Amazing service , ambiance, great full plate of food. Awesome drink options I got a butterscotch toffee cappuccino and it comes with one free refill. Yum yum. I had a really sweet n helpful waitress. She had red Hair and was an older lady so so kind. She was working on Monday morning at 11:11 :) will be back thank u

A coworker recommended giving Weather Vane a try and it did not disappoint. This place is super cute and has amazing breakfast food. We too advantage of the breakfast buffet. COVID precautions in place included hand sanitizer and disposable gloves for using the shared serving utensils. Everything we had was delicious including cheesy scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, crisp bacon, cheesy hash browns, French toast sticks. . . I could go on and on. I do wish the mini cinnamon rolls would have been warm but the frosting was fantastic and made up for it. Check this place out for breakfast if you find yourself in Menasha.

Excellent brunch spot in Menasha. It's quite easy to see why it's rated #1 here. The location is lovely, there's ample parking on the street and behind. Clean and modern vibe inside. The food is exceptional. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the Patty Melt and Bloody Mary's. Also, prices are surprisingly affordable. The wait staff was fast and friendly. All around, a wonderful experience.

Great food, amazing prices! The food came out fast and hot. There is a breakfast buffet on Saturdays which had cheesy hash browns which were to die for. Family friendly ambience and friendly service. A great place for breakfast!

My go to - corned beef hash, hashbrowns, and over easy egg. Pancakes came with!

Visiting from out of town and was happy to find such a yummy breakfast place near our AirBnB. I would describe the food as better than diner but items you'd expect from a breakfast diner - corned beef hash, huge portions of hashbrowns, big and fluffy pancakes, unlimited coffee. Be prepared to bring home leftovers or share with a friend. Big portions! I also liked the ambiance, you could tell this place was a local favorite too.

We visited at 9:30 on a Sunday morning, hostess told us 15 min wait for the two of us. It was more like 8 mins. Quick service, clean and bright restaurant. It was getting pretty crowded when we left at 10:30 am. Solid choice for breakfast! The mimosas were amazing - believe they use fresh squeezed orange juice.

Very mediocre food.. and it's always freezing in the place. I can't for the life of me figure out why this place is so busy..

Mediocre food, friend staff and fast service. However, almost 4 for a "side" of bacon with your french toast is absurd!

The rarity time off we snuck over here and could not have been more impressed! Very much a unique place in Appleton but takes you to a big city like NYC or Portland. The vibes, decor, overall environment was welcoming. Food was delicious! We got BYO omelette and Cheese risotto cake with braised beef short ribs. Both were cooked to perfection and flavors aplenty. Not overly salted which many places can be. The perfect portion size that we didn't even need to take anything to go. Honestly impressed. Even more cool is they try to source ingredients locally when they can so it's helping our community. Very excited to have found this place and will be back for more! We did try some of their specialty drinks and will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu whenever we get the chance. We came back for a second visit fairly quickly because we kept thinking about the food! We got some breakfast bowls and added protein to it. Again, this place did not disappoint in the slightest! They're located in an old building along the main street in downtown. For lunch, they seemed to have a short list of items...and not really catering to a red meat eater like me. I picked the chicken pesto sandwich since I normally eat chicken sandwiches for lunch and opted for the house potatoes. Our waitress was very loopy and loud add seemed overly happy about her job. My colleague thinks she was yelling at us whem she spoke, but I believe that is just how some people talk. My chicken sandwich was good...but the chicken breast seemed like a machine formed patty and it was small. I was expecting something a little fresher, like a whole grilled chicken breast for the price. Instead, this seemed like a pre-made patty from a vendor they just heated up in an oven. The house potatoes were simple and pretty good though. They add cheese and herbs and spices to these to amp them up. I can't really speak for the breakfast or cocktail program, but their music was pretty good.

My experience this time around was a little bit more of a let down hence why I had to take one star off. When I went few months ago, I had burnt coffee which I chalked it up as a one time error. But it happened again with this visit, so that told me they don't really pay much attention to their coffee yet they have a whole menu dedicated to coffee. I also made a reservation on a Sunday knowing it fills up quick and that it might be hard to get a table, however, it was an hour and half before they close which means they tend to slow down around that time. Also, when making a reservation, it'll ask you if you want bar, dining area or patio. I chose dining area. Yet they called me an half hour before to see if I wanted to sit at the bar, which I told them twice in person I do not want to, and as a result the hostess gave me the annoyed/judgmental look down when I wasn't looking. As someone who has owned a family restaurant business for 30 years, that's a big no-no in terms of customer service. It's just rude and unnecessary. Also, they kind of really try to get customers out by 2, which is when they close. By standard at most restaurants, they need an extra hour after closing for customers to take their time with their meals rather than rushing through it, especially if you will sit them 20 minutes before closing time. I felt rushed, and I don't like that feeling at a place I'm trying to enjoy my meal. Would I come back here? Absolutely yes because their food is really the best for brunch in the area and it's cleaner. It just shouldn't be an excuse with certain things like what I mentioned above. P.S. if chicken and waffles happens to be one of the specials, get it. It's by far the best dish I've ever tried there and also my top 3 chicken & waffles that I've tried anywhere. SO GOOD!

It wasn't just a brief check, either, they stared at us as we made our way across the room, basically til we sat in the "restaurant" part of the place. We went for brunch. I can't really speak for any of their other food, but don't go there for brunch. The "brunch" consisted of two sides. The first was a salad bar which did have a pretty good selection of items, as far as a lettuce salad would be concerned - but the pre-made salads were pretty unappetizing to me & my fiancé - neither of us are super picky eaters. They looked like they had just been sitting there since last week's brunch. I did try the ambrosia salad, which was ok, but it had a stale or freezer-burned-ish taste to it. There was also soup. The other side had a huge thing of fried chicken, some corn (frozen, not fresh), some fries, a couple other things, and then a frittata & some bacon & sausage - the only breakfast items. When we got there, nothing was fresh. The chicken had been sitting out for quite awhile, quite dry & not good at all, the bacon, too (at that point there wasn't any bacon out) the corn had a sort of film at the top from sitting, the frittata looked horrible - I wouldn't even try it. After we had made our first trip to the buffet, a few other couples came in, and after they had also visited the buffet, the chef started bringing out fresh food. The fresh fried chicken was good, the fresh bacon was good, but the same frittata was still there when we left. I think if they want to do a brunch, they should do a legitimate brunch. When I say I want to go to brunch, I don't mean "I want to eat fried chicken for breakfast." If there had been any fruit, any other forms of eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, etc), and a few more breakfast-y items, I think I would have been ok - not thrilled, but satisfied. Instead, it was a lunch buffet with bacon and frittata. If they feel their buffet carts are too small and still want to do a brunch, they should create several brunch entrees and just make them on an as-ordered basis. I don't think they can legitimately call this a brunch. The one very positive thing I can say is that our server and one of the bartenders/hosts (maybe an owner?) were very nice to us. It looks like a good place to make "your bar," if you were looking for a new place to be a regular, I'd maybe have a drink there, but I definitely won't go back to eat.
