companies to be responsive, professional and not try to rip you off. I highly recommend this place !

For context: I had two issues: (1) My GE dishwasher started leaking, damaging a good portion of the bamboo flooring around and in front of the unit, and (2) My newly installed Daikin mini split which stopped cooling/heating, just fanning air!. Fuse was in constant contact about appointments, and I was scheduled for the actual repair as soon as the parts came in. I give high praise to Andre. If I had been told upfront that the repair could cost this much, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Because I declined the repair, they still charged me a $100 inspection fee. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.
