I wanted to be impressed with this place, I work just down the street and the only other burger option close is the Waffle House across the street. First off the value for me wasn't there, $12 for a burger fry and drink. Second the burger had zero flavor, what came to mind would be earring a water burger, never experienced anything like it. Like some of the other reviewers mentioned, I expected more from a new burger joint in Covington. The food was not bad, but was not particularly good. The burger itself was not more savory than, say, a McDonald's burger. Fries were not any more amazing either - in fact, I'd prefer McDonald's fries to them. I suppose my expectations for this Resturant was a bit high, as I initially likened it to a five guys quality burger. The scenery of the resturant is not amazing, but pretty standard and what one might expect from a burger joint. It's simplistic. The wait time and cleanliness of the resturant was pretty terrible when I went. There was food on the floor. I waited 30 minutes. Although, I realize that these are things that can be corrected as the resturant progresses . However, it was not a good first impression. Was craving an old fashioned style hamburger, This is not the place to find it. Staff was nice. That's the only good thing I can say about my experience. To begin with parking can be tricky with 3 businesses sharing a limited amount of space. Next issue I had was they do not offer combo's everything is sold individually which drives the price up. With all the burger options in Covington I'd expect some place new to wow me. This didn't, it wasn't bad just ok. The homemade chips were tasty but they had zero salt. The burger needed to be cooked longer which would have also melted the cheese instead of making it sweat. Had to remove sweaty cheese and wilted lettuce. They had too many workers expediting orders but still mixed up which burger went with what combo. Serve yourself drink area is too small and crowded. Cost wise I thought it was high for a so-so burger and chips/fries. Parking is a nightmare! The parking lot is connected to the gas station. It will only be a matter of time before there is an accident. Bottom line, clear the chaos behind the counter, cook and season the food, rethink prices & make sure the dining area is clean and well stocked. On a positive note the milkshakes are good! read more

I am so disappointed with Conyers location today. I ordered fish tacos and all I can say is that the only satisfaction I got from my meal was the lime that I used for my tequila shots when I got home. The tortillas weren't cooked, in fact, they were all flaky and falling a part. The fish is extremely small and completely lacks any flavor. The fries were ok but, my tea was so warm that it melted all of ice before I got home. I'm giving them two stars because, when they first opened the fish, along with the shrimp tacos, when they had them were really good. Now, it's a no/go for me. Thoroughly enjoyed our food and service. They went above and beyong to accommodate our entire baseball team and their families. Food came out promptly, hot, and well seasoned. I walked up to the counter where my cousin asked if I was getting something... the first lady hears me answer yes and goes back to making my cousins order. I stood there and waited about 5 to 7 minutes to order. I started to get frustrated and turned to my cousin to tell her (loud enough for lady #2 to hear me, seeing how she looked me dead in the face) I guess they're in no hurry to take my order?! Stood there a few more minutes then I walked away to the drink machine with the cup my cousin got. Immediately after I walk away and the black gentlemen who was standing behind me walks up to the counter, the lady that looked at me moves to the register to ask how she could help him... This was a terrible experience. I went there for the first time today and ordered Chicken fingers. The fingers were the size of my little finger (not joking) they were dry and tasteless. No seasoning on the chicken at all. And i had to pay $7.48 for that piece of garbage. I am sooo pissed. I will never go to that place ever again or any of their locations. The staff didnt even look like they wanted to work. they didnt greet the customers, they didnt give a friendly smile or nothing. they are not customer service friendly.
