Initital experience buying the car was fine. It had a check engine light come on during the test…read moredrive, they agreed to fix it. Took two days and they said was good to go, went and signed all the paperwork after another test drive seemed fine. Not even five minutes on the way home and engine light came back on. They said they would work on it and fix the issue. It's now been an entire week and I haven't been able to get through to a single person on the phone. The phone number listed doesn't go to anyone. I haven't been contacted a single time with an update and my salesman had to put me through to the service department who said they were getting the work finished two days ago, haven't heard since. They're keeping my car with no update after letting me buy it. Not a great experience. Update: I was contacted very soon after this review by their head of sales, and after that given regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the finished product, and they even fixed some other things that weren't the original problem. The communication with the repair in the beginning wasn't great but they did a lot to make it right. I will bring my car back here if I need it worked on in the future.

I'm an out of state purchaser. to there defense the car has been great. I've had no issues. But…read moretheir service quality was in need, they were supposed to take pictures of the vehicle before delivery, I never received. When I purchased the car I paid for the delivery to which it was supposed to be arriving 3 days after I bought it. But when I didn't get any response or update after 3 days. I called them to make sure my car was still coming, which they told me the car had not left their lot yet. They gave me a new update on delivery, which I think is weird, they should have told me about that before I paid for the delivery cost. I got my car a week later, and I then had to wait for my title and other paperwork to show up, which they did not tell me when would come. After a month of waiting, I called them because I didn't get any updates. They told me the paperwork had been sitting at the dealership for pickup! PICKUP?? Lmfao, to which I told them I needed delivered AGAIN. This company definitely needs to work on communication, although the vehicle showed up in good condition this caused a lot of stress to me because I had no verification or trust in the weeks I waited for my car. For such a big purchase this is a h

Screw the paperwork on the car that I purchased and now they don't wanna fix it and basically…read moresaying that I'm wrong they have nothing to fix but even my home state DMV said that they screwed up fire beware and their descriptions are their vehicles are not the most accurate 2/13/25 Adding on to this review. When purchasing the car I got told it when through a full inspection and the car was in good mechanical order. Well that was a lie! After driving the car for on two months. It started to have a slight hesitation when speeding up on the highway then that turned into an engine misfire. Then shortly after that, a knocking noise. So after looking over the car. I discovered that there bin a on going camshaft position sensor leak. I have installed photos of it. You might ask how is that related to a misfire. So when the camshaft position sensor start leaking oil on the M157 engine. The oil goes into the electrical connector and then through the hole engine wiring harness. I did look at the sensors before purchasing the vehicle, but they must've had clean the connector so you could not notice the oil leaking into the wiring harness. I know I bought the vehicle as is, but it really shady what they did and would like to warn others.
