Stay Away!! When we ordered our tires through Walmart, they confirmed my tire size and scheduled an…read moreappointment. When we arrived, they said the tires MIGHT be too big. I stated they are THE SAME TIRES CURRENTLY ON. They agreed and proceeded to have me unload the tires and then move them from the location they told me to put them. Finally, they asked me if I had a lug nut socket to remove the tires because their TIRE SHOP didn't have tools for locking lugs nor did Walmart sell them. I told them I could grab mine in ten minutes and they said no, they cancelled my appointment on the spot. THE NEXT DAY, we scheduled another appointment and they again called twice immediately after starting stating the tires are too big. I walked into the garage and they said "we made it work"....again, different crew, and didn't realize they were the SAME tires that were on our jeep (they also don't even rub or anything). Finally, when completing the job, my wife went in to grab the keys and they stated they have they have a bunch of those sockets (YES, THE SAME ONE THEY CANCELLED OUT APPOINTMENT FOR YHE DAY BEFORE) then told my wife they put one of theirs in her cupholders so we're going to just take ours. My wife proceeded to the jeep and NO socket was in the cup holder. She went back and told them and they said "yes we did" and proceeded to walk out and verify the cup holder was empty while holding OUR SOCKET. They then proceeded to say "we know we put one in there but you can just have this one" and proceeded to hand us OUR SOCKET. Absolutely horrible customer service. I came back the next day to check and the staff still didn't know where they were. I took a minute to look at the tires that were set out on the service center floor and there they were with my name on them. It shouldn't take a customer looking at your inventory to find the order. Prices were very good but due to the customer service I won't buy here again. Edit- oh, I also ordered installation with the tires through the website with an appointment confirming time and date. When I arrived for the pickup and install I was denied install because I wasn't physically written in their appointment book and there wasn't a tech available to do the job. Even though it was part of the order, of which only one tire arrived when it said delivered.
