I had not removed anything else. 3 hrs later when I came Ken had removed all 5 screws and he left the ribbon connector completely unscrewed. I asked him to put 2 stripped screws and connect the ribbon back and he said I have stripped the 2 screws really bad he only cut off the heads while rest of the screws were still inside the phone. He also said 1 ribbon connector was damaged. I find it hard to believe that a ribbon was damaged as I never removed anything other than trying to remove the 2 stripped screws. He removed other screws I never asked him to remove. My phone was working fine until I took it to Ken. Now there is damage to the entire phone as it cannot be used to make any calls. There is network not connecting to my phone and TMobile said someone damaged my phone. Now I have to buy another phone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE.
