I'm only sharing my experience in hopes that it helps future customers! I came in wanting the basic wash, but I ended up agreeing to a much more expensive option because I felt pressured in the moment. Looking back, I wish I had stuck with what I originally wanted. After my car wash, I chatted with others and realized the basic wash was exactly what I had been looking for all along! I quickly ran back inside and politely asked if it would be possible to switch to the basic wash instead. Karen at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She listened to my concerns, called the manager over, and treated me with genuine respect. I was so appreciative of her customer service that I even contacted the corporate office afterward to compliment her. Thank you, Karen!! Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager left me feeling disappointed. Throughout the conversation, I remained polite, smiled, and apologized for the misunderstanding because I truly wasn't trying to create a difficult situation. I simply wanted the basic wash that I had originally intended to purchase. Thankfully, the pricing was ultimately adjusted, but I left feeling that my request had been misunderstood when I was only asking if it would be possible to switch to the service I had originally wanted. Once everything was resolved, I went back to thank the manager for adjusting the price and apologized again because I genuinely appreciated that the situation had been corrected. I also want to give credit where it's due! The team cleaning my car was friendly and hardworking. Because the cleaning was interrupted while the pricing issue was being sorted out, my car ended up unfinished. There were still wet spots, my back seat had been folded down and wasn't returned to its original position, and there were even some bird droppings left on the exterior when I drove away. I was genuinely excited to try this company after driving by so often! I haven't given up on the brand, and I'd still love to check out the other Thousand Oaks location (N Moorpark) in the future. My advice to future customers is to be very clear about which wash you want and confirm the price before agreeing to any additional services. Alejandro, sevice advisor noticed some stains and dull appearance of my paint, he politely offered me an upgrade for hand wax service. I told him, I will do it next time but he convinced me that my vehicle needs it. I gave him a nod and said go ahead I need to rest anyway. I decided to go inside the store and was amazed how the store was immaculately maintained and very inviting. I got to enjoy LaVazza Coffee at a Convenience Store (unheard off). Amazing coffee presentation at the corner with fresh sandwiches and assorted fresh bakery products. Store was well lit, amazing presentation of branded snacks, chocolates, high end gift item products and package beverages. Restrooms are clean and inviting. They also have lounge area and outdoor waiting area. What began as a stop over for a long trip, ended up to be a real refreshing stop. My car wash service was satisfactorily completed in 45 minutes and got to enjoy this amazing place tucked on the corner of Reyes Adobe Road and Canwood Street. I said, "I'll do the VIP" NO REPLY I said "That's my husband; we're together" He replied, "get out!" That was it. VERY RUDE and not at all like the male customers were being treated. So I did. No ticket, nothing, but I asked him for one, so he gave me one. I went to walk inside, and they yelled at me to go away. I called my hubby and told him how I was being treated differently as I'm a woman, as I walked all the way around. A man in a white shirt asked me what happened. I told him I was on the phone with my hubby. I went inside. The man in the white shirt started chasing me, yelling at me. Maybe he worked there? It was WEIRD. But it seemed that I offended them simply by being a woman. SIGH. The wash was okay, not sure we'll go back. The experience my hubby and I had was completely different.

This is the first time I've ever had anyone say "thank you for the feedback" and do nothing else to remedy the situation. Translation: "I don't care and never did, please just pay me." I hired Rody to do his six month ceramic "special" + interior on 2 of my vehicles after he was recommended to me on Nextdoor. We had extensive conversation prior to the service, where I felt he was knowledgeable on the topic, as I do tend to be particular about my vehicles, but "detail" is literally in the name. Reasons I'm dissatisfied include: he coated over tree sap in multiple spots, the coat is uneven in multiple spots (or so thin that there is no coating at all), some panels look not even buffed, and excess ceramic was left in multiple spots. Not to mention that he was over 45 minutes late and didn't even have the courtesy to give me a heads up he was running late, as I sat and waited after coming home from work to meet him. I want to give him credit that the interiors looked immaculate except they forgot to wipe the interior windshields. When he completed both vehicles, he texted me (I was inside my house) to let me know what my total was and how to pay, and left. I've never had a Detailer leave without asking me to check out their work. I went outside as soon as I saw the text, he was already gone, and I immediately noticed tree sap under the fresh coating on my car. As I'm looking at it and on FaceTime with my brother who is a paint specialist in Texas, Rody pulls back up to my house claiming he forgot something. I showed him the spot, he pulled out buffer (it's under the coating, buffer solution is not getting that out), gave it a few wipes, and announced that it was an issue with the clearcoat. It's not and that panel of my car was just repainted earlier this year at a high end paint shop. It's tree sap that wasn't removed properly in the cleaning and buffing process, now under the ceramic coat, and he thought I wouldn't know the difference. Overall super disappointed, $350 down the drain cause I'm gonna have to strip this and redo it. I'm just so glad I tested him out first on my two daily driver vehicles and not my higher value vehicles. I wanted to share this with the community because I see this company circling in a lot of conversations. If you have an expensive or high-end vehicle, I would be wary of hiring Rody.
