(July 25, 2018: move out date) Initially found this company via Yelp. Messaged Mustafa and got a reply real quick! First off, moving is a drag...especially when it is 110 degrees outside! Couldn't be happier with deciding to hire "We Are Moving" to help us. Had the pleasure to work with Andre, Wade, William, Tyler, and Douglas... who came with a friendly attitude (important, especially when trusting them with your belongings). Collaborated and was able to set up a game plan, and once that was done they went straight to work. Never did we feel like they "dragged the time" when packing and loading the truck (which was one of my concerns since they charge by the hour). You can see that they were very careful with our belongings. Moved our stuff into storage, in which they consolidated our items perfectly. Would definitely work with these guys again, and I actually plan to when our new home is ready to move in. *** DISCLAIMER *** I was contacted by "Customer Service" in June and embarked on a lengthy claims process that I was assured would be resolved by July 31st. In the interest of fairness, I was asked to take down my initial Yelp review during he claims process so as not to affect the company's decisions. Here we are, SEPTEMBER 1st and there has been no attempt at resolution - even after the smooth-talking customer service grooming I got. This company is a joke. Stay away. Original review: Very disappointed! While the move itself was not bad, it ended up being more negative than positive. As people, our movers were personable and respectful. As movers, the quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. Would NOT recommend if you have items that need any amount of care. Read the summary and check out the photos. Consider the price paid vs. quality ... [+] + Great pricing: $115/hr cash for 3 guys and a truck. No other fees. + Aksam (sp?), Vlad, and Mike are great guys. Hard workers. Very accommodating to requests. Polite and respectful. + Invoicing and contracts were all done digitally and sent to email as PDF - very convenient! [-] - I had to run to the new property to accept furniture delivery. I get a call from Aksam with a problem: they cannot disassemble on of our beds (IKEA trundle bed). I rush home and find that a few screws are stripped. Meanwhile, they had been waiting around for me. Using a screwdriver, I removed the screws with little effort so that could continue. I question the effort on their part to solve this. - LOTS of SCRATCHES and DAMAGE to our furniture! 95% of our items were affected! Torn couches. Scuffed legs. Damaged picture frame. Very poor care taken! Please see picture evidence! - Overall move took 7 hours and left us with gouged furniture and dirty handprints on our walls. Edwin, Ricardo, and Gary went out of their way and helped us take apart and move our refrigerator. They were friendly, fast, and they knew what they were doing. I called All In Moving Services to do a quick move for one large 3-piece couch on the same weekend. For the life of me, I couldn't move that large heavy furniture myself and needed some help. The moving company is so accommodating and Nancy who did the scheduling is very sweet and helpful! I needed the large furniture to be moved from a homeowner's home in Orange (that I purchased from) and moved to a storage unit in Irvine. The guys, Tim and Avil, who came the next day are so nice!! =) I think they overall did a great job. They wrapped the 3 piece couch very well with plastic and was careful not to bump the furniture into things. I didn't have to worry that anything would be knocked down and break. Tim and Avil did a seamless job! :) I'm only docking their review by 1 star because the movers, Tim and Avil, did arrive late. We scheduled for the movers to arrive between 10am-11am, but they ended up arriving at 12pm. I felt so guilty because I was waiting at the homeowner's house for 2 hours and held up her schedule. Thankfully homeowner is sweet but I can tell she started getting impatient since she has another appointment. The company requires a 3 hour minimum, so I paid for the 3 hours. Tim gave me a piece of paper to initial some questions like checking that the moving truck is empty after the move is done, which I think is great. Great moving company! This was our 4th time using them this past Wednesday. This company is very professional on the phone and also in person. They are very efficient. They are very clear about their costs before the move on the phone, on their emails and also when they arrive they go over the contract one more time on an iPad .
