First time here and it didn't disappoint! Firs are "real" and fresh potatoes old fashion burger was our choice because we had a coupon buy one with a drink and fries and get a burger, 9.99 free. The burger was freshly prepared with 2 pattys and all the fixers lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. The buns were cold and l wish had been a tad warmer cause they sorta fall apart. Always awesome. I first discovered these burgers down in Sacramento. They're almost perfect. I just get the classic. Bacon cheese fries are 7 out of 10. Great and friendly crew that works here. Jake is cool and so is Odoore. I'm sure I missed spelled her name but they are very friendly and accommodating. There's only two locations in the state of Oregon this one in the one in Eugene but if you're in the neighborhood I would check them out. read more

The food was delicious, the service was friendly and professional, but we made the mistake of choosing to dine in. We were not the only customers who chose to eat in the dining area, but the music was so loud and disturbing it prompted the other party to make a comment about the unpleasant music before leaving. We also chose to take our food and eat in our car rather than listen to that noise. I'm not sure what genre of music it is classified as, I've heard our son refer to it as "Viking or primal scream metal" Just a suggestion, silence would be a huge improvement! Sad that employees can't think beyond the buttons on their POS. Last visit they messed up my Impossible burger so the manager gave me a card for a free burger next visit. I do love their Impossible burgers. When I presented the card when ordering, the employee said the card is only for a Classic burger and could not be used for the burger that I ordered. I asked why not and he said that the POS system won't allow it. This is a classic case of low intelligent employees only trained to push buttons. I asked the value of the card and he said $9.99. I asked him to apply that amount to my order, he said it can't be done. BS! You can teach a monkey to push buttons. Can't people think logically any more? I guess not. I finally get my burger and they made the wrong burger. Sadly, two totally incompetent employees. The cook chews out the lady who took the order telling her to read back each order. A Great Burger! I had the Classic which consists of two nice sized all-beef never frozen patties. They are patted when they put them on the grill. It comes with two slices of the cheese of your choice. And you can add any toppings you want (fixed your way) for no extra charge. The burger was juicy and steaming hot. They take them right from the grill to your table in less than a minute. I also ordered what they call "0" Rings which are 4 onion rings and half order of fries. Have been going here the past five years always had great food and service until last night, order two burger husband wanted an extra patty on his when we got the order on his burger the patties were in pieces and way over cooked, couldn't tell how many patties there were. I went up to the counter and asked about it the "manager" told me there were three patties on the bun as she pointed them out I asked how can you tell they are in pieces to which she replied they were whole when I put them on the bun, I asked for the burger to be remade and she replied she wasn't going to do that and to quit yelling at her. I told her to give me my money back or please make me another burger, told me she didn't like my attitude and to leave the store, I refused said she was going to call her other manager told her go ahead, they said she was going to call the police said go ahead. After calling she put some money on the counter and said to leave we wanted to wait for the police. This woman was out of control, she again placed more money on the counter, when the police got there she kept yelling all this over a f*****g burger, the police office told us he could see who was out of control in the situation and by the way it wasn't us. Yes all this over a burger that was way over cooked and in pieces. She was yelling at the other staff in the restaurant and when that was pointed out to she she said its called giving direction, well you can give direction without the whole restaurant hearing you do it. We went into Ashland to get more blankets and some gloves, after shopping we came here with some friends for a warm lunch. I got a veggie burger, which was nothing special, a frozen veggie patty on a bun, I did like that they had several different toppings to put on m shitty frozen veggie patty. The man got a rodeo burger which looked nothing like the picture on the menu, it looked like a McDonalds cheese burger that someone had been sitting one for atleast a week. Our friends got a BLT and a cheese burger meal of some sort. The fries were under seasoned and soggy. At this point in society, I find it rare that restruants still use frozen veggie patties instead of making their own. Especially in the northwest where vegan and vegetarianism is more common. Making a veggie burger from scratch literally takes 10 minutes, step up your game guys. Also they charge for fry dipping sauces, this is ridiculous. I love Wayback Burgers for their food.. But they always get my order wrong. Well with this shut down in place we decided to order them and give the another shot.. Low and behold my order gets here and not only is my burger made wrong, half the order was missing. When I called they blamed Doordash, but when I looked at the receipt from the restraunt, it didn't even match my Doordash receipt. Been coming here for years, and every single time it keeps getting worse. Earlier tonight was my last. There was a "fundraiser" event, the rude manager said that pretty loud when he greeted us making sure everyone heard and then "suggested" we can donate. Strike 1. Had to wait over 20 mins to get my food, which they messed up on. Chicken patty was pink in some spots, fries were soggy and under cooked dripping with oil when I got them, and to top it off I got a lot less than I usually do. Strike 2. Place was overcrowded,with loud, unsupervised, kids running around,and hardly anywhere to sit. Since I was starving, I ate what little I could of my food and was out of there!
