Joe and his team are awesome. I hired them to pick up a "free" hot tub for me from Willow Glen and deliver to my house in San Jose. The whole experience was a nightmare, but Joe and his team were the only positive thing. Upon arrival they informed me that the underside of the tub was infested with rats. I was so desperate for a tub, I said it's ok, I'll clean it. So they brought it to my backyard, and they actually helped me remove a lot of the nastiness underneath. They went above and beyond their scope of work. As they were leaving, they told me to call them if I decided that I didn't want it, and they would haul it off to the dumps for me. Well I filled it up, and of course my luck, it leaked pretty badly, and the smell of rat piss was too overbearing, so I decided to toss it.
