I've been a regular customer of discount tire for over five years and always satisfied. I come to this location because it's close to where I work. The facility is always clean and waiting area maintained. There is a clean restroom area and two water fountains out in the hallway. The technicians here are always knowledgeable and thorough with finding the tires you need for the best price explaining what's covered with the warranty/certificate. I called the store a few days prior and ordered two tires which they had shipped for free from a different location and called me when the tires were ready. They were able to confirm the slow leak in one of the tires had a nail in it. They quickly got the vehicle in for service, replaced the tires and completed a rotation. They told me it would be about under an hour however they completed the job within 30 minutes. read more

I went in with a sidewall leak and since I had purchased the Road Hazard Protection on my tires I was able go ahead and get all 4 tires replaced at a much less expensive price than I thought possible. We had a friend visiting fromAtlanta who ran into a curb and bent her wheel. We searched everywhere for a manufacturers rim including numerous junk yards. Never though about Discount Tire until another one of my friends mentioned them. Called and while they didn't have a manufacturers rim they had numerous choices of rims that would fit and at least get her home. Picked out a new rim that, mounted and balanced, cost less than what junk yards were quoting us. Had lunch and when we got back they were all done. If there were 6 stars I would rate them higher. I've come to this place before and had great service. This time was no different, however, something that I noticed is that not one person in the bay had on a face covering. I watched the gentleman get in my car and pull it into the bay with no mask. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and it's unfortunate that the Governor's direct orders are not being followed. Although this establishment offers awesome service, I personally don't feel comfortable with disregard to the orders that were put in place to keep them as well as the customers safe. read more

They handled the situation easily, answered all my questions and ensured I was completely satisfied when I left. I did make an appointment online to take advantage of the military discount offered on their website, Haley up front helped me with the online portion. When I arrived for my appointment, Sean checked me in and got me started from the front-end then techs Shawn and Tre did the work. They answered all my questions and did a great job. After almost 20 years of being a customer, this will be my last purchase. Unfortunately, the level of service has declined over the years and I'm going to take my business elsewhere. I purchased 4 new tires in April of this year and put 7,000 miles on them. I have a slow leak in one tire due to running over a nail. Unfortunately, Discount Tire will not repair the tire for free like they used to do and can only replace the tire. The tires are still under warranty but I would still have to pay $55 prorated even though the tire is STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I'm not a math wiz but the tire should be significantly cheaper than $55 based on the mileage and tread left on the tire. While waiting in the waiting area, I noticed the employees continue to upsell customers on things that were not necessary and take advantage of people who simply have to trust what the clerk is telling them. Almost every customer they spoke to had a bent wheel and the employees tried to sell them all new wheels when they simply didn't need them. Additionally, one employee criticized the 40000 mile tires and said that most people that buy them are back the following year. Why would you talk negatively about your own products or sell a product that you won't stand by? I made an appointment but this is also a scam because you still have to wait behind everyone that was there before you. Appointments do nothing as I waited over an hour to have one tire replaced. I used to feel like I was being treated fairly and dealing with an honest company but now I'm skeptical and will take my business elsewhere. I've emailed customer relations but do not feel anything will come of this. read more

I have already posted a review for this business, but I have to say I really love the service here. I had to drop my car off due to a flat tire. The tire was covered under their warranty and I also got a tire rotation (also covered). They finished quickly. They were nice and courteous. I didn't get back to the store until it was right at closing. They were still friendly and smiling. And much to my surprise, they had put the spare tire, the jack, and tools back in their spots. Came to this location because this is where I got my tire and have the warranty along with closer to where I was,had a simple job for them to do Monday April 9 2019 rotate tire and find out why my tire light kept coming on, great they fixed it didn't take long. Over the 11 years of having servicing and owning my vehicle I've never experienced my center wheel cap with the factory engraved name of the brand of the vehicle goes missing. The fact that I was tired and had to go back up there and of course I was told they put all of them back I think that's what tick me off and seem insulting and I immediately call that same day else maybe if wait I'm making it up, right I'm just boo boo the fool. I'm annoyed of driving back and forth. Now I have to wait for them to order me a new one along with inconveniencing my time for them to install it back into place.
