Incredible view and atmosphere on the rooftop of the One hotel. We enjoyed our food and cocktails and the lively rooftop vibes and fantastic views or the pool and beach. We will definitely come back next time we're in Miami! Check out the photos!

Watr was fun. But it's overpriced, the quality is OK, and the vibe is the most fun out of anything. Classic Miami Scene. But I wouldn't go into this expecting amazing food. The burger was overcooked. The lobster roll was very small.

Love a good rooftop restaurant with great service and drink options ! Went to celebrate my godson's high school graduation here. We were seated by the windows on a couch and our server Raul was awesome. All the dishes were fresh and very tasty.

The ultimate Miami Beach experience starts here! If you're looking to splurge on a delicious dining experience, look no further than Watr at the 1 Rooftop. This was my first time here, but my friend was raving about this place and wanted to treat me to dinner here to show me all of her favorite plates. We had a 6:30pm reservation and showed up a few minutes early and was able to be seated pretty quickly. The open air and ambiance was so lovely and peaceful. It was a little loud from the music, but overall a great vibe. Unfortunately there was a couple sitting next to us when we first got there that was heavy on their PDA and was aggressively touching each other, which made things weird and distracting lol but that's the Miami experience.... Right? We decided to stick with just waters for beverages (saving room for dessert) and started off with truffle fries and crispy tuna rice. The truffle fries were perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy. The tuna crispy rice was delicious, but such a small portion and I wish it came with at least 4 pieces rather than only 2. For mains, we did the miso cod and the watr sushi roll. I've never had a miso glazed cod before and I was extremely pleased with it. Very flavorful and perfectly paired with the broccolini. My friend doesn't like onions and mushrooms, so we ordered them on the side for me to enjoy. The watr sushi roll was perfect. It had tuna, snow crab, and shrimp tempura. It was one of the best sushi rolls I've had in a minute. We ended the meal with some mochi and the chocolate miso cake. The cake was out of this world. It had banana and chocolate flavors and it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. I would go back to Watr just for this cake tbh. The service was great and we had our waters filled and plates cleared at all of the right times. Validated parking is only valid for 3 hours, and we stayed a bit longer than that, so we ended up paying $65 for valet. Whack. Aside from the taxed valet, it was overall a great dining experience.

The views and vibes are impeccable. I loved the Sunset Kenuri cocktail and the Ora King Salmon Truffle Roll. Both standout choices that were the highlight of my dinner. The Chili Tofu fell a bit flat and dry for me, but overall it was a great meal with incredible views and excellent service. I would come back for a drink at the bar before dinner next time.

WOWOW!!! I had such an amazing experience here. If you have been to Level 6 and thought it was nice but too busy and too chaotic COME HERE! This is elevated dining. The dishes were all AMAZING. The drinks are strong and delicious. The sushi was fresh, the taste was EXPLOSIVE. The chocolate mousse cake was exquisite. The Wagu was tender and cooked to perfection. But really the service is what sets watr apart. Maya was absolutely amazing.. dare I say the best experience I've ever had with at a restaurant. You could see she enjoys what she does and loves people! She was kind, attentive, sooo informative and the best energy. If you are looking for a great view, good sushi, fun drinks, with amazing service and you are willing to spend a pretty penny then I definitely recommend watr! Also didn't have a reservation and was seated quickly!

Sitting on top of the 1 HotelSouth Beach is this gorgeous rooftop! The small intricate details is what makes this rooftop stand out. Right as you enter, there's a backlight of waves that shine over the signage. We decided to come here for drinks, but we did see some patrons sitting down for dinner/food. We got the- Island time 4/5 - it was definitely sweet and just what I prefer in my drinks Purple rain 3/5 - 100% my friend's vibe and something to make her tastebuds happy. No one was actually inside the rooftop pool, but I'm sure during the daytime there would be! Couldn't actually see the view of the beach since it was evening, but the pool + palm trees was the perfect vibe for our pre-dinner drinks!

The food and ambience were amazing here. The rooftop was nice but it was a bit windy at night. Service was good and food came pretty fast. Prices were also pretty decent too. I think only con I have for this place would be the hotel valet parking that costed like $65. Definitely recommend finding nearby parking instead.

WATR at the 1 Hotel is a beautiful rooftop spot with great views, a laid-back vibe, and thoughtful food. Executive Chef Juan Villa, born and raised in Nevada and of Mexican descent, brings a fresh, creative touch to the menu. We started with the salted edamame--simple but satisfying--and the Island Time cocktail, which was absolutely luscious: a tropical blend of Grey Goose vodka, coconut water, passion fruit, pineapple serrano, and lime. Refreshing with just the right kick. The chargrilled octopus came with seaweed salad, wasabi chimichurri, and pickled mustard. Our first plate was disappointingly lukewarm, but once we let our server know, they quickly brought out a piping hot one that made all the difference--tender, flavorful, and well balanced. My favorite dish of the night was the crunchy spicy tuna roll--spicy bluefin tuna with Japanese vegetables and tempura flakes. Crisp, fresh, and full of flavor. Service was friendly and responsive, and while the prices match the upscale setting, the experience was definitely worth it.

What a an ambience ! The views are spectacular. Service is excellent and the food was delicious zero complaints . Our server Edwin was prompt sharp and kept my drinks full. we did few apps . Everything came out fresh quick and was delish. It's located inside the hotel on the beach and highly recommend to dine in. Prices are reasonable and the food selection is pretty good. Lots of options . Cheers!

Beautiful, trendy patio with a fun, yet upscale vibe. The evening was cool so they had heaters and blankets, which was a nice touch. Service was very fast and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts and shishito peppers. Would come here again for sure.

It's always a pleasure coming to Watr at the 1 Rooftop. I absolutely love the vibe here the open-air layout and those beach views are everything! It's such a beautiful spot to just relax and enjoy the moment. The Japanese-inspired cuisine is definitely one of my favorites, and the food was really good but the drinks? Even better! Super refreshing and well-made. Highly recommend this spot if you're in Miami. I'll definitely be back again soon!

Fast service. Average food. Limited menu. The brussell sprouts were extra special with an umami flair. Breathtaking views.

    What is the dress code?

I would say casual but nice-looking.

Where can we park for Watr?

It's probably best just to valet at 1 Hotel.

Does Watr take walk ins or is it reservation only? Is there bar seating?

We were able to walk in. I'm not certain of their policy but we spoke with a nice staff member as soon as we entered the hotel and he opened the elevator for us.

So 18 and over is ok for outdoor seating?

    Yes!!!

Is this restaurant only accessible for guests older than 21? What if the guests above 18 do not order alcohol?

Happy hour clocks in at $12 for food, $12 for all house cocktails, $10 spritzes, and a flat $6 for all beer, which in Miami Beach feels almost suspicious in the best way possible. I kept it simple with an ice cold Peroni while my wife went for the Giardino 75, a gorgeous little spritz built on Empress Indigo Gin, St. Germain, mint, lime, and prosecco. She loved it. The color alone was worth the ten bucks, but it actually drank as good as it looked. For food we shared the Bolognese Grilled Cheese and let me tell you, this thing punches well above its $12 price tag. Thick cut brioche toast, griddled until the edges go deep golden brown, stacked over a rich slow simmered bolognese with cheese pulling through every bite. Dusted with parmesan and fresh herbs, plated with cherry tomato skewers that added a nice little pop of acidity. Comfort food dressed up for a night out. Service was attentive and easy, drinks came quick, plates came hot, and nobody made us feel rushed even sitting through happy hour. The room itself has that playful Sicilian energy with the Moor head planters and bright touches throughout, which fits the vibe of the menu perfectly. Would I make a special trip back to Miami Beach for it? Probably not from Fort Myers, but if you're already in the area during happy hour, this is one of the better values you'll find on the beach. Solid four stars. Good drinks, good food, great specials, and service that actually showed up.
