I haven't been contacted a single time with an update and my salesman had to put me through to the service department who said they were getting the work finished two days ago, haven't heard since. They're keeping my car with no update after letting me buy it. Not a great experience. Update: I was contacted very soon after this review by their head of sales, and after that given regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the finished product, and they even fixed some other things that weren't the original problem. The communication with the repair in the beginning wasn't great but they did a lot to make it right. I will bring my car back here if I need it worked on in the future.

In addition they live up to their reviews. You won't find the hit and miss customer service here. Each of the people we worked with at each stage of our research and buying process was beyond what you would expect. Starting with our first visit with Andre, there was no pressure and he sat down with us and filled us in on how the used car financing was going on this COVID market. After we shopped around at other car lots, checked out other vehicles, and spoke with other financing banks, we ended up back at Urban Motors as they set the bar for Denver and beyond. Our son needed a reliable transport to commute to work but he had first time buyer credit and we recently moved into the area so he has not been long on the job.
