We've had Wave housecleaning come twice to our house, and we will have then again on a monthly basis. Booking is easy and convenient. The first time the cleaners came there were two women. They did a great job downstairs, but the upstairs bathroom could have been done better. The second time, only one woman came but she did a great job. Wave is reliable and convenient. I have used Wave 5 or 6 times so far and I am very pleased with them. All the cleaning people do a great job and are very nice, super prompt and very fast. The crew of 2 makes it through my 2200 sq. foot home in about 3 hours. And I see them doing things like dusting the sides of the stairs under the railing and removing cobwebs, etc, really getting every inch of the house clean. I am very picky about cleaning as I used to clean houses when I was younger and these people do a way better job than ever did. LOL The other thing I like is it's really easy to book with them. They know who I am, my address and have my credit card on file, so all I have to do is email, agree on a date and time and it's done. read more

I am very impressed with this cleaning service. From the get-go they have been extraordinarily professional, prompt and reliable. Having come from the opposite situation with unorganized, flaky, unprofessional cleaning people, my original impression just over email was wonderful. They even sent a confirmation email 24 hours before. I used to have to track down my flaky housekeeper and expect her to cancel last minute. My cleaner Elizabeth was prompt, affable, kind, efficient, and made my home look amazing. I am sticking with them and made a regular appointment. I had such a great experience with Wave! I signed up on a Friday evening (or maybe Saturday morning?) and I asked for an appointment for that Sunday, since it was an option. I honestly assumed that the system would give me a quote but wouldn't actually make the appointment for that same weekend. Yet someone called on Saturday to confirm my appointment on Sunday! (Did I mention it was also Mother's Day?) The cleaners arrived exactly on time and did an amazing job. One of them told me I wouldn't even recognize my bathroom when he was done with it, and he was right-- It was spotless. I was SO delighted, and it made such a difference to be in a clean house. They brought all their supplies, worked diligently for hours, and were so friendly. I have recommended Wave to just about everyone since then. It is worth noting that they seem to be a service that contacts different cleaning teams, which might account for inconsistent results among reviewers. I have had 2 appointments already with Wave House and just booked my 3rd. They send a different company every time, but I haven't been disappointment with either of them. I am sure you can request the same people over, but I don't mind since I always ask for different days. You get a discounted price as long as you book service at least every 30 days and booking is super easy. I just e-mail the people and they let me know what days and times are available and then I choose. They will also do their best to accommodate a certain day/time if you need it. Payment is easy and is charged after the service has been completed. No complaints yet!! read more

The past two times the team of Elena and Juanita have made my bathrooms and kitchen shine while eliminating dust from surfaces. They did a great job cleaning the place I was turning in at the end of my lease. They missed a few things on the initial cleaning and when brought to their attention the next day since I was not present for cleaning they sent a crew out that same day to correct. We hired wave to clean a one bedroom before moving out to leave the place clean and not have problems with our land lord. The people arrived in time and did the deep cleaning to my standarts. I am a bit obsesive compulsive with clenliness. They saved me the time I would have spent cleaning myself. Custumer service was excellent. Booking the appointment went smoothly and they were able to service my house the very next day. All communications were very clear and professionally presented. The two ladies to clean the house arrived on time and were ready to work right away. They both had tremendous work ethic and very pleasant personalities as well. They spent as long as it took to get the job done and I was even able to pay a bit extra to get my fridge cleaned and some other nagging chores I haven't got around to. I wasn't there while the cleaners were doing their thing ( didnt wanna be in their way) but when I got back home I was shocked! Never seen my place that clean since I moved in. What a great experience. Wave replied to my quote response in minutes, and gave me some great optional time slots for the very next day. The team was on time, looked professional, and cane with pretty much everything they needed. I was also impressed with their integrity. They found various change and even a $5 bill which they set out for me in plain site. I give 4 out of 5 only for a couple of areas of improvement: Overall the bathroom looked exceptional, but behind the toilet wasn't completed, as I found a bit of hair and debris. They were so thorough that they ended up being here for about 4 hours. I appreciated the hard work, but I needed to get to the airport so it was a little tight for me. I don't know if this is a standard, but they used several of my garbage bags. It's fine, but I was a little surprised given they brought so much of their own stuff. I had a great experience using wave house cleaning and I'm happy I gave them a try! My past cleaners were recommended by my neighbors and I used them for almost a year since they were so inexpensive and also very fast. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion I had come home to several broken items in my house and they never even let me know about the damage! I found Wave through my friends who have a gorgeous home up in Beachwood and use their service often. I do live a little out of their service area, but managed to convince them to make the trek. You are able to book your appointment online and apparently (friend says) they will even do same day bookings...amazing! I'm so busy with running my business/minor remodeling that I find it very hard to carve out time to do much housework. They sent out a two man team and their attention to every detail was greatly appreciated! When I got home I found the house spotless and most importantly nothing was broken!!! YAY!!! This is my first ever Yelp review, and I am writing now because I am so blown away by this company. I come from a long line of OCD moms who keep immaculate homes. And, while I have the eye of an OCD cleaner, sadly, I do not have the time to keep my own house up to these impossible standards. I clean my house each weekend, but quickly. Recently, there was some plaster work done at my house and the end result was that there was no longer any cracking plaster, but there was a good 1/4" of plaster dust left on every last surface of my house. In desperation, and with low expectations, I called Wave. Set an appointment for a Tuesday morning and went off to work with little hope. However, I came home to a masterpiece. Everything: perfect. The top of every book dusted. Knickknacks removed from window sills, sills cleaned and said knicknacks put back in place. Bathroom sparkling. Tops of picture frames dusted. Trash taken out. Dishes put away. Pristine. There's a difference between someone who goes through the motions and someone who genuinely takes pride in doing good work. This was so clearly the latter. I am, quite simply, amazed and grateful and slack jawed in disbelief. For someone like me, coming home to this was like waking up on Christmas morning to a house full of gifts. This is a review for an initial first time cleaning. I was really impressed by the team that cleaned my house. They were diligent and worked really hard to get all of the accumulated dirt and grease out. They meticulously wiped down my dusty dresser and with all of its knick knacks and costume jewelry. They vanquished the mountains of lint, cobwebs and dust bunnies. Almost every little crevice was attended to and I really appreciated their effort. I have used other cleaning services that would advertise a deep clean, but the reality fell short of that promise. This team was really amazing. when you're a "busy" person like me.. or what people like to call it which is actually more accurate.. let me start again.. when you're a lazy person like me.. piles of clothes and dirt tend to pile up.. my go to is, if I run our of socks I go buy more.. I don't have time to do laundry.. (that is completely false, I am just lazy) I called this place in the hopes they would have same day appointment, they did! I had them come our right away and they came out ready to take on this big expedition.. I thought it would have taken the ladies that came out at least six hours to clean this mess. I had a mess. I was wrong, it took them about two hours to clean the entire house.. Every inch was cleaned, I know! I didn't check but I know.. these ladies went ham in my home.. I only used Daniella and Jonathan temporarily to fill-in for my regular cleaning person, but I'm telling you, they were so good I seriously considered ending a 15-year relationship for them. I am soooooooo glad I found Wave House! They were so nice to squeeze me in, and were people I could trust. I have a 1 bedroom apartment, and they sent 4 people to clean!
