So far so good, extermination has been effective at keeping bugs and insects at bay. Minus 1 star for scheduling. I've tried requesting Saturday visits so I can be home to let my dogs inside and the rep into the backyard, but they will still schedule weekdays when I'm at work. When they come on weekdays they will only do the front of the house, so I have to call back to reschedule. read more

I like many people on here fell for the, "promotional" offer the salesman told me about. What he didn't tell me was that I was signing a year long contract. Instead he said that the documents I was signing was to give them access to my property and to charge my card. He also didn't tell me that if I wanted to cancel the contract that I would be charged $100 on top of having to pay back their promotional offer of $320. They removed the $100 cancelation fee and I ended up just paying for the "promotion" as reimbursement. Even though it cost about the same as keeping them for a year, I will not do business with a company like this. You would think that with so many people reporting the same issue, they would come up with a solution, instead they want to lock you in a year long contract and force you to pay a ridiculous amount to get out of it. read more

845 pm Monday night 4/21/25 found a guy on a scooter doing circles in our cul de sac giving neighbors a hard time talking non sense and being difficult. Neighbors came out and asked why he is here. He said he has a right to be here and started talking jibberish doing circles on our street and typing on a tablet trying to call someone... He was riding an electric segway, wouldn't leave and started asking us if we own the street... what's our problem, who owns the street, what's his name, how much do we pay if we own the street...this went on for about 15 minutes giving us a hard time and wouldn't leave. Found out he spoke with a neighbor and his name is Malik from We Do Creepy Pest Control in Escondido. Well if that doesn't make sense. He was creepy, belligerent, and now the neighborhood is on alert. Told him no one on this street is going to be a customer so he can leave, but he wouldn't leave. Kept doing circles... just out of his mind. If this is the type of employee We do Creepy Pest Control offers... I would stay away from this company. The quality of their technicians is hit or miss--it really depends on who they send out. In my experience, the biggest issue is the disconnect between the door-to-door salesperson and what the technicians are actually able to deliver. The salesperson made a lot of promises about what the service would include, but the technician, while competent, could only do so much. Be very cautious about the contract. They lock you into a 13-month agreement (and oddly, the first month doesn't even count). Canceling is extremely difficult, and they don't make the process easy or transparent. In hindsight, I regret signing up. To be fair, the technician did a decent job. But between the misleading sales pitch and the hassle of trying to cancel, this experience only deserves one star from me. read more

I believe that businesses should be transparent, not the...... I'm in the area, I have time, I'm going to give you 50%-70% off with a senior, renter, owner, whatever discount. I fell for it, let me tell you why; 1. It was a reasonable price. I was given $20 first day, $119.99 per quarter and a contract for 12 months rather than the 24-48. 2. With all the rain SoCal was having, this is supposed to be a good year for the bugs 3. I kept telling myself to find someone and wedocreepy.com came to me Here's what happened - Max incorrectly inputted our number so the exterminator didn't send a text in the a.m. we were woken up by our ring. Max mentioned we would see a difference in the cob webs and bug stuff mentioning a sweep around the area but that was incorrect. He also said the exterminator would spray a few feet high up again, incorrect the company only has a policy of 12 inches. What saved them - Paul the exterminator was very friendly, he was thorough with his explanation on the procedure and policies. I understand Paul does not sweep dirt but there are webs with bugs that should have been taken care of. Bottom line poor salesmanship but great exterminator. I will revisit this review in 12 months and let you know the outcome... read more

Please beware! If you sign up you will be locked into a year contract. The "20 dollar" first visit discount is a hoax. They are intentionally misleading. It doesn't count towards your year contract of four quarterly visits and they will insist they have to come again less than a month later, basically rendering this "first" visit pointless. But they don't make this clear. I was specifically told if we choose to cancel before the year is up, all we'd have to do is pay the small difference of the discounted first visit. That is not truthful. We were never made aware that the first visit is somehow double all the other visits and that there's extra, hidden, and exorbitant cancellation fees that make canceling even more expensive then simply finishing the year out. So ridiculous! On top of this, I did not get the services advertised (the reason I wanted to cancel in the first place). They weren't very thorough and they didn't do the termite inspection which they said would be included. And they never came inside to treat the kitchen and bathroom. They would come and leave in less than 2 minutes. I never saw or knew anything about the real price of the first visit or the cancellation fees until I asked about canceling and they showed me a contract. But I truthfully never remember seeing this, nor does anyone else who was with me that day. We were all explicitly told different information by the sales rep, and I read those contracts thoroughly. But looking back, the way you sign is sketchy because they bring one contract to sign in person, which they immediately give you a copy of, and one that you have to sign electronically, and you don't get a physical copy of. And of course this is the contract that now has this other page with the extra fee policy. Why not bring them both in physically for clients to sign? When I went to read some of the reviews I realized, sadly, that others had this same experience. In the beginning, the people I dealt with were very nice, until I inquired about canceling. At this point I felt like they were suddenly much less available for me when scheduling my appointments, and a bit more rude. Please beware if you're looking for a service like this. I was approached by Kyler at our door but since I was looking for a pest control company, it was good timing, and Kyler was very helpful and patient as I was dealing with a toddler. Long story short I was scheduled for the next day and true to their word, they showed up around the time I was expecting them. PAUL is our area's technician--super patient and friendly and I saw him through our door camera really trying to get the webs as best as he could.
