I was disappointed that after explaining that I was moving out of my apartment and needed a thorough clean, the maid told me she was done and left without allowing me to check the work before paying. My hardwood floors were still sticky and a few other items still needed attention. Apparently, the company automatically charges credit card on-file, without regard to customers' acknowledgement. Needed to clean up the place to show for open house. Found this place on yelp and went for a deep cleaning since it was the first time we were using their service. The communication with scheduling and administration part was great. We had 2 rooms and 3 bathrooms to clean and we also purchased the windows add-on for an extra $15. Two cleaners arrived on time. They were very nice and professional but it was hard to communicate exactly what we wanted done as they didn't speak English very well. When they completed the first bedroom/bath, they asked to go through their work to see if anything was missed so they can make sure they get everything. They didn't dust a lot of the doors and had to go back to that. The next time they asked if they missed anything was when they finished cleaning the place and they were already out side the front door with their cleaning supplies. They gave the impression that were ready to leave and I had to rush to do a quick run through of the house to so they can go. When I had more time to go through everything, they missed dusting a good portion of the kitchen and didn't do a good job of removing the water stains off of faucets in the showers or cleaning the tile. Whenever I've used professional cleaners, either independent or via a company I've always have a few "wow" moments where they got something cleaner than I thought it could be. I didn't have a single one of those moments here and much the opposite, on further inspection, could a lot of places where I felt they cut corners. Overall, I wouldn't consider this much of a "deep cleaning." I will surely not sure them again. read more

Had a really bad experience with this company. I'm surprised by the good review. I hired them for a deep cleaning service, had to clean up after them. It was like they powered thru the cleaning and paid no attention to details. Pretty sure they didn't even clean my kitchen floor, I could go on. Called and talk to the company about it, they offered to come back and clean my place for free, saying they are 100 percent guaranteed. I took them up on it. I left work early to let them in and then they failed to show up within the hour time frame they gave. They offered to come another time, after losing money from leaving work early and wasting my time, I decided against it. Not once did they offer to refund my money. read more

We found Wave on Yelp. I liked that they are a family owned business, and they had mostly 5 star reviews. I needed a DEEP clean desperately, and quickly, as I waited until right before we had out of town company coming and staying with us. I requested a quote at their website [which is very easy to navigate--with clear pricing and procedures] I heard back almost immediately, and luckily they were available when we needed them. A crew of two showed up during the time allotted [they ask for a 1 hour window] Alejandro and Arianna was professional, personable and extremely thorough. I showed them through my embarrassingly messy house, pointing out what we needed done. Two things of note: i have tile kitchen counters with white grout between the tiles. I grind coffee daily, and gave up on trying to keep the grout white ages ago and chalked it up to a losing battle. [used to use bleach pens] I even told Arianna not to worry about it if she couldn't get it clean, as I didn't think it was possible. It came out looking like new!! I couldn't believe it. Similar with our showers/tubs. We have prefab ones, and I was planning on at some point having them recovered, but not necessary any more. Alejandro had them looking brand new. I can't recommend them enough. On top of the wonderful service, the price was competitive and reasonable, especially considering the amazing job they did. I recently contacted WaveHouse about a deep clean for my house. The booking process was pain-free and attentive, we arranged a time for the following day. Elizabeth arrived promptly and was very pleasant. Importantly, she was also diligent, finding grime and dust in places I hadn't even thought to ask her to clean and when she left, the house was the cleanest it'd been since we moved in. Our house is almost all hardwood floors and they had become dull and grimy; they are now lovely again. I am certainly pleased enough to have already arranged a regular service. read more

Luckily for me and all of you that like to have a clean house, Juan Alvarez, owner of Wave House Cleaning followed up with me to see if he could fix the situation. The two people who came did a great job. I got the initial "deep clean" they call it. I had to ask them to mop a bathroom floor and the floor in one room (maybe they got overlooked, I'm not sure). But they were great, asked if there was anything else I'd like done, I pointed out that they hadn't done the floors and they did them right away. :) would highly recommend but just keep on top of what you need because on the phone i was told two cleaners, only one showed up to clean. But again, as soon as I let them know the deal had been two cleaners one of them stayed to clean. So I feel in that way they went above and beyond to make sure the customer was getting what they wanted :) read more

First, Daniela is amazing with customer service. She sets up appointments promptly, responds to emails with lightning speed, and is always super-friendly. My cleaning team was simply awesome. Our place was in a sorry state, to the point where we told them to just ignore certain areas since we considered them beyond hope. These cleaners dove in to those cluttered corners and tidied them up, then went above and beyond on the rest of our apartment. Seriously, we have terrible hard water that stains our tiles with rust, and they had our shower looking better than it did when we moved in. Initially we were unhappy with the services provided by Wave House cleaning, but I will give them the credit that from there they handled themselves very well. They called and emailed almost immediately stating that they were sorry we were unsatisfied with the services and then offered to come back to clean the entire house all over again. During my visit in L.A. for the Holidays, I rented an apartment in Little Tokyo. As things got a little out of control with kids. We looked for a service that could help us with the cleaning, so we wouldn't have to take time away from our vacation. We made the appointment during the holidays and the staff was cordial and very helpful. The cleaning staff made it on time, I even received a phone call to let me know they may be a little tied with time, since they were coming from a different appointment - but they arrived on time and went into action. Needless to say, they did a great job and cleaned the house better than it was prior to our arrival. If I lived in L.A. We have had a very hard time finding a good house cleaner, so I did a Yelp search and found Wave House. I was doing all of this on a Wednesday, looking for someone to come either Friday or Saturday in preparation for a family brunch that we were hosting on Sunday. Updated: the manager called me next day apologizing for the inconvenience. I will give them the benefit of doubt as he mentioned that by default they recommend deep cleaning for new customers, and since mine was an exception they made the mistake. Overall happy with the cleaning service provided. I am ok with the cleaning services but the billing department is worst. I had requested for basic cleaning and they sent me an invoice for deep cleaning. On calling them they sent updated in ice. Once the cleaning was done I checked the bill and they again charged me for deep cleaning. read more
