Heres my review for one of Tyler and Brads companies that involves both of them: The most unprofessional (and I don't think it's a legit?) business I have ever dealt with. We had and above ground pool and were rushing to find a tech to service and this company popped up and their main point was that they were ready to get pools ready for 4th of July. They sent a tech out who was kind, but clearly very young. I had asked him to text me when he was on his way and never heard a thing. I had noticed the pool seemed not only dirtier, but I could not smell a hint of chlorine. I asked what was added via text and received unprofessional texts and then the tech showed up a few days later demanding payment and saying he was there to test the water. I asked who his boss was and he gave me a name, so I called the number linked to this yelp page assuming it was him. Nope! I had conversation with Brad who claimed he had no idea who this company was and who the 2 people that showed up were, but referred to them as "two little mexican guys". I sent the video of the tech at our door at 9 am demanding payment and saying he was going to go test the water and asked where I could send some sort of payment for time and energy from the techs who did come out - radio silence. I followed back up yesterday and Brad swore up and down he had no idea who the company was or who came to my home. Suddenly, I mention messages from Tyler. All of a sudden he knows who Tyler is. I asked him his relation to Tyler and silence. I told him others in my area had been visited by them and scammed - water dirtier than before and no chemicals added. I wanted to avoid writing a bad review and as soon as I told him that, he BEGGED me not to write a bad review. Suddenly, he's buddy buddy with Tyler and told him he was going to reach out and tell me what happened. Never got a call. I asked Tyler if this was his only business and he said yes. I found out from someone that this isn't even a legit business and Tyler just hires a bunch of random people to send out to "clean pools". So Tyler was straight out lying! In conclusion: Im 99% sure this company is a legitimate SCAM. Avoid it at all costs and make sure you let everyone you know with a pool, to avoid them as well. Tyler (or Brad) also owns a company that goes by Integrity Pools and 2 Brothers Pool and Spa , so be aware.

We were already working with an independent designer and just needed a contractor to build the pool. Working with an independent designer helped ensure apples-to-apples bids from multiple contractors, but caused delays during the permit process. From the time of permit approval, Dreamscapes did a phenomenal job and was our primary contact for the pool and landscape construction. Our Timeline: June 2021 - design & bids July 2021 - decision on contractor August 2021 - designer submitted drawings for permits February 2022 - permits approved, given to Dreamscapes March 2022 - Dreamscapes started construction August 2022 - Dreamscapes completed construction The Dreamscapes bid was the best value of the three contractors we had quote our design. Watching them work during the process, my guess is that Dreamscapes many years in the business has earned them a network of professionals who they rely on for certain specialty portions of the work - shotcrete and plaster in particular - as well as extensive in-house crews for tile, landscape and hardscape. This combination delivered incredible quality at a price point that beat out the other contractors by over 10%! During the project, Manny and Efrain were responsive and worked hard to keep the job on schedule. We had issues and a few delays during the project, but they demonstrated clear and effective communication the entire time. In spite of the delays (concrete, plaster, pool equipment), the project completed just 5 days behind the 5-month timeline they published to me at the beginning of the job - given all of the shortages and supply chain issues I was very impressed! Our project is only a little more than halfway done, and it's been marked as "archived" on the project management platform they had us using for communication (Basecamp). No one is answering our phone calls. Don, Diego, Manny... none of these guys are answering us, when before, we'd hear back within hours. Rumor has it that Manny, the owner, has moved to Mexico, but I have not been able to confirm this. Writing this, I'm trying not to vomit. Again, our project of doing a complete overhaul of our backyard is barely halfway finished and this company has ghosted us. It was too good to be true.

In any event I had what was thought to be a simple leak as the critter(s) chewed up a bit of my plumbing. Upon initial inspection Clark gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate. When he came out to fix my spa the problem was worse than expected. Not only did the critters cause more damage than initially thought it was a nasty mess underneath the spa. Clark went above and beyond to try to fix the problems but in the end I paid $500 to still have a spa that does not work! Although Clark is a very nice guy I worked with him in good faith and he promised to have the spa lifted, the leaks found, the spa lowered and then tested until each leak was fixed. This did not happen as he did not have adequate staff to perform this level of labor. In addition, there was a nasty mess left in my back yard, screws to my paneling all over the ground, cans from refreshments I provided left on my lawn and the paneling to my spa was left undone. As the job grew in scope the level of Clark and his staffs efforts left a lot to be desired! I guess, if the job is not a difficult one he is your guy but towards the end there were many missed appointments, a mess was left, the job was not finished and I still do not have an operational spa :( VERY DISSATISIFIED and I paid a lot of money for the pleasure! I guess in short, if the job is too big or if he did not have experience solving the level of work required he should have not taken the job!
