Horrible experience with Chapa's Moving service. One of the guys they sent was hung over, still…read moredrunk or sick. He was very slow. He fell and dropped several of our boxes marked clearly as "fragile". They claimed they were able to take apart and put our sleep number bed together. They took it apart but were not able to put it back together. I called several times to get help for the money I paid to fix the bed and the broken items and they refused to call me back. W., Armando W., and Anthony H. did an excellent job of safely packing my belongings, and were in and out of my house in about 90 minutes. They definitely worked as a good team, and asked questions whenever they noticed something g needing my attention. Though they arrived and started a little later than scheduled (about an hour), once going they were incredibly quick and detailed, including with the inventory sheets. Everyone wore their masks (albeit incorrectly) during the stay due to COVID-19 protocol, and cleaned up after themselves as they were leaving. Polite/courteous and friendly, I recommend this company the next time you need help moving.

I contacted various movers as her previous plans to get the chair moved fell through. Big Stuff movers were quick to respond to my request for a price quote. I contacted 3 different companies and only Big Stuff movers and another company quickly contacted me back. I wanted the chair moved within the next two days but they were booked until the weekend. I got their price quote and thought they were reasonable. I got the other price quote from the other moving company and they were ridiculously priced. I agreed to wait until the weekend so the Big Stuff movers could move the recliner. I made a small deposit when I booked and the reminder was due upon delivery. They were excellent in responding to my text messages. The day of the move the mover wore a mask and covers on his shoes and went upstairs, disassembled the recliner and took it to my sister's house and reassembled the recliner. My mom is very happy now she has her recliner and can get up without the need of assistance. Thank you Big Stuff movers for helping my mom with her recliner. If you need to move an item or a whole house you can expect excellent service, a good price and a company that cares.

Everyone in SA KNOWS traffic is bad... So because of time constraints I had to cancel AGAIN.... *********** So I'm actually extremely pissed. This past week I needed movers. The guy agreed 930am-1030... Then the next day messaged me and said if 230-3 was ok... I guess he saw I didn't respond and then sent another saying that the initial time was ok. So today I'm waiting and he called saying he had to move it to 1230. I didn't mind so I said ok. Then he blew me off again and said 230-3. I get it but I feel like he already knew that he wasn't gunna do the 930 am and was gunna bullsht me until 230.... Why? Because the message he sent the day before. We recently hired Round Table Moving to help with an in-town move. Tony and his team arrived…read morepromptly at the start time, calling me in advance that they were on their way. The guys were very helpful in explaining everything they were doing and made sure they knew what exactly we wanted them to take. I appreciated that they took the time to meticulously, but quickly, wrap everything (taking off sofa feet and table legs where necessary to ensure a safe move). They all worked incredibly hard to ensure we got everything moved to exactly where we wanted it in our new house in a timely manner. In addition, they were all very courteous and friendly and made sure to ask us if we had any questions or concerns at several points. It's hard to find dependable, trustworthy, and fairly-priced movers so it was fantastic to work with Round Table who met all of these criteria.
