Came here on a Friday afternoon around 12 and it was very slow, and we were seated right away. The service was fast and our waitress was very friendly. My brother and dad were each pleased with their breakfast plates, and I got the black bean burger with guacamole. I find it hard to get a good veggie burger at a lot of places, but I was so happy I ordered one here! The guacamole was so fresh and I would definitely recommend ordering it with this burger, it really makes a difference. The chipotle mayo is no joke either. If you're a vegetarian who struggles to find new options when out with friends, (or if you're anyone really) I strongly recommend this burger, and this restaurant. read more

This spot has good diner type food; a pretty typical menu but they've done it well. When I first was looking for brunch places in the area, a few people recommended this spot. They do have good breakfast food but to me it doesn't fit what I envision when asking for brunch recommendations, such as unique breakfast dishes and good brunch cocktails (which are high on my priority list). This is by far my favorite breakfast place it tastes amazing and I can always expect them to have my eggs cooked well and everything to be done right everytime. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are a few waiters and waitresses there that are not always the nicest of people but the owners are exceptionally nice. read more

I got the eggs benedict, which were everything I had hoped for. Husband got the strawberry stuffed french toast. Too sweet for me but he ate every last bite! The food was great. The place is cute. But the service is weird? We sat down and the waitress instantly asked my boyfriend "What would you like? A slap in the face?" She brought us our drinks and said "Are you ready to order? What can I get you? A slap upside the head?" She brought us our bill when we first got our food. Their breakfast buffet is amazing! Personal favorites are the cinnamon rolls, corned beef hash, and the cheesy hash browns. Their stuffed French toast off the menu is very good as well. Best breakfast & lunch in Neenah/Menasha area. Was first introduced to the Vane by neighbors who took me for the breakfast brunch. It was good, but found myself adding a lot of seasoning. BUT when I came back another time and order off the menu, eggs benedict was fantastical. Told them I was from down south and like a little extra flavor and the waitress smiled a little and said 'no problem'. Have been hooked ever since. Now that Menasha has done so much to rejuvenate the immediate area around the Vane, the surrounding atmosphere makes it that much better. read more

Fantastic food. I've had a couple of their omlette types, the french toast (the best of the lot), pancakes, and the weekend buffet is a value. My only complaint, with all this fine cooking, is the coffee. It's run-of-the-mill and you can find better in some convenience stores. I'll still be going back, though. read more

This was an old diner feel which was not what I was expecting but I liked it. The wait staff was very friendly they treated our toddler very well. It's always a bonus when a place has a kids menu. I ordered from the sides menu, one of the items I ordered was a pancake. The server told me that since my daughter was getting the kids pancake meal I won't need to order one myself because they are big and filling. She was so right, i couldn't finish one of two pancakes my daughter got that came with her meal. All in all nothing fancy, but good food and service. read more

I ate here with the family in mid January. It was a top notch experience. The food, service and atmosphere all worked well! I had the hurricane burger which was filling and delicious! Anytime a burger comes with an egg on it I'm sold! The rest of the group went with breakfast food and they all loved theirs as well. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

I went in there with a three-year-old for breakfast. Since we only had two in our party the table of four that came in after us was seated first and we were told we had to wait 20 minutes.
