Came to this Wawa to grab some gas and a quick snack for the road. We entered and saw that it was "Hoagiefest" and ordered at the kiosk the special with an Italian hoagie, chips, and a beverage. This Wawa just like most is always pretty busy. They generally have all registers open to make life easier on everyone and they're generally pretty prompt with the orders from the sandwich counter. The employees they have behind the sandwich counter are all really friendly and take pride in their jobs which isn't common nowadays. My sandwich isn't always the easiest to make because I get 2,000 veggies on it and have the nerve to get it on regular bread and not a hoagie Roll ‍. At $1.87 it's currently a steal compared to the overpriced stuff that we're paying for here over in PA thanks to one term Tommy that's a good 30-40 cents per gallon more expensive. I usually bypass a closer Wawa to go to this one on my way to work. Most of the people that worked there that were amazing seem to have quit or moved on, but it was still decent enough to go to. But I am sick and tired of having beggars outside this particular location. Every time I go there I see the same people asking for money. One time he was even wearing a Wawa shirt pretending he worked there. Another time the guy actually followed me into the store and watched me approach the Mac Machine. I mean really now? It's gotten to the point where the safety and the hassle of dealing with the loiterers is not worth it anymore. I've started going to the Royal Farms on the way to work and haven't had any issues. I like this WaWa. Everytime I visit my brother in EHT, this is my go to place not only for Gas for any of our cars, but also for a bunch of other stuff. Here are some of the things I really like about it. + You don't have to pump your own gas - it's a NJ state law. Not that I am lazy about pumping gas, but when in NJ, given that I really don't have an option, I make the most of the opportunity. A luxury of sorts! + This gas station on the outside is quite spacious and getting in and out of the main road, is never a hassle. Despite being right on the busy Black Horse Pike, it is strategically at a location that never causes traffic congestion and hence the ease of getting in and out of the gas station. + The inside of this WaWa is always neat and clean and very well managed. I have seen some other stores not managed well. But not this one. The aisles are well stocked, the lottery machine is always working, the self service coffee / soda stations are never trashed. The staff is very friendly and always courteous. + The hot food section. Simply good. So much better than the junk you get in the name of fast food. I wish we had options like these up here in New England. But I guess we will make do with the Patriots instead :) No seriously, along with the Pats, I would like a few WaWa's popping up, competing with our favorite DDs. As much as I love Dunks coffee (nothing compares), the food choices at WaWa are so many. Finally the automated lottery machine to get your own jackpot tickets and such. That it is a state law in NJ to get your own tickets from the vending machine, I think it is just a brill idea. Not that I am either into casinos or lottery tickets, but this gives you a sort of feeling that there is a tiny slot machine in the gas station that you get to try your luck with and win that big money. Wawa has convenience down to a science. Store is clean, well laid out & the food is enticing. My favorite is the chicken & cheese quesadilla...I've never been disappointed. Coffee is better than Starbucks in my opinion..much cheaper too. I wish they would carry the turkey bowl with mashed potatoes year round bc it's such a great meal anytime. read more

No one seems to have a sense of urgency. I waited 20 minutes for my sub and it was sloppy and gross. The bread was soggy and gross. Ive been at this location numerous times, for gas as well merchandise from within the store. Most of the time it's been a good or decent experince. I can't day tis was the case today. I was there getting gas, and I'll admit it was busy. However, the young man who was pumping gas was overall rude except when it was time to collect the money. One thing I hate the most with most gas stations is, if your gas tank door is on the passenger side of the vehicle, the attendant doesn't come to the driver's side; he or she expects you to roll down the window. I don't know if this is a store policy or not, but it's a pet peeve of mine,especially when it comes to customer service. This was the case today. I held up a $20. He continued to try to communicate through the closed window. I got out of the car. In that short amount of time I got of my car to confront him, the attendant walked away to wait on another customer! By the time he came back, and walked over to my side of the vehicle, I was back in the car, and he asks, "Are you going to get gas or not?" It's bad enough he walked away (and yes I do realize it was busy but do you treat customers like that, asking are you going to get gas or not, after I had already held up a $20? Who do you think pays for your salary?). I told the attendant that the window does not work. I wanted #20 worth of gas. He proceeded to ask if I wanted regular, plus or premium. He put the gas in the ar and was pleasant when he came to collect the money. However, I was and am still ticked. read more

Went to this wawa at Black horse pike and Uiber Ave to get gasoline for my personal vehicle on 3/13/16. I have a working fleet of 18 vehicles gas and diesel to that use wawa as our go to fuel center. Today i went into the store to prepay while i was also getting a drink as i do on a regular basis and i was refused service by the woman at the counter as she told me i could not pay for the gas portion of my purchase inside the store. Now i have been doing this everyday for the past year as far as my work trucks go and for as long as i can remember for my personal vehicles in Nj. As i explained this she got louder and louder infront of a long line of people saying " No you dont" over and louder with each time. "You dont do that in Nj because its against the law" i said yes i do everyday. She got louder again and said no you dont ! Not in this state!. I have enough as she embarresed me and i got really loud back telling her she was crazy along with some other things. I could not fuel there, so as far as she is concerned i went down the street and prepaid ...i guess Illegally for my gas at a competitor with no problem what so ever. I will be retracting wawa as our fuel center and no longer do business with this company what so ever! I should have not been called a lier, been spoken to loudly like a child and have had to loose my nerve because of this employee.
