They had the best cost and committed schedule that they stuck to R.O.W. was great to have working on redoing our pool. The plaster was over 25 years and desperately needed to be redone. Mike Stegemann was great to work with, even when I changed a bit and added new light installation to the work. Originally our pool didn't have any tile above the water line unlike what is standard so tile was required. Mike directed me to Aquabella here near downtown Vegas which had a huge selection of tiles that worked out great. I was expecting that the basic tile selection would be limited, but it really wasn't so I was pleased I didn't need to upgrade and add cost which is what usually happens for us I was pleased to have the job done within 2 weeks. (10 business days) and the costs allowed me to go with the upgraded French Gray Pebbletec which looks amazing. Every employee was a R.O.W. employee so I didn't have concerns of working with any 3rd party contractor. Different crews for different steps which meant they were skilled in the required process whether it was the chip-out, tiling, or plastering. They always ended each day cleaning up around the pool which was a great plus to using R.O.W. Thanks R.O.W. for making this be such an easy and enjoyable process. And here's the incredible part... Leonard ended up hiring the very same person who originally built our rock formation two decades ago. How amazing is that?
