Love this little mom and pop Mexican restaurant. The flurry's are amazing, their tacos are so great and you can make them to order. The owner is very friendly. I go almost weekly to pick up my favorite jalapeño salsa which I use to do veggies and as dressing on my salads or even to smother in my meats. Remember they got student discounts, I think teacher discounts too, but ask them if they got any specials! They told me their breakfast burritos were BOGO when I went on a saturday and what a delight, the chorizo, and bacon were biiig! If you want something fresh and not HEAVY like Chipotle, their barbacoa burrito will serve you well. I personally prefer something heavy and greasy. Typically I expect their chorizo to be drenched in grease, but its pretty good, but along with the bacon version, it was not what I remembered when I went a few years ago. I got it togo, and I wish they placed some napkins with it, and included a different sauce. Their green sauce is just fine to me. I live a block over and ever since this Mexican food provider left the gas station I have to hear an employees sub woofer several times a day. I have called the police on them I have asked the restaurant to please stop it and they refuse. Today I drive over there again was lied to by them in back of the establishment and they cranked it up even worst. No joke every time I go the food is AMAZING I get the chicken enchiladas it comes with either the sour cream sauce or the cheese . I tend to switch it up each time I go but I recommend the sour cream that one is my favorite. Definition of a hole in the wall restaurant. You probably wouldn't want to stop by if you saw it but that would be a huge mistake. I've been going here for years and even through changes in management it has remained my favorite authentic Mexican restaurant. Today I split a barbacoa burrito and a beef quesadilla with a friend and both were delicious. I normally order the chorizo version of both of these dishes and personally enjoy this a bit more than it's beef counterparts. I would recommend adding extra sour cream when ordering either since occasionally the burritos can be a bit dry. I also suggest using the jalapeño sauce that they have at each table. Food: I enjoyed my tacos on flour tortillas which were simple yet delicious. The meat is super flavorful and paired perfectly with the glazed onions and fresh cilantro. Also, they make their sauces everyday which was pretty cool since the bottles were still warm from being freshly filled up.
