I believe they have changed their name to Southern Oregon Home Renovations now. They claimed to do…read morework all the time in Albany, but then basically hired a lowball guy from here to do the concrete and framing, and left us to languish for months. They were very unresponsive to messages, had no clue whether the work was actually getting done, didn't come to check on the quality of work, didn't bother to look for subcontractors until they were needed, seemed to forget most of the things we told them, and had no clue what a schedule is. They complained about us being so far away from their home base in Roseburg (why did they take the job?). The job started in June, and we finally were able to move back into our master bed/bath at the end of January. They are slow to pay their bills (for instance, the framing was delayed for about three weeks because they didn't pay for the materials). When subcontractors came to do work, I had to be the one to tell them what to do because our contractor was MIA. When the glass we wanted wasn't available, they ordered something completely different without consulting or telling us. The wrong glass just showed up after waiting for weeks for it. The floor in the bathroom we added on is too low. This is just a partial list of the things they messed up, some of which we just have to live with now. Every little thing was a battle. They wouldn't bother to call, text or email to tell us when they were coming back. At one point we believed they were finally going to install the interior of our new bathroom, so we moved out of our room. Hadn't heard what time they were coming by the weekend before, so we messaged to ask. Oops. They weren't coming for two more weeks and didn't bother to tell us. This sort of thing happened repeatedly. The sad thing is, they don't seem to realize how bad they are. We were really patient for a long time, but by the end we just wanted them to leave and never come back. Unfortunately, the exterior of our addition isn't painted yet, and there are a few things they still have to fix, so they aren't out of our lives for good yet. Save yourselves the grief, and get on a waiting list for a reputable local contractor.

Their installer was here on a weekend just to get our shower in. Very nice and professional, knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done. I would recommend Bath Planet of Southern Oregon to EVERYONE. You will not be disappointed at all. Great product, Great prices and GREAT PEOPLE.

Let me take you back because this right here might've been one of the coolest, most unexpected…read morenights of my life. So I roll up to Onsen Hourly Hot Tub & Sauna Rentals like a man who's got it all figured out swimsuit on, towel in hand, probably standing there like I'm about to give a safety briefing. I open that door... and instantly realize I am wildly overdressed for the occasion. Steam hanging in the air, candles flickering like we're in some low-budget romance film, and not a single person concerned with formalities. Just laughter, music, and that free-spirited, slightly janky charm of 30 years ago when nobody cared if things matched they just cared if it felt right. And those girls? Oh, they clocked me immediately. You could see it in their faces half amusement, half "we're about to fix this situation." There's some playful teasing, a little splashing, and next thing you know, I'm being coaxed into the tub like it's some kind of initiation ritual. I'm pretending to resist, holding onto what little dignity I had left, but let's be honest that ship had already sailed the second I walked in dressed like a lifeguard at a party that clearly didn't need one. Before long, it turns into full-blown chaos in the best way. People laughing, trying to pull me into the water, glow sticks getting tossed in like we accidentally invented a neon hot tub rave, candles lining the edges, and yeah someone passes around a little herb like it's part of the ceremony. It wasn't fancy, it wasn't polished heck, it was a little rough around the edges but that's what made it perfect. It felt real. Like one of those nights you couldn't plan if you tried. And somewhere in all that between the laughter, the steam, and me finally giving in and joining the madness I remember thinking, this right here is something I'm never gonna forget. Not because it was wild, but because it was genuine. Pure, unfiltered fun with zero pretense. What blows my mind is coming back all these years later... and realizing you can still tap into that same energy. Maybe you're a little older, maybe a little wiser (debatable), but the spirit of the place is still there. The hot water, the open air, the freedom to unwind your own way responsibly, of course but still with that same spark that made it special in the first place. Some places change. Some places lose their magic. This one? Still got it.

The hot tub looked rusty in spots and stained and the jets only worked on the right side except for one weak jet on the left. When we let the front desk know, they just said, "we'll look into it tomorrow," and thanked us for telling them. I thought they'd at least apologize for the sub optimal condition or maybe offer a discount on a future visit, but no.

I had paid them $9995.00 and I was a little disappointed, but the transaction was done. They had to order me a cover, and it took Forever to get arriving on October 2nd. on June 26th they came out because the spa was leaking. They said they couldn't find the leak but to keep an eye on it. I had a cement pad put in to sit the spa on when it was delivered and I could tell that the spa was leaking from the drop in the water level plus I could see the concreate was wet even during very warm weather with no use of the spa. when they came out to deliver the cover, I showed them the concreate and the leak, they said that the leak must be in the very middle of the tub and to keep an eye on it. They have been out to my house 4 times total including setting it up to adjust the cover lifters and install cover, they have never addressed the leak. They just keep telling me to keep an eye on it . The tub also has bubbles on the swim end at the bottom. that research tells, me is delamination. I haven't even mentioned that to them as they are non-responsive at this point. They have waited me out because now May 2026 the warranty is over. In November of 2025 my boyfriend called them to go out to fix his spa. They went and looked at it and said they would order the part. 2 months later in February 2026 They were called and replied with , oh I guess we missed that. we will order it and let you know. it's now 6 months later and no response. I won't ever recommend this company. In fact yesterday a friend posted on face book if anyone knew a good spa company and I responded with " dont use Accent spas"

We have left several messages including a message left yesterday, December 7. 2024, which is a Saturday. We have not been called back. We have been told that our warranty cover is "supposedly to be shipped back with the next order coming from their hot tub lid vendor. Our hot tub styrofoam lid is filling up with water because the foam is no longer connected by the fabric cover. Our water in our hot tub is not staying clean because rain water & debris are getting in This is absolutely unexceptionable customer service I don't like having to resort to complaining on a public forum but we have communicated multiple times with no resolution. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau is our next step

Outstanding service and attention! Apparently they are under new ownership…read more My old fireplace bellows finally crumbled in my hands from years of service. Driving around and calling proved useless as the only bellows we found was almost $300!! It was gorgeous though, but too beautiful to use. Finally, Home Depot Customer Service recommended this small mom and pop shop. I'm so glad they did! We called them and yes they have bellows. We drove over and were greeted with a smile. I was stupefied to think I'm going to a sewing and vacuum repair for a bellows?!? What?? Uhh, okay, then I might go to a burger joint looking for a car wash?? ... Jokes on me as this place has it all! Yes, they have loads of sewing and vacuum equipment, supplies and repairs, plus they have a beautiful selection of pizza ovens and outdoor barbecues. There was one pizza oven in particular that really caught my eye. This beauty would go well on my patio deck next to my smoker. It runs on either wood or propane and is assembled on a really nice frame with shelving. It can do fairly large pizzas as well. Other areas of the store surprised me as there was also a nice variety of wood and pellet stoves as well as a section for sewing and vacuum. I ended up with a nice quality bellows for less than $100 and a firewood tote that was made from recycled canvas materials and very sturdy. The store is clean and well organized with quality brand names. Staff are polite and friendly and they mentioned they are new owners. I would definitely go back for more supplies.

It has followed me to many moves, and has made clothes and gifts throughout the years. A few years ago, the button hole feature did not work. I took it to the center, and was told it was not worth fixing. So I just worked around its idiosyncrasies, and my husband bought me a new Brothers Machine. What a piece of junk! I hated it, and used my Viking as well as I could. Recently, I decided to at least have my old Viking cleaned, and took it in for service. A whole new crew--and THEY FIXED IT LIKE NEW!! I am SO HAPPY! And it was only a week to do, and reasonable rate. Can't say enough about the great service. Please support this business.
