Went in to have a repair: $140. One month later the "repair" failed and I had to have the part replaced: $350. Warranty at least covered the second, but not the first. Customer service is hit and miss. They covered a rental for me, and washed my car, which was nice, but I think they should have refunded the $140 since they didn't do what I paid them to the first time, which was fix the problem. Got my car back one day later and every single seat setting had been changed (even the steering wheel!), my steering wheel cover is now missing, and there is red goo (looks like jelly?) all over my dials. It's really disgusting and I miss my steering wheel cover. My dad bought that for me special. read more

I was skeptical, but per Nathan, I gave Landon a chance. I'm really glad I did... he was kind, courteous, and got me into a vehicle I never would have looked at. Pregnant daughter went to look at a car and a "salesman" (typical car salesman) sold her a $16000.oo car with no tread on the tires and would not include an extended warranty with her payments..A/C barely works....then it would not even pass emissions test. They did fix that as they would have had to take the car back. Now her transmission is broke and she and her three children are carless. I have had pretty good luck with them years ago..looks like things have changed for the worse. read more

I can't say enough about how kind and amazing my interactions with this garage have been. They made me feel like I mattered and made sure I was taken care of. They got me appointments ASAP and even bent over backwards getting me in as a work-in when something else fell apart on my older vehicle. Never go to this business. They charged us an additional $400 without our consent (violation of the Motor Vehicle Repair Act). Dealt with Rob Rager, the Service Manager who didn't seem to care that his mechanics were charging people without letting them know of the additional cost. Refused to give us our car back until payment was received in full. Then, when we went to pick up our car they tried to have us sign a document saying we waived giving consent orally and in writing which we never did. They only wanted us to sign this so they could charge us the extra. Talk about a dirty business! Have already filed claims with the BBB, District Attorney, and Colorado Attorney General to get our money back. I would recommend staying far away from this place. read more

Alfonso Kelly is an amazing rep. He went above and beyond what was expected. I bought a used car, as is. It was a little piggy pie and in need of a lot of love. Alfonso didn't have to have the detail team clean the car, and he even helped remove debris for me! It was the absolute BEST experience I ever had with an Auto Dealership. I was contacted back by Alek through the "Interned Sales" after inquiring about a 2013 Buick Enclave. After months of research on this model of vehicle, Alek and his team were able to work with me on making ownership a reality by meeting our budget requirements. Essentially I was going to give them one star. I went in to get my car serviced and they messed with the headlights. When I got my car, that night I noticed one of my headlights was out but had to drive and got pulled over by the cops. A quote from an employee: "sometimes you get a good car, and sometimes you don't." "Sometimes you don't" seems to mean that buying a brand new car with a faulty transmission, a car alarm that wouldn't turn off for more than a few minutes at a time, faulty battery wire connections, and gas and break pedals that give out while driving on the highway is equivalent to just "plain bad luck old sport, better luck next time"... this brand new car had to get towed back home and is currently sitting dead in the front drive because no one can afford to both make payments on it AND fix all the problems with it. Part of the deal was that they were supposed to take our other old dead car. This also hasn't happened, bringing our total number of dead cars in the driveway to 2. We live in Cheyenne and are getting absolutely no help. Not for lack of trying, all the phone calls that end in "we'll call you back" have never been returned. Sometimes you get a good car salesman and sometimes you don't, I guess. read more

In February of 2014 I went to Weld County Garage to buy my first car ever. At first everyone was so nice, my sales man was really nice and seemed to really want to help me. I've never been able to get a car on my own but this time I was able to. I was super super excited. I was actually approved for a car meeting certain qualifications. They had one on the lot that I actually liked and met all the qualifications, so I decided to go ahead and get that one, which was a 2011 Dodge Avenger. They let me take it over night and when I went in the very next day to sign my papers they went to detail my car before it went home with me, they broke my windshield. They arranged for me to bring the car back to get the windshield replaced which was two days later, as I was pulling on to the lot my check engine light came on. The tests indicated the catalytic converter had gone out. :( But the was all I was told. I sat at that dealership (Greeley, CO) for over 5 hours not knowing what was going on with my new car, not able to go any where, with a 4 year old and my roommate. The dealership was having some sort of fundraiser in which the Used car Manager was being duct taped to a pole inside the dealership. I donated $5 and they gave me a roll of duct tape, and I expressed how dis-satisfied I was and what was going on. It was only after he got off the pole and in his office did names start getting called on the load speaker, things started to happen. I got a loaner car, and mine was fixed. :) When the finance company called to confirm all my information, they asked me how much my down payment was.....apparently the dealership had reported that my down payment was lower than I actually paid.......ssssooooo what were they going to do with the difference???? Keep it???? I actually contacted a friend of mine who is a lawyer at that point and got everything documented in a time line. I decided to take a chance with Weld County Garage one more time, I referred them to my boyfriend. Both of us met up there, and went to talk to Rickie Bobby. However he was busy at the moment and introduced us to someone I don't even remember the name of because he was so horrible. The next day my boyfriend got a call from That sales man saying he couldn't do anything in his price range and he was sorry. not more than 10 minutes after that Rickie Bobby called him stating he was sorry and that he could get him something in his price range. After several days, my boyfriend finally found a car on the lot he liked, a 2011 Dodge Charger. There was front end damage, passenger door damage, and tail light damage. Weld County Garage stated they would only "repair" the front end damage and the door damage. But once the car was taken to the body shop, they got mad because the front end damage couldn't be repaired it had to be replaced. So the door damage and rear damage never got fixed. Weld County Garage told my boyfriend to take it to a body shop and send them the bill. He got his the Charger in July 2014, the dealership failed to send the title to the DMV within 30 so he had to PAY for another temp tag. He went today to try and register it again, and Weld County Garage had altered the documents so the DMV had to send the papers back...so now he had to PAY for ANOTHER temp tag. So here it is my boyfriend STILL can't register his car, still has damage done to the passenger side of his car, and the rear of his car. The DMV has given him complaint forms, and we are filling out complaints with the BBB. I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO WELD COUNTY GARAGE!!!!!! My dad bought a truck at Weld County Garage yesterday. The sales guy was good. Relatively little pressure. Seemed like a good deal. Then we went to get the titlework and paper work all completed with this one lady. She immediately was trying to sell my dad on leasing instead of the cash purchase he was making. I shook my head kinda that he shouldn't do this and she basically yelled at me to not shake my head before she was done. Then she was really pressuring my dad to hear her lease pitch out. He said he wasn't interested and she seemed really upset by that. Then later she looked at me again and was still annoyed and asked me if I wanted her to explain it since I was so against leasing. I said no thanks. Then she got more annoyed. I told her I didn't care about that as I wasn't buying a car there my dad was. Plus I'm not going to buy a GM car period. I'm not sure why she got so upset. She told me to not get upset. I just wanted my dad to get done buying the car so we could leave. This was just crazy and bad customer service to me. Weld County garage needs to look into this person. If I was the one buying the vehicle and she got this way I probably would have gotten up and left. Plus she never even mentioned the extended warranty that nearlly all car dealers push. Which is funny as my dad probably would have bought that. Her loss. read more

I am grateful that when my vehicle blew a heater hose that the dealership got it in right away but disappointed that they had it for 48 hours because they could not get a part that would fit and then told me that they fixed it the way they should have fixed it to begin with. I had to continually call to check on the status only to be told that it would be done and then find out that once again it would not be done. Why can you not get parts for a 2010 vehicle? This is the second time that I have had to wait on this dealership to get the job done-the last time it took 2 and a half hours to get an oil change-a bit excessive. This dealership use to be very good and myself and the company that I work for use to use them exclusively but that is not the case today. read more

Talked to John Savage in Service. We talked about my warranty and some things i'd like him to look into as far as repairs. I made a list of items thinking that for one price, they could check out a few things. I gave John all of my warranty company information so that he could consult with them while he was looking into the items. I show up and and he tells me for like $320 they can LOOK AT IT! $65 per item big or small. I eliminated some items from the list because I didn't have $320 to have them just tell me what the issue is. I was interested in them telling me what this horrible squeak was that was coming from the undercarriage. He had it over night and the next day around noon he finally calls me and tells me "We couldn't find the cause of the squeaking so we had to move on to the next item." After that there was some bull that took place with my warranty company. The main issue that I took the car in for was something that they couldn't give me answers on unless they took it apart. I grew more and more frustrated because it was seeming like I was going to possibly pay and get absolutely nothing. I told him I would come and pick up the car... Sure enough, I paid about $270 and had ZERO answers. I wish with everything that I could say I'm exaggerating. I literally ran my card for all that money and had zero answers. Then to add insult to injury, he called me Levi the whole time. I was too irate to correct him. I couldn't believe that they were completely okay with running my card for that kind of money and not providing me ANY result, ANY information. My warranty company said "Weld County Garage ordered parts for your car that we don't cover." I'm pretty sure that's why I gave him my warranty contact info before I brought the car over, to make sure that didn't happen. It matters squat to me the fine print, what they offer and how they work, their procedure... It matters nothing to me because doing the right thing or doing what is fair is what matters most and I don't feel like getting nothing for two hundred and sixty-something dollars is acceptable. I didn't get reasonable or fair despite what it says on the back of John's business card... "Driven to do what's right" Oh and remember the squeak... I was charged for it despite never finding out what it was. read more

Bought a used car 5 years ago, had zero problems. We were given a coupon book which my son's used for the service department to work on their cars, with quality work done.They have always treated us with respect and stood behind their work. Since having no trouble with the car or the work they preformed on the other cars. Our one son purchased His Third car from them (first one was totaled in a car accident). Then in the last month we have returned and provided more business they have no pressure,no stress sales team. NO trouble with financing they work with all lenders and found the perfect loan for our scores and budget. It has been refreshing to find a dealership that we can trust our family business to and feel part of their family. We feel that not only have we bought cars from them we made friends. Had the vehicle I wanted, but follow up service pathetic. A couple things promised but extremely slow follow up or not at all.

HORRIBLE service. I went in to have my car's tires rotated, and to get an air filter replaced. I had also asked that they top up my transmission fluid because I was low. The whole service took two and a half hours. After I got home (I live about an hour away), the transmission fluid hadn't been touched. A few day later, My car started smoking. I checked under the hood, and found that the air intake hadn't been properly re attached to the engine. It had just been slipped back on to the engine and hadn't been tightened. I called them, and the only thing they offered to do to make the situation right was to credit $40 to my in-house account. I asked for a cash refund, and was denied. I will NEVER get my car serviced there again. read more

In the summer of 2012 my dad bought a gray Corolla from Ehrlich on 8th Ave. He bought it from the salesman named Gene because he knew him. Gene had called him saying, 'hey, we have this nice car, only one owner.' My dad bought it for me as a gift for starting a job. Looking back, by the way my job went, one can see a parallel. My job and my car were both lemons. In the summer of 2015 my windshield needed to be replaced. Shortly after I had Safelight come to my house to replace it, the interior column between the windshield/ door fell towards me. I drove to what is now owned by WCG on 8th Ave. The service guy hopped up, and pushed the column back in. A week or so later, it fell towards me again. I drove to the WCG on 47th. I was told it fell out b/c my windshield had been replaced. I went to Safelight. The guy there pulled off the other column and told me Safelight guys never touch this part of the car. He told me about what we were looking at. The column on the left was held together by a bolt that was sheered off. The column on the right had a shiney bolt. Neither of them, I was told, belonged to this car. My car, in it's history somewhere, had been totaled. I drove to the WCG on 8th Ave and Steve, the Service Manager, hopped up to look at what I described to him. He pulled off both columns to look at the bolts. When I asked him if he could fix it, he was less than thrilled. He was surpised and flabbergasted. He pulled off the square that said, 'air bag'. From that day forward, every time I got into my car, I was reminded that I have the wrong bolts in my car. I wasn't happy about driving this car any more. I had my oil changed. Steve had my car vacuumed. (they NEVER vacuumed my car during oil changes before this.) 3,000 more miles passed, and I needed another oil change. (I drive a lot.) This time, I requested a detail and the oil change. While the car was being detailed, I told the Sales manager, Todd, about this. He said he would take pictures while the car was being detailed, and gather information to bring to the GM, Dave. I asked him to have Dave call me after his meetings the following day because I had played phone tag with Dave about this a month ago, though I'd never left him a message with more than my name and ph #. The next day, I returned home at 2:30 pm, not having a vmail from Dave. It was then, that I realized he didn't care about me or my concern. When I called him, his phone-answer girl asked who was calling. She had never before asked this question. I realized he was going to be defensive. I advised my name and told her that I would hold for him. When he came on the phone, I got on his case about the way my car was, and that I wanted some kind of remedy. He told me it wasn't his to resolve b/c Ehrlich was the orig dealer. He also replied to my telling Todd that the same staff was there, that was with Ehrlich. He was taking no responsibility for this. I asked him if he would look at the bolts. I told him I would be there at 3:30 pm. When I got there, the salesman said to me, 'I hear you hate me.' I didn't respond. The meeting took place in a conference room. Steve, Todd, and Dave were present. Gene left the building. The 3 didn't want to address my concerns. I asked them, 'is this how it is going to be?' Then, I asked them to look at the bolts with me. We went outside, and they proceeded to try to take off the little square that says 'airbags'. They played dumb telling me they didn't want to break any clips. They refused to remove the colums to look at. I became upset. I told them I would never come back to the dealership again. Dave, the GM replied, "cool." I asked why he was being flippant. I told him the Sales Manager didn't treat me that a way. I got into my car, drove to the next building and talked at Gene. I told him about my car, the bolts and the way his company was treating me. I told him, 'This is your leadership, Gene.' He could only reply back, 'I know, I know.' So the salesman knows his company's leadership is lacking. The sales manager, Todd, came in to tell me the bolts were for the plastic not the frame of the car. (lie) He encouraged me to sell the car or trade it. When I said I wouldn't sell it to someone, who would I sell it to? He said, 'sell it to me.' So suddenly, after I was requesting a meeting, denied any answers, he wants to buy the lemon from me. HUH? I don't know why they wanted to upset me. And now they want to provide a resolution? We walked out to the car, so he could pretend to get info that he already had gathered the day before, and came out to tell me he could offer me $4,000. When I got home there was a voicemail from the dealerships' phone girl wishing me a follow up to let them know how the service was that I received that day. (the day I described above, aka the very same afternoon I was in their dealership). The salesman, Gene, has lost a family friend after 50 years. They had a truck posted on the internet that was just perfect for my needs. They are in CO and I am in CA. I called and spoke to a very nice man in sales. We agreed to a price if it passed my inspection. I flew on short notice and rented a car to get there. When I drove the truck it ran fine but it was spewing transmission fluid. They said it was over filled during service. I flew home and they went to work on the problem. When I got home they called and said problem solved. We talked about delivering to CA and they quoted me a price which I felt was fine. I gave them the go ahead and was told they would get on the paperwork and have it to me via FEDEX. Several days passed with no word. I had to call them and I am told the truck is on consignment and the owner does not like the deal. They need to raise the price 700.00 to complete the deal. No money ever changed hands so I am only out 1000.00 for plane fare and car rental. It just seems a poor way to do business. I wish I would have yelped them before I got too involved. It is a widely held belief that car dealers are liars and sharks. I guess that might not be too far off the mark. If you have an option to go elsewhere, I would. Rich read more

I hate to put one star because there were people we came in contact with that were decent. Shout out to Melissa. However the experience overall was extremely poor especially from a place that talked about their "stellar reputation" and how much it means to them. We allowed them to find us a used vehicle that fit our requests since they did not have one on the lot. From the moment of pick up we knew they no longer cared about us because they already had our money. We are talking about a 30,000 dollar vehicle! The vehicle was filthy and had rips in the leather and a tear in the door upholstery. I was furious but the salesman reassured me they would take care of it and even acted shocked. After several weeks and run around they fixed the rip in the seat (although not very well) however they acted like the tear in the door wasn't there problem!!! I would NEVER spend over $30,000 on something with a tear that will only get worse with time!! Once my husband drove the vehicle he could tell things were wrong and saw all the rust issues. They had gotten the vehicle from CANADA! My husband had them do an inspection (one that should have already been done but was not!) Of course they explained everything away and gave the vehicle thumbs up. LOL less than a month later I had the oil changed (they should have done that!) and the guy changing my oil was APALLED and said in all his 35 years in the field had never seen oil come out like sludge!!!!! He said if it was him he would take this car back to where I got it!! Loads of other issues but this is sufficient, I wont even go into the title department that sold our trade in illegally without proper documentation then tried to threaten us! What a joke and when we are ready to buy my husband a new vehicle soon we will not be going back here nor do I recommend this place to anyone!!! read more
