Total Rip off They sent me out of the store with a heat extraction machine that did not work. Horrible customer service when i returned it.

So this may seem strange but I get giddy coming to this store... They have anything from cleaning supplies to selling floor cleaners carper cleaners ....the pic of the toilet cleaner is the absolute best.... if ya ever get those nasty rings.... boom gone, just dont mix it like I did one time with bleach.... Bleach is the main cleaning chemical used in my home, but please do not mix these two...OMG.... I did a d was starting to clean that toilet and couldnt breath for hours correctly... back to the store.... staff is friendly and helpful and once again products vary from home... autos ...boats for the residential cleaner like me to the professional that needs supplies... read more

I loved this place when it was mom and pop from Utah, two sisters, other family, they cared. I bought some supplies, rented a orbital sander, and paid for over $500 in concrete stain, changed up my ob and couldn't return the stain but they gave me credit for the supplies. Tried using it today and the guy wouldn't honor the receipt for credit that I'd kept the whole time... says "a new business took over. Sorry." He came up with a bu//$it compromise to let me take some window & leather cleaner that cost half what I was owed, pay for the rest if I wanted. Won't go back...don't like doing business with a dishonest place. read more

Can you imagine getting excited by a store that specializes in cleaning supplies, and equipment!? Well, I did. I stumbled on this place as I was exiting the CVS next to it, and I'm glad I did. I needed some leather cleaner and they had exactly what was necessary. The service was excellent from both the floor personnel and the cashier, who carefully schooled me on the right way to clean a leather sofa. They even threw in a micro-fiber cloth so that it all went well. Amazing how a small pleasure like this can feel so good. My sofa agrees. read more

Clean-Mart is absolutely great! Their new store is fantastic. And the staff is extremely helpful and nice. April was wonderful, I rented a professional carpet steamer last weekend from them. And she made sure that ALL my needs were met. Not only was the steamer better than any other I have ever used, bought or rented. But this thing made my carpets cleaner than when I paid professionals to do it for me. I had an issue, and Edwin totally made sure I was taken care of. The guy went totally out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied.. I honestly never met a company that takes so much pride in their customers being happy with their level of service and rental units. Really, I cannot speak highly enough about them! You earned a LIFETIME customer Clean-Mart!!!! PS: If you ever go there, and rent a carpet cleaner, you have to use the Watermelon sent stuff they have there. Use that with your carpets. This is the very first review that I have ever left for a business - EVER. That's how disgusted I am. For years, we have always picked up our supplies from Clean-Mart for our business, until my last visit when I was told that they have free local delivery over $150.00. Had an employee place my order online and imagine my SHOCK when I got the receipt this morning and learned that we were charged almost TWICE the amount of our order for shipping!! We are literally less than 3 miles away from the store and ON THE SAME STREET!!! You would think that someone could've picked up the phone and let us know since we've been such loyal customers. Nope. So I called the store and was told that they do the free local delivery if you CALL IN your order. Nowhere does it say that on the website, I was never told that by the woman that informed me of the delivery service either. At any rate, I call Clean-Mart and am told that there was NOTHING that they could do to help. Even of they would've given us in-store credit for a portion of the shipping, I would've been completely satisfied - but oh no - NOTHING. It's one thing to have good products, but it's all about the customer service for me. I will be telling anyone and everyone what terrible customer service Clean-Mart has and discourage patronage as much as possible. read more

Bought vacuums from them and they could not ever get the parts for repairs, do not stand behind there products, family owned but not family oriented.
