This was extremely helpful to be able to prioritize and budget for things that needed repair. Also Craig was very personable, so that made the inspection fun as well. Craig inspected the garage, plumbing, exterior, hvac, crawl space and attic. He went above and beyond and spent hours there doing an extremely thorough inspection. His process was efficient, check out the camera/microphone he uses for notes and his crawl space buggy. But inspector turned it to cooling and raise the temperature, and just say it is not functional. 2. The microwave is working. Inspector said it has a fire spark in it. We tested multiple times, no issue. 3. Give poor rating to dishwasher because the water pipe is blocked... 4. Report 18 years old air conditioner past design life when it is fully working... The report uses a lot of misleading words that hint the problem is bigger than it is The worst thing is that when we asked the inspector to come back to recheck, the inspector team and manager refused to do it. They asked us to confirm the report is correct and we actually corrected all those items which was a mistake from the inspector. Do not use this inspection company

Then one week before the close of escrow after the buyer removed ALL of their contingencies LUCY VALDEZ emails the termite report putting the entire transaction at risk as we are legally bound to disclose any new information-meaning if the buyer sees the report they can change their mind and cancel the deal or attempt to renegotiate for a lower price. Avoid Housemasters inspection at all costs. This is unprofessional and jeopardized the entire transaction. Lucy was also an overall nasty unpleasant person to deal with, I think she may be off kilter and need medication because she is completely irrational and unethical. Where do they find these people???

Top notch speedy and clear communication from this company. Tony was our inspector. He arrived on time, was friendly and clear about the process and time it would take, and asked if we had any specific concerns for him.
