He seemed very curious about the equipment inside my vehicle and asked questions. Odd, but whatever. As the kind young man turned around I was greeted with approximately one half mile of butt crack hanging out of the portly lad's beltless workwear. I wasn't too perturbed about the indecent display until he wriggled his gloved hand into the crevice to only slightly adjust his pants. After what seemed like hours, the three wisemen on the grill conferred at the end of the line about my unique order (sans Mayo and ketchup) before looking at the screen for accuracy. Luckily they caught their error and a flurry of activity ensued just beyond my view. Thankfully someone else sacked my order before giving it to Cracky McPoophands to deliver unto me. A line was forming behind me so I pulled away and checked the order just down the street. Examination of the Big Buford burger revealed that the 3 wisemen did in fact fix the mistake they made, which was evidenced by the remaining ketchup and mayonnaise absorbed by the bun. They did, however, overlook the other items the burger was supposed to include. I went back to the drive thru and Cracky McPoophands asked what was wrong. I told him the order was wrong and politely asked for a refund. I wasn't about to let them experiment on me again and assumed I should just move on because Poophands. You may call me a liar cuz you won't believe this, he didn't know how to refund the order. IKR? Well, the manager on duty (I don't know her name, but she looked like a Charlene, so we will go with that) came up and apologized for the mix up. She must have know how bad the order was fouled up because she didn't even ask about it. It just sat there in the window waiting to be exposed and I thought surely when Charlene sees the condition of their flagship burger, all holy heck would break looses and at a minimum McPoophands would be forced to rectify his plumber situation. But it was not to be. Charlene refunded my money nicely and asked me to take the bag of food and the drink with me. I politely declined and she said their Rona policy forbids reentry of any food. I again politely declined and began to pull away. In accordance with company policy and procedures, Charlene commenced to shrieking out a torrent of obscenities the likes unheard this far inland from the nearest Navy yard. I was shocked! I stopped right there, exited the vehicle and went to the walk up window and tapped lightly upon it so as not to summon the wrath of the trailer park princess in charge. Charlene came back to the window and I asked if she is the manager, she confirmed same and I waited ever so briefly for her to come to her senses. Call me an optimist. Charlene doubled down on her tirade and banished me from Rally' AND Checkers forever. Why you ask? Her explanation was that I am rude and I care not for the health and well being of the employees in her care. I didn't argue, Cracky McPoophands notwithstanding, I just told her I would be calling corporate. I don't know if she is aware of corporate in any way, as she was unphased by threat and tripled down on her behavior with another classy adieu of nefarious language. Keep up the good work Charlene. I implore all you Yelpers to stop in and see the show. Don't eat anything they hand you, just order something and the give it back to them. Who knows what they're going to do next?
