Wow - blown away by this place. First of all, came in off the street - the hostess was so sweet and was able to seat us right away despite having a larger group. We were seated with a nice view and our waitress was so so nice, she told us all the specials and talked us into some oyster shots - which were surprisingly outstanding. The drink I got was using a pea infused vodka which was unusually refreshing and I mean, look at that presentation For the food, whitefish dip was also unusually good. The best thing was the steak with potatoes and carrots. The other star of the show was the sweet potato. I had high hopes for the pasta but unfortunately was a little let down , I liked other things more than this entree. Overall, I was to come back to this place I liked it so much. Ambiance, food and service all on point.

Been going to this restaurant since it opened. Great food, terrific service and wine list. Continues to be one of the very best restaurants in Door County. Creative menu. Terrific views and sunsets! Great outdoor space to carry out and enjoy a cocktail.

Probably the best dinner my wife and I have ever had in Door County. Beautiful dinning room with lots of windows overlooking the marina and bay. With some very nice outdoor seating. (Make your reservation time just prior to sunset. So you can take in the beautiful views.) Highly recommend our server Benjamin.

The view here is absolutely stunning! The food is good and the service was very nice. The crowd here is a bit on the older side, which isn't bad but notable. I'm not a fish eater but had the pappardelle as that was noted to be a special... the sauce was lacking and the pasta was overcooked.

I ate in the bar as the restaurant was full and I didn't have a reservation. The service was fantastic from the busy bartenders. I highly recommend this great restaurant! Be sure to have a reservation and you may want a windows seat as this restaurant is on the waterfront.

We've been here several times in the last couple of years and everything has been fabulous! My husband has had some of the best oysters here and we've enjoyed all of the entrees we've tried. JJ and Kristi really have a gem here!

A reservation is a must even on a weeknight in mid-October. We got seated promptly in their lovely dining room. Earlier in the summer I am guessing the outside deck and the view would be an added attraction. I had seen on their website that they had a Mai Tai so I ordered that but they did not have it since it was a "summer drink". Very disappointing and a bit strange. We started with the lobster bisque - it was unbelievably rich and delicious. I wish the bowl was bigger but that may have not been good for my health! My wife ordered the crab cakes, which was a small plate, which she really enjoyed. I got the small plate smoked salmon which was tasty. The potato chips as a side was a bit odd but good. I took the bait and got the maple creme brûlée with a side of candied bacon for dessert. It was pretty darn good. Overall we had a great experience and a great meal.

Food was good, bartender (ahead of being seated) was great, atmosphere was good. Service was SLOW and inattentive. There were multiple times where we waited 10-20 minutes with no food or drink in front of us. No one ever followed up for additional drink orders outside of the first. After about 1 hour & 10 minutes, I flagged down a bus boy and asked them to find out why we still hadn't gotten the main course. They said we were behind a big table and it should be about 5 minutes. 5 minutes later I flagged down my waiter and asked what was up. I was told that it was my fault for asking for our focaccia, appetizer, and main course to be spaced out. (the only options that were given were to have all items at once or spaced out) At this point I asked for a manager. The manager (owner) came out hot, acting like the soup guy from Seinfeld. He had the waiter repeat what she told to me earlier and when I tried to interject, told me to stop and listen to her. I reiterated that at this point we'd been there for over an hour after being seated (late) (also at this point it was almost and hour and a half since being seated) and that it was unacceptable to still not have been served the main course, whatever their excuse was. There were at least 3 servers, and not over 20 tables in the entire place. Instead of offering anything at all to make up for it, acknowledging any of the issues, or least of all apologizing, the owner told the waiter to "get us out of here". The waiter wound up bringing the entree in a bag and the check (including the entree) to us. I had to demand I wasn't, at all, paying for the entree in order to get it removed from the bill. (I left it on the table) The bottom line is that, the entree could've been the tastiest dish in the world, but this place doesn't deserve your patronage.

We decided to aim for a late lunch here since they tend to fill up during traditional lunch hours and then ramp up again for an early dinner crowd. 2:30pm on a weekday was perfect. Only a few tables were filled inside with more people outside on the patio, but it looked like there was still room there too. They have great beer selections including local draft choices. I had a local hazy IPA that was excellent. We shared a cherry, goat cheese and walnut salad which was delicious and definitely plenty for two. We went with a 16 inch sausage and pesto pizza which was excellent and the housemade sausage didn't disappoint. Leftovers were delicious cold the next day. Service was good and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The kitchen is open so you can watch the team tossing dough to make the pizzas. Parking is usually not too hard to find along the main street through town.

Her warmth and friendliness was matched by the staff who made our dining experience so comfortable. We were promptly seated and received outstanding service. Chicken was flavorful; salmon was perfect; the pasta was 4 star. The food was so good that we even ventured into a dessert (rare for us). We tried a lemon cake with glaze and VERY fresh strawberries; it was wonderful. A small restaurant that is a gem and well worth it. An outstanding dining experience. This restaurant is definitely on the smaller side but it has such the cutest charm! I ordered the Salmon Piccata with a side of Caesar salad, and pasta with oil, garlic, and butter. The Salmon Piccata was perfectly cooked; however, I wish it had a tad more seasoning (maybe a tad more salt or simply lemon juice) since I truly had to rely on the capers for any acidity. The Caesar salad has to be one of the best I've ever had--it honestly had the punch of lemony boquerones. If you truly love anchovies, I highly recommend ordering it with some extra anchovies! Lastly, the pasta was just as expected, but it was still delicious! Pro tip if you order the salmon piccata: dip the pasta in the lemon and white wine sauce--you'll thank me later!
