Then one week before the close of escrow after the buyer removed ALL of their contingencies LUCY VALDEZ emails the termite report putting the entire transaction at risk as we are legally bound to disclose any new information-meaning if the buyer sees the report they can change their mind and cancel the deal or attempt to renegotiate for a lower price. Avoid Housemasters inspection at all costs. This is unprofessional and jeopardized the entire transaction. Lucy was also an overall nasty unpleasant person to deal with, I think she may be off kilter and need medication because she is completely irrational and unethical. Where do they find these people???
