I had a totally horrible first time experience with the shitty staff/management today! I showed up around 3:25, the only customer in the store! Ordered a simple double cheese burger to go! They took my money, I sat in front of the grill waiting for my order! No one came to the kitchen to cook my order! About 3:30 another customer shows up, still no one cooking my order! About 3:35, the other customer gets their order, and I asked "why" said their order was quicker to get out? WTF! Mine was placed way before, but no one showed up to cook, until the 2nd customer showed up! I wasted over 10 minutes to not get my order, which still wasn't ready when I asked! So I threw my receipt at them and told them to keep my money, as they sucked! I will again, do everything possible to make sure how incompetent your staff is during off hours. I can't tell you on how pissed I was at this event! If your unreliable staff/managements disagrees with this? Check out the video! BTW! I use to own a restaurant! Your service sucked! I visited this location yesterday for lunch break for work. I ordered the Cheesy Burger lunch special with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The restaurant itself was clean, tidy, and the staff were prompt and friendly with my order. The burger was flavorful, juicy, and absolutely LOADED with cheese. I think I might add some kind of sauce to it next time, not out of necessity but more so experimentation. If I could leave zero stars I would. Brought me and my family in to try this place for the FIRST time. Ordered and my son a vanilla shake. We got our food and my son took TWO sips of his shake and didn't like the flavor so I took it to the front counter and asked the manager if he would make us a different flavor. He could visibly see that the shake was filled to rim and not even really drank from. He declined and said that it's not his problem that my son didn't like the shake and that I would have to buy another one KNOWING that this was our first time trying them out that day. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? This place just seems money hungry and does not care about making things right for people buying from their establishment. Just tried this place and we loved it! Everything was delicious! I especially loved the fried pickles, but my husband and our friend loved their burgers! We got there close to closing time but the owner, Krunal was so kind and welcoming. He came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal and told us not to rush. He wanted to ensure we were having a good time. I asked if it was too late to order shakes and even though they were closed he was so generous with his time and made us the most delicious shakes! The food is great. The service? The pricing? Not so great. We bought two burgers, one fry and one drink and it ended up being 31 dollars. Sadly we are aware the days of eating for less are declining. I ordered the impossible burger due to meat sensitivity and I found remnants of bacon. Yes I understand this can happen due to it being a meat based burger place but I heard one of the staff mention they accidentally put bacon on a burger. The (I assume manager) told them just to take it off. I didn't think much until I found bacon on my vegetarian based burger. Seems careless and I'm a bit disappointed since we spent so much money. Some people cannot have bacon or pork at all and I assume would have been less happy about it than me. We ordered to go but were handed our food on baskets to eat in the restaurant about 30 minutes later. It was a bit busy but in our experience, even when it isn't busy it still takes about 30 minutes to get to you. The fries were also super greasy and handed to us lukewarm. Usually the fries are crispy and tasty but a couple times now it's been honestly not well. I really hope this place improves. We visited the place the day of its grand opening and were super excited when we tasted the food due to it's outstanding food and seemingly enthusiastic staff- but now, over time we seem to be constantly disappointed. The staff are nice enough but seem kind of confused and not as engaged. I can relate though, some days are bad as my husband and I both worked fast food as teenagers- however I hope this establishment can bring back their quality. Good food. Had the Big Easy burger and Cajun tots. My only complaint is that the burger patty is not seasoned at all. An employee stopped by our table and asked us what we thought of the food. I told her I thought the burger needed some salt. She said that it was franchise rules that they were not allowed to season the burger at all. When we arrived i was excited everything on the menu looked good . i got a burger with onion rings on the side and we also had the tenders . burger tasted bland like it had no seasoning or flavor and so did the onion rings and tenders, we were very disappointed and dissatisfied . lady at the cash register made me uncomfortable bc i didn't get my cup for my drink and so i let her know i ordered a drink and without even asking she leaned over into my person space to look at my receipt. which made me feel disrespected. read more
