Absolute worst wawa I've ever been to. I'm a huge wawa fan and this one is on my way to work, however I will go out of my way to avoid this one. Food takes way too long to prepare and they don't update you quick enough or properly that ingredients are missing and so they can't complete your order. This has happened to me on 4 different occasions, somehow has never happened at another one. This last time my mobile order wasn't completed on time and was missing rice. I picked a new item and left to only find out it was a completely different order. I called and the woman I spoke to was going to leave a note for a free quesadilla for another time since I couldn't just leave work to go back to fix their mistake. Arrived after work to find out nothing was communicated and the new woman was rude and unhelpful to all just end up in a refund. Huge Wawa fan but Wawa's at the beach that are the busiest you'll ever see are run better than this one. read more

went in here today around 0620am nov 28, grab me my breakfast and caramel cheesecake smoothie. Person in charge there was busy cleaning the coffee machine. I was standing and waiting when finally she is ready to do my order. She uses the same dirty blue gloves that she uses for cleaning. Touches the scoop of ice blend it. I do really like this WaWa and this experience I had today isn't going to be changing that. The employees are all very kind and sociable and this is a clean location. Unfortunately my junior hoagie had a piece of clear plastic packaging wrapped into the middle of it. Which I happened to realize as I was nearing finishing the sub. WaWa customer support has been emailed, as I don't expect the location to compensate me. This was disappointing especially since it was such a tiny sub it could've been for a child who might've not realized it who could've possibly choked on it or swallowed it. :-/ read more

I got a 4 pump recharger at the wawa and watched the person not add any caffeine pumps to the drink. So I paid 7 dollars for jelly balls and sugar free, diluted coconut water. Then I wanted to food. But what they had in stock was so limited the only think you coukd order was a hoagie, a salad, and select sides. Wawa, where's you're consistency? I wanted fries and a chicken sandwich but none of that was am option. You had 1 sandwich: pulled pork. Limited sides. Your stock on the shelves was out on certain things and I feel you've really let consistency across the brand go. read more

Will never do mobile ordering again with WAWA. Terrible experience. Immediately after placing the order for a salad and hoagie, the order status was "completed". How can that be? Waited about 20 minutes anyway and went to pickup the order. There was about 10-12 people waiting for their orders with 4 workers "stressed out" preparing the food. I stood at the counter to inquire about my order, no one approached me for 5 minutes. Finally, I had to get one of the worker's attention and showed them my online order. They look bewildered and confused. Then finally someone "found" the salad and gave it to me. I asked where the hoagie was, again they looked bewildered. After checking the computer screen, I was informed they missed it and will need to make it. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally got the rushed hoagie, and it was not that good. Grizzle in turkey. In my opinion, WAWA has really gone done in quality over the years. I will go elsewhere for our food orders. read more

Today will be the last day that I get a sub from this wawa. 3 strikes and your out in a month. 1. Sub roll was burt and hard. 2. They forgot to put the meat in the sub just lettuce, cheese and mayo. 3. No sauce with meatballs. Just watered down tomato paste. 33oz soda for 99 cents as long as you don't want lids on your cups.. very disappointed read more

Drove all the way back to work to find that they didn't include any chicken on my ROASTED CHICKEN SANDWICH. Drove all the way back. The kid didn't apologize, tore apart my already cold sandwich, so that there were pieces everywhere in the box and i had to reassemble it again, and threw some chicken on there. Sure you don't have the charm or clutter of Sav-A-Cent, but I really do enjoy your coffee, sandwiches and abundant gift card selection, which is SO handy when you've forgotten people at Christmas and have to "just run an errand" before you exchange gifts. All I try to buy here is hoagies and coffee. Now that they have expanded into making milkshakes and desserts and other snacks in the deli department, they are unable to keep the regular ingredients stocked to make a basic hoagie. They often run out of rolls and the last time I was in to get a hoagie they were out of tomatoes. The quality of the ingredients is very good and I appreciate that they try to order just what they need, but they should keep everything needed for the simple sandwiches and hoagies stocked in the deli department. There was a time when they used to slice the meats and cheeses to order in the deli and it was possible to get just a few slices of cheese, but now they have it so streamlined they do not even do that. read more

Wawa in general kicks butt when it comes to sandwiches. However, the level of service and quality widely varies. This particular Wawa has staff who get the orders wrong and often do a lousy job. I will often drive out of the way to go to a Wawa that is further away but has better service. read more

Other than the lack of customer service. This store has to be by far, the worst one to ever dwell into. I took my daughter (Katherine) just a few nights ago to go buy a pint of milk so I could make her warm milk and crackers. I thought everything seemed perfect, as soon as I walked up to the register the cashier seemed very absentminded about the whole transaction. i told one him that there was a spill by the soda isle, but he just ignored me and gave me a very empty response. My daughter didn't seem to find him to be a very jubilant person. I figured that maybe since he works an overnight shift that it would stress me out and cause my demeanor to change, but no, the cashier acted very rude throughout the transaction. I tried to engage with him again in a conversation, maybe to lift his spirits up from working the overnight shift, but no, he always maintained a grimace, and very absentminded. after i got my merchandise, I felt like at one point he murmured under his breath something rude about me. This put me in an absolute disappointed mood. I thought that maybe if I tried to lift someone's spirit up from working that it could help him not think about working so late. The whole car ride my daughter seemed puzzled as to why my joyful mood seemed to fade away. i couldn't tell her the truth, but maybe, if that cashier is reading this review. I just want him to know that i know that working the overnight shift is very upsetting, but he shouldn't be such a negative Nancy throughout the whole shift. All in all, this store is great when it's ran by the day/night crew. I wish I could say the same about the overnight crew. read more
