Their bagels are fresh everyday and giant! This time I got their veggie tofu cream cheese which is decent. Their becs are really delicious! Also they have good ice coffeee! I think it's permanently closed. I walked by and it said to deliver its mail to the gas station next door. Google says permanently closed. Cute spot, outdoor seating. I'm going to preface this by saying I'm not from New York but this was such a cute spot with delicious bagels located near the Vermont Blvd / Jackson Ave subway station. There's a parking lot, ample seating, and a restroom. There were about 20 cream cheese flavors to choose from and I settled on the everything bagel with scallion and bacon cream cheese. Been here a few times and never disappoints! I've had the bagels, muffins, pancakes and today I decided to get the bacon, egg, cheese and home fries burrito. Burrito was a 10 for sure. They only have hot sauce and no salsa BUT this burrito was so good it needed nothing else. Great seasoning, decent size and very good. Fresh squeezed OJ could've been better for $8 bucks. I was walking through the neighborhood and stumbled upon this place. Despite the name of the place, I didn't get a bagel but a croissant avo egg cheese sandwich. And I have to say it was delicious! Their menu has a lot more other than just bagels, there are breakfast sandwiches, pressed sandwiches, and drinks. Unfortunately, their food is a tad overpriced at $11, because the croissant/avo were extra charges. Fresh juice was $8. I read somewhere that I have to eat NY/NJ bagels when visiting. Something about the water they use and the fact that they boil it. Where I'm from, Hawaii, bagels are chewy and normal size that fit in your hand. These bagels are HUGE, need to be cut in half, and are not chewy at all. In fact they're softer than some breads I've eaten. Of course when I entered, I was standing waiting to order, in front the sign that says ORDER AT REGISTER ON RIGHT, or something to that effect. Simple ordering process, you tell them what you want, ask questions if any, and pay. Nothing special or complicated. Lots of tables to sit on. HOWEVER, the spacing between tables are worse than rush hour on a subway. I'm a somewhat skinny Asian guy and I could NOT fit through the tables without moving a table or chair. Instead of placing them like a business owner, try walking through them like a customer and see/feel what a customer experiences. Overall, good food, good portions, clean place, good service. Oh, forgot to add, maybe tell your staff not to just walk through customers waiting for the restroom and bypass the line. RUDE! That'll cost a star lol. read more

This has become our favorite breakfast place on the weekend. The bagel+flavored cream cheese is tasty and affordable ($4.1 as of 9/8/2019). The coffee is a little over priced tho so we usually skip that and just get two bagels. We've tried multiple of their cream cheese: garlic and spinach, sundries tomato, blue berries, lox - all really great and they give you a good amount. I live the blue berries one because it tastes just like blueberry cheesecake and what better way to do breakfast than to have deserts?? This is a great place to spend a chill morning and not break your bank. Definitely coming back every weekend for a while. read more

I came here for breakfast the other day and it was extremely delicious we got the French toast and an everything bagel with egg avocado and turkey bacon ! I was a little disappointed by the false advertisement of the French roast with fruit because when I ordered it ... there was no fruit included. However, it was still very delicious and tasty. It's a bagel spot afterall. So is We Bagel going to challenge Bricktown Bagels dominance in the area? It has the potential. The cream cheese spreads are far more superior than Bricktown. The actual bagel - not so much. It's a bit chewier than the bagels at Bricktown. I asked for a double toasted sesame and they served it un-toasted. So a bit bad at direction taking. Won't ding them too much on it for now. They do have a nice outdoor spot going for them and patrons are taking full advantage of it. The sandwiches look far more creative than that of the Sandwich King. Again, they have the potential but probably needs to fix the place up a bit and make it more inviting. read more

The atmosphere inside was nice - and the outside is too, on the wooden deck. $4 for the coffee seemed slightly over priced but the bagels were good value at around $5. Also in terms of service, they kind of need to get the process sorted, the bagel and coffee choices weren't communicated to the cashier - we weren't sure whether we ordered a large or regular coffee so the cashier was kind of confused. It's close within 5-10 minute walk to the river so could be nice to take your bagels down there. read more

What started as an absolute obsesión with this place for their delicious bagels, spreads and sandwiches, has really turned into a sad and terrible experience. In my 5 or 6th time coming to order what I expect to be a delicious breakfast, I do the usual. I place my order in advance on Door Dash and select..."PICKUP" and then I arrive there and wait to get the alert the food is ready. Waiting is no problem, especially when a pace is good. After a while, I get an alert " food is ready for pick up". I walk in and walk up to the girl at the register on Sunday 9/13/20. I say I'm here for a pick up. She asks "what name?". I reply my wife's name. She takes a quick look and then dismissed me and asked me to wait with the other delivery service guys (DoorDash etc...). I'm like "I'm not a delivery guy, this food is for me". That made me upset bc the assumption is a Spanish guy picking up food MUST BE A DELIVERY GUY. That's messed up on many levels but even more given the staff are all Spanish speaking as well. I wait another 25 min and then the food is finally ready. As I see the gentleman making the bagel for my wife, I ask if he can scoop it out and add cream cheese (side note: this same instruction is on my door dash order), but I thought it can't hurt to remind him. I take what I believe is my correct and beautiful order and head home. I open the bag and notice the bagel that should be scooped out IS NOT, and there is no cream cheese. Then the 2 egg and cheese bagel sandwich with mozzarella is down with yellow American cheese. My daughter never has like yellow American cheese and wanted to mozzarella. I call We Bagel and speak with the same girl at the register to mention the two wrong orders and express that I don't want to wait all that time again to get my corrected order. Her answer is plainly, "we don't deliver so you have to come here to get it". I said, "what about a refund?" and she replied, "is that what you want? A refund and then you keep the food anyway?" . I was mortified by her response bc, what she is Implying that I'm doing could not be further from the truth. Sadly, I will not be returning to this restaurant and I recommend that if you want to try it for yourself, be mindful that the orders could be wrong, if it's the weekend, bc as the girl from the register said, it's busy today so they can't do everything right". WOW!!! That ladies and gentleman is terrible customer service. Just a suggestion from myself to you, and if you are Spanish speaking person picking up an order to go, dress EXTRA nice so they don't confuse you for a delivery person and disregard your inquiries or requests. read more

It was warm and packaged neatly but the romaine lettuce was a bit soggy and the juices from the grilled chicken, I assume, leaked out from the bottom of the wrap. I've given this place so many chances and each time I become more and more disappointed. I stopped in and ordered four things. Two bagel sandwiches and two croissant sandwiches. I understood this might take some time to make. It was a Saturday, the delivery orders were crazy, and so many people were in the place it was uncomfortable. But 30 minutes later, after even people who placed their orders after me received their orders, I received mine. The grilled turkey cheese had no cheese on it. The tuna sandwich which i paid for the lettuce had no lettuce. At that rate and how long it took to get my initial order I just left. You've got to better! The order was not complicated. Even on slower days this happens. It's not so much the girls on the register than it is whoever is cooking sandwiches in the back that is not doing this location right. read more
