Was avoiding getting our house fumigated by trying a stay at home Kilguard termite treatment. Had some wood replaced prior to the treatment but just one year later I noticed more wood showing signs of termite damage. The inpector proposed more wood needed replacement and when I informed him I just had their treatment a year back they retreated instead. End of second year, it was worst so I decided to replace and repair the damaged wood with a different company and fumigate. I should have done it the first time. I got a couple of estimates from my yelp search and one a neighbor recommended. Chris the owner himself from C.A. Luce termite control did a thorough inspection. What we liked is they were available and did great work. When I say available, right now it is difficult to get people in the trades to even come out and bid and then scheduling can be difficult. CA Lice came out and gave us an estimate before we had even moved in. Then they scheduled the fumigation for the day we took possession of the house so the work would be completed before we moved in. They took note of the repairs that needed to be done and worked with us to schedule a time to make them. When the crew came out, they not only made all the repairs, they also purchased paint in the color of our house and painted over the spots where the repairs were done, for no additional charge. If I could give this company 100 stars, I totally would! The customer service I received from CA Luce Termite Control is way beyond compare. I seriously can't say enough about them. Unfortunately, I was not able to hire them and have work completed. This was not due to the company but an issue on my end with our home. However, CA Luce Termite Control tried every way possible to assist and work with me. Most companies would have corresponded with me a couple of times and simply would have said, "Sorry, can't help you." This was not the case with CA Luce Termite Control. I find it extraordinary that a company would go to the lengths they did to think of ideas, suggestions and give advice to a customer, knowing they may or may not get hired for the job. CA Luce and I corresponded through email at least 20x for a week or so and had phone conversations with both me and our real estate agent.
