Scheduled three times in three weeks and 3 out of 3 times they were extremely late. The first cleaning they charged me for parking (I offered my driveway and there are no meters on my street) and I scheduled 2 hours of organization (which wasn't received). They make you book a deep cleaning the first time you use them. The cleaner was here for three hours. She did a good job but it most definitely not a deep clean. The second cleaner the following week put clean bedsheets over the dirty bedsheet(??). Avoid the headache and save your money. Don't book with this company. read more

This is the worst house cleaning business in town. We have them scheduled twice to come out but the first time they never showed up and we accommodated and moved around our schedules to have them come a different day but they cancelled again 30 mins prior to their arrival. I so appreciate Wave House Cleaning. We live have a house in Torrance that was newly remodeled and they have been coming once a month to keep it in brand new condition. I appreciate all you guys do and your time and effort you put into the cleaning. We took a risk in signing up for this service because I didn't know anyone that had used it, but now I can say for sure this is GREAT! They have come 3 times thus far and each time done a great job. I have used Wave House cleaning in the past when I lived in DTLA and absolutely loved them. After moving to South Bay, I was disappointed in the service I was provided with the deep cleaning and sent a note to the owners expressing my concerns. They messaged back IMMEDIATELY and advised that their services were guaranteed and sent another set of cleaners out to re-clean my entire house. This second set of cleaners was as good if not BETTER than the cleaners that I used to have come to my house in DTLA. It's good to know that there are companies that stand by their work and make things right for the consumer if they are unhappy. I am going to chalk up the first cleaning as an anomaly and I will be continuing to have WAVE do my periodic cleanings on my house going forward. read more

I contacted the company for a move out cleaning before bringing in my new tenants. The customer service folks were friendly and they did turn a quite around very quickly. The two folks they sent out to clean did a less than mediocre job and as I went thought to double check the floors were still incredibly dirty as if they never even mopped. The bathrooms were also not acceptable. I paid for the extra services but feel I did not have a favorable experience. When a follow up was sent to verify my satisfaction I let them know my experience and sent pictures. They offered to send someone back over to clean but I had tenants moving in the next day and had to do the clean up myself. I was told I would receive a discount for the trouble but no additional follow up was done to advise a credit was issued. read more

WORST cleaning service I have EVER experienced!!! I called them to clean a house we were moving into. The initial customer service was great. The trouble came when the two ladies came to clean. First I paid extra for deep cleaning but it was not even light cleaning done. I could hear one lady just talking non stop! I was curious to how long this would go on but it rarely stopped. I wonder how she would focus on the task at hand when her mind and her mouth are focused on something else. I went through the house explaining what I needed attention on but was not done. I was occupied when they were finished so I could not check so I let them leave. When I went back to check I was really shocked and angry that I had just paid all that money for basically nothing!! Customer service called and asked about the service and unfortunately I was not able to let them know the incredible disappointment I experienced. Well, I'm sure they may have OTHER staff that may do a better job but unfortunately my experience with this service was the WORST cleaning service. read more

I've been using Wave consistently for about 4 months or so. They are super convenient. Everything can be arranged by email and then they charge a credit card on file after each cleaning. They've sent Irma to my house about 2 or 3 times. She's so sweet, and polite. She even work around our lazy dog who follows her around the house. The cleaning is a good value. I shopped around, and their pricing isn't rock bottom, but I prefer the convenience that they offer. (I don't have the kind of job where I can make a lot of personal calls during the day) The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just because I always grab a magic eraser sponge after they leave and spot clean little things they miss. It's not a big deal, I probably just see them better because the rest of the house is finally clean. :) read more

This was my first house cleaning and I'm happy with the results! Everything was left clean - even my bathrooms and kitchen, which were pretty gross after months of neglect. I took away one star only because things weren't put back in the same place so I had to go through the house and kind of rearrange the things to look like how it was before they came (i.e. waste baskets in a different corner, dvds looked like they were doing the wave on my shelf, etc.) but these were small and I was still happy with the results. First of all, the process to book a cleaning is SO easy. I have phone anxiety haha and sometimes really hate to have to make phone calls to book. I like the ease in booking online. So, easy booking- CHECK! Next, the communication is really great. The day of my cleaning, two roads to get to my condo were blocked off by construction and the ladies couldn't get near me to park. Instead of being irritated / rude with the situation, the woman on the phone was very kind and offered to reschedule for the next day. Sevice and Communication-CHECK! Now, the part you're wanting to read about. The cleaning was spot on. They even went behind my desk and got all the dust bunnies in places I hadn't seen in about a year. Nooks and crannies were cleaned, and my cleaning lady prior never was that thorough. I am very very impressed with the cleaning job and will hiring them again next week!
