Now she claiming she told me she going out business (why does this give her reason to steal my $$) She Never called me to tell She not going to show up today and she damaged my wood floors and never came to repair them like she promised! ! I wondering if her employees quit because she steals from them too! I'm been very nice understanding because i know things happened but can't stand that she says more lies and stealing from me ! I, unfortunately, had a terrible and unprofessional experience. I contacted WeClean through Yelp. She was quick to respond and scheduled our appointment. She was very fast and professional when I was scheduling, so I was excited to find a long-term crew who can visit us regularly after the initial post-move deep cleaning. All went well until the day of the appointment. No one showed up. I called her straight to voicemail. I texted her directly and via Yelp, and as of now, two days post the appointment, and still no response. We are on a tight time schedule, between painting and moving in and this no-show and no-response messed up the whole thing. Not sure what happened to her, but I'm so disappointed with this experience. read more

I contacted Gabriela to clean my parents house. She was nice and had a whole conversation with me on pricing and times. We confirmed for July 2nd @8am. I contacted her the day before to confirm, never responded or even showed up. I had a bad feeling when I couldn't reach her the day before so I hired another company. Thank god they were able to come out last minute. I haven't heard from her since. I hope she is ok, but I definitely wouldn't hire them. Unreliable. Gabriela and her team did a terrific job on cleaning our house. We have high standards so that is saying a lot! She had a team of three, plus herself, and they all worked hard and quickly. They ended up arriving an hour late, but Gabriela took responsibility and showed up to support her team. She checked in with us as they cleaned to make sure we were satisfied. So happy with We'Clean. I had my house cleaned by this cleaning company for the first time and I couldn't be more thankful. The kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom every corner of my house, they made it spotless. My house was a mess when they got here but they did a great job. The We'Clean staff were amazing too. They showed professionalism, care for my stuff, and very polite. Gaby, the lady I spoke with on the phone was really nice and very helpful with any question I had. Contacted this business on 6/19/21 and Gabriela immediately got back to me. We made arrangements ( and confirmed) for 6/28/21 at 8:00 am as I had final walk through that afternoon. On 6/28/21 Gabriela and her team never showed. I made multiple attempts to contact her via phone/text with no response whatsoever, not even to explain reason not showing up. They were nice enough but showed up 30 minutes early I prefer people on time. The real problem was they charged extra for a deep clean that was NOT a deep clean. They did not move much do all the blinds dust pictures and had to request them back to get a few cobwebs. read more

Quick response. Three ladies arrived and were efficient, effective and friendly. My house was dusted, mirrors cleaned, floors swept and mopped, bathroom is very clean and smells clean. The microwave and stove top were also cleaned as well as counters. I am happy that some of my disorganized papers on my table were organized in a neat pile so there's more room :). Unfortunately, they did not show up at the appointment time or at any time. I originally had them scheduled for a day prior and they had someone contract COVID. Completely understandable for them to reschedule for the next day with a different crew. I called to confirm the rescheduled appointment early in the morning and was told the crew would arrive at the scheduled time. It's has been over 3 hours and the crew never arrived. I was told a couple times they were on their way and running a bit late. When I tried calling a couple times, there was no answer and no additional follow up text. I left a voicemail letting them know I would wait at the property for an additional 15 minutes and to let me know what is going on. No response. Very unprofessional. You absolutely need to keep the customer informed and up to date. It shouldn't be up to the customer to continue to reach out to find out ETA and status. Unfortunately, I wasted 3-4 hours of my Sunday. It's too bad as I had high hopes for this company. In response to your response: Again, extremely unprofessional. You don't just not show up after confirming a time. The appointment was confirmed that morning (as I wanted to ensure you would be there after canceling the day before) in which you agreed to and then you never showed up or called. Disappointed. At the very least, you should have called me and try to make it right. Instead, the only response I received after a couple of my calls is the response to this Yelp review. read more

Booked a cleaning and they did not show up or call. Contacted business was told the person was in accident and was very apologetic. They scheduled different people to come later in the day. Did not show up or call again! Tried calling business no answer and texted no response. Wasted half my day and left work early for a no show. I would not use this company. Very un reliable. As a business owner myself I would be calling my customer to let them know that we have to reschedule. I would be doing my best to make the customer happy since they have wasted half a day for nothing.
