I have NEVER seen a group of movers work harder or faster than Jim and his crew; these four guys were amazing!! I knew this company was probably the one when i received an email response to my quote query within an hour of submitting it. They then sent me a more detailed questionnaire that really helped personalize this move, and then they followed up by phone with the quote. We had to move out of a large, two-story house and take half of the furniture to two storage areas and the other half to a second-story town home. Jim and his crew quickly decided what had to be loaded on the truck first, and before I knew it, all the furniture upstairs and been wrapped and moved--their efficiency was alarming! they moved quickly, yet carefully, and were very friendly, even though i know the work was back-breaking. but it's when we got to the storage areas that i Really saw the professionalism in these guys: Not only did they use every square inch of the empty storage unit we had rented--like some giant Tetris game--they still had a little furniture left over, so I took them to our other storage unit in the same complex that was (I thought) already full. Jim and his crew took one look at it and actually rearranged it, so that the rest of the furniture would fit. WOW!! Talk about beyond the call of duty!! They finished the rest of the move up an entire flight of stairs into the town home and were finished at least two hours sooner that I thought they would be. About halfway through this process, I asked Jim if he wanted to take a break, and he told me, "We actually like to get done as quickly as we can." That says it all. These guys will not waste your time and money, and they are creative as they are friendly. Don't be fooled by what seems to be cheaper quotes from other companies--these people are worth every penny!! read more

We had a great moving experience with Bat as the lead of a two-man team (sorry don't remember the other mover's name). I had had another company scheduled but they were not very responsive to my inquiries so I switched one day prior to the move and this company was very accommodating. It was a small move of only 10-12 pieces used for home staging so we didn't even use up the 3 hour minimum but everything arrived safe and sound. They are very careful, professional, and polite.
