Received and email for a Prepay discount if paid in full on and I did take opportunity of the discount offered to me and paid in full on 1/2/26 and deleted the email because I did not think they would want a proof that I was offered the discount and did not give me a discount as promised and got some new rates for a prepay plan which I eventually did.in spite of that, come the 9th, I was charged for my monthly service again. I kept calling for 2 days just to a get a hold of a live person to speak with and get my refund but I was told that without the proof that the discount was offered to me, I would have to pay a higher price which I reluctantly did and that was my new prepay discounted rate. WAs upset that they did not keep the promise for the original offer in the email that I received. And I was told that there will be no refund issued to me as that would be combined with what I paid as a prepay discounted amount, but future payments will be stopped for the full year and I hope that I don't have to deal with the headache of trying to contact them for a fraudulent charge on my card. I will be back to update if I see the credit card has been charged again. read more

The worst lawn care service I have ever had. They are extremely rude and pompous. They tout coming back out as many times they have to but guess what, Unlimited Lawn Care and others I've used only come out once. I paid the bill in full for a year, and EVERY SINGLE time, they came out, weeds mysteriously appeared, and I had to call them back out. Guess what though, it's not very easy to get in touch with someone to have them come back out. I had to call 4 to 5 times after paid treatments to receive retreatments due to weeds that I did not have before. I also had to call back because one of their technicians burned my yard and lied about it saying it was chinch bugs. A supervisor came out and verified it was, in fact, burned by the last technician. I also complained to them because they constantly robocall you and when you answer no one says anything. I would definitely find another servicer for your lawn. read more

They have been out countless times to treat and re-treat for weeds and I still have a lot of weeds. I also have mosquito control service and the tech leaves my gate wide open after countless messages for my profile that it is imperative to close the gate completely else my dogs will escape. I have tried to speak with someone in the local office but time and time again I get connected to an answering service in the PHILIPPINES!! Their sales people are quick to call to try and upsell me on services but I find it next to impossible to get a customer service person at an office here who will help me. They have one more chance to make good on their service else it is adios. UPDATE: I received a call back from a manager regarding the gate situation. Let's hope it doesn't happen again! read more

This company ghost me several times and continued to charge me. One time during digital learning I was home with my daughter and witnessed the guy making one stripe on one side of my yard and placing their sign and leaving. Even the new technician that came told me that the previous employee was not performing the service and had been ghosting accounts. Now with the second technician not sure what he did but I continue to have weeds in my yard. A supervisor came and said he wouldn't pay for these services that are not beautifying my lawn or killing the weeds. Even with a supervisor inspection of the work that wasn't being delivered they continued to want payment rendered. This is after 18 months of poor service. I have been with Weed Man for a 3 years now, lawn looks incredible. Referred 4 of my neighbors and they are happy as well, which is good because I can look at nice lawns as I drive down the street. If you decide to go for this, and you should (I have tried many of these companies and Weed Man is the best, a company that starts with K is the worst imo...) make sure you ask to talk to Deanna Freeman as she seems to be the most helpful over there.
