I have a membership with Watershed Car Wash and it's consistently a great experience. It is usually not too busy if you go during the week, which makes the whole process quick and easy. The place is clean, well-maintained, and they offer plenty of vacuums and hand towels so you can take care of both the interior and exterior of your car. I went back one more time because I had a membership and I was thinking I will know for sure if it was this car wash that did the paint chips if there are more after I go the second time and sure enough there was. I filed a report with them and they said it wasn't them but it 100% was this car wash. It pains me to write this review, as Watershed genuinely started out as a great car wash. Having said that, if I could give them zero stars now, I would. For well over a year, I have had a family plan here (soon to be cancelled), which allows me to wash two cars per day. This means I have PLENTY of experience washing cars here. A few days ago, I ran one of my cars through their wash. During the drying portion, their dryer blew off both parts of my passenger side mirror cover. I called them within 15 minutes of it happening, and one of their employees told me he had retrieved the cover from the tunnel. When I went to pick it up, only one part was in the office. After much back and forth, their manager reviewed the video and said she did see the other part get blown off by their dryer, but that no one was able to find it. She went on to tell me that they are not responsible for their dryer blowing off a portion of my side mirror, despite the fact it occurred on their premises, was caused by their equipment, and she had seen all of this on video. Now, what bugs me so much is this: for the past year or more, Watershed has been charging my credit card $39 per month. The side mirror cover they are responsible for losing costs around $30. I am a business owner myself - if these folks had any idea how to conduct themselves, they would have offered maybe one month free, or to cover the negligible cost of the replacement cover. Instead, they decided to lose a customer and receive this review. There are plenty other car wash options up and down 620 - I highly recommend giving them a try over these guys. read more

Very disappointed. I have gotten a few upgrade emails to receive a ceramic wash at no charge. However , each time I try to use it the arm goes up and I'm unable to scan it. I went I to the 4 points office ( 620 -4 points). I asked Ceasar why I can't scan the upgrade. His reply. I have no idea. Maybe because you have a membership? No, watershed sent me the coupon. How can I use it? I can give you a coupon but I can get fired. I asked for managers card. ( business card). He had no idea what I was asking for. Ok... I am always so impressed with the staff at Watershed. About two months ago, my car broke down while I was drying off my car, and the staff went above and beyond to help make me feel safe and prevent my panic attack from the car problems. They tried to help me jump my car, and when that didn't work, they remained patient with me and the situation that was out of everyone's control. In the end, I came back and got a membership and honestly? It's been so worth it. 10/10. read more

When I called to complain the basically called me a liar and said that his guy ALWAYS tells people about the $45. He did not!! Iwould have never agreed to that. Entry and exit points are horrible. The attendants never leave enough room between cars and rush people through. I had worried for months that myself or my family would have issues here. But it is close and we keep coming back. Well, yesterday was the day. We had pulled into the wash and less than 30secs in we feel a jolt and everything stops. We look back only to see the trunk behind us touching our car. Granted, it was his fault for not putting the trunk in neutral fast enough (his words) but if the attendants left more space between cars this wouldn't have happened. Now we have a dented and scratched up bumper that we have to work through insurance to get fixed. Same thing will happen if not already at the exit when people have to apply the brakes before you can put your vehicle back in drive. The purpose of this review is mostly for the business owner. I really like this car wash! However, like most businesses especially ones that SHOULD be able to run smoothly and that don't have a lot of oversight by the owner, I think it's important for them to know that it seems the hours are incorrect. On the website, it says that it's open until 8pm but, on Google it says it closes at 7pm. I understand there's a difference in hours depending on the time of year. This location, closes at 7:35pm, I was told by the current employees tonight. It's too bad! There were numerous cars coming by to get a car wash and due to the cones put in place by the entrance, like me they couldn't. Maybe that's the rules here? I might be wrong but, usually when the website itself states a closing time, that doesn't mean it shuts down 25mins ahead of schedule. Aside from that, I usually have a good experience here and there's been great employees. The closing early part seems to have been going on for the past 5 months or so. read more

I'll start with I got dented....why give them 5 stars? Because of the quick professional way the manager took care of it. So here's some advice, a helpful hint of sorts. When the teenager at the entrance waves you in, count to 3 then proceed. He didn't intend to shove my car into the truck in front of me but that's what happened. I think this car wash is great! After you get your own car through the automatic wash, you drive into a covered area where you do the vacuuming and drying/wiping everything inside and out with the moistened microfiber cloths that they provide. I also bring my own window cleaner with me, along with a few of my own dry microfiber cloths made for cleaning windows. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. read more

I had a membership at this watershed location for several years but just switched to the steiner ranch location over a $12 billing dispute- I am very glad I made the change as the new car wash in Steiner is a much better value and the car cleaning is so much better than watershed - try both car washes out before joining and I think you will agree that the car wash in steiner ranch is the place to go read more

if you have a dirty car, you're probably better off doing a hand wash because once through will not clean your car properly. luckily we have a subscription for unlimited wash otherwise it would've have been a waste of money. read more

The ceramic wax car wash was awesome, the price was fair and it did a great job! There are always fresh towels to dry your car, and the vaccuums are great. They also have a sink to wash your mats and air blowers to get in the nooks and crannies. I love this carwash. read more

I signed up for monthly service. Five months later I get new car and and ask them to transfer account. I get cancer and I'm going through chemo and radiation not paying attention four months later I realize they are double billing me. I call to resolve and they were arrogant and rude and refused to refund my money. Do not trust these people with your credit card! read more

If I could give 0 starts, that's how I would rate this business. I purchased a membership at the time they opened to support a business in our area. I took my vehicle to get washed and and as I was exiting the car wash tunnel, I had to stop because there was a vehicle reversing from one of the vacuum parking slots. (Flawed design layout).There was a truck behind me and for whatever reason the sensors to the carwash equipment did not activate, causing the conveyor belt to continue running and causing the truck to run into my vehicle from behind. Reported the incident that day and the employees even made a comment that they knew this was constant issue. Several times their machines is malfunctioning and I have gotten stuck in the tunnel a few times. Should have been my red flag. Received a call from Levi and basically said too bad and that they would not be paying for the damage. I canceled my membership and will be pursuing it legally. Several of my family and friends have also canceled their membership. Take your business else where. A cheap membership ended up costing me more money. Don't ask to call you because I already did and you all did nothing. Levi told me to claim on my insurance. read more

Car guided into automatic washing area heavy to one side. On immediately toweling off car noticed large scratch on hood. Spoke to Manager who took details and said area manager would call. They did not. Called the office on 2 more occasions to be told by local manager that they hold no responsibility for damage. AskEd for area manager to call back to discuss further..... still waiting. Been going here for about 2-3 months with the unlimited membership. Was advertised as $19 but I'm being charged $25 which is weird. Anyways, this car wash is pretty harsh on your car. I had a car wash pass and up until today I was happy with the service. Yesterday 10-20-21 morning I took my truck through the car wash. When I got home later that evening my daughters asked what happened to the passenger door on my truck. I walked around to look at it and the paint was missing on the passenger door and rocker panel below. I took it back the next day and we watched the footage and it very clearly shows the side water pressure system take the paint off the door. The employee told the manager that they had turned the pressure down on it. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that there was a rock chip on my door even though there was no clear view of a rock chip but he claimed there was and they would not take responsibility for it. I am super OCD about my truck and there was no rock chip on it. Luckily I had touch up paint to hold it over until the body shop can get it in to repair it. Bad customer service and lack of taking responsibility for the damage is the reason for the low review. read more

As a business owner myself, not only do I want my car clean but I also want great service. A company that actually appreciates my business, as it should be. I'll start by saying that this car wash itself, is a Gold mine. Finally, someone created a car wash that thoroughly washes your car, thoroughly DRIES your car, and does it all in less than 5 minutes of your time from pulling in to leaving. I'm literally blown away at the business model, it's genius. Now on to the employees and service; The folks that work here are absolutely FANTASTIC. Always have massive smiles on their faces, are extremely competent, and incredibly friendly. I don't know what they're paying their employees, but they have retained some extremely high-quality people. I don't even live near the location, I live in Lakeway but I still signed up for a membership. A+++, if you're a business owner take a ride through this place and take notes. My second time to use this new car wash. First time the air pressure was not working and the new manager said he was going to get it fixed soon. No cleaning fluid to touch up the windows was a surprise since other similar car washes have self serve bottles. So I said, they are new and I will give them a second chance. Months later I returned and 3 of the towel containers had no clean towels to dry the car. Air pressure would not blow away a mosquito much less dust between seats. I've been coming here for about a year and I really like this place. You pay for the premium wash and gets wet towels, soapy brushes to wash off trunk inserts, pressurized air for detailing and reliable vacuums. It's a little crowded at times but would highly recommend. read more

I no longer have the car and don't have that number, so they conveniently lack any means to contact them on their website and just keep charging me. Best priced car wash in texas, period.

My family had a membership with this car wash and we had several of our cars use their service. Over a week ago, I entered the car wash and halfway through the wash, one of the washers that spins broke my drivers side exterior mirror assembly. I immediately went into their office to advise them of what happened. A shift supervisor by the name of Austin came out and saw the damage. He took photos with his phone and told me that I would need fill out an Incident Report and that the General Manager would get back to me. The General Manager NEVER CALLED me back. After several days of not hearing anything I returned to their office and an Assistant Manager by the name of Gabriel told me that the Carwash is not responsible for damage to Mirrors or Antennas. I asked him why would they require customers to fill out an Incident Report knowing they don't plan on doing anything about the incident? He wouldn't answer that. When I asked him why I didn't get a call from the General Manager, he didn't answer that either. When I told him to check the Cameras which proves my mirror was fine as I entered the wash and the camera as you exit can clearly show the damage the machine did, he stated that doesn't matter because we have signs that tell everyone that we are not responsible for damage to mirrors or antennas. He said if it becomes known to them, that several vehicles are all being damaged by something in the Wash and they can prove it's a malfunction with their equipment that they would take responsibility for those damages, however, since it's only one customer complaining, they don't take responsibility. That is completely absurd. This damage to my mirror is costing me close to $2000 and this business is not willing to take responsibility for what happens in their car wash. The Better Business Bureau needs to be made aware of how this company is treating its customers, because they shouldn't be getting a good rating by the BBB. I've since cancelled my membership with them and I strongly encourage that others do the same. They have cameras all over that building and they can see what damage is being done to vehicles, but they want to hide behind their policies to avoid taking responsibility for what happens in the car wash.
