I'd like to leave 3 1/2 stars, but couldn't figure out how. The place was sweet looking, very clean and comfortable. I was worked on by 2 people; a woman who started my manicure, but didn't finish it. Mostly I was worked on by a tall man. He didn't communicate very much, but it was my first time and maybe I should have communicated more. I will next time. I must say I walked away with my toes and finger nails looking quite good. The place is pricey, $70 (which wound up being $72 and change on my debit card which was not explained to me) for a manicure/pedicure. I'm used to spending $50. I chose wellness due to long massages as part of the service. I quite liked the arms/shoulders/neck massage. However, the legs/feet was lacking. Not enough pressure and the feet mostly ignored. I also noticed my friend's legs/feet massage was SUBSTANTIALLY longer than mine and her person (younger man) attended well to her feet. That is my biggest complaint, a lackluster and way too short legs/feet massage. My next complaint is the cursory attention to my intense calluses on my feet and cracked skin heels. He maybe used the pumice stone for 20 seconds on each foot ! THIS is such an important part of a pedicure, coming away with soft feet. My feet were exactly the same when I left as when I came in. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! Certainly NOT worth spending $70!!! One of the other things that softens feet for a proper pedicure is soaking them in treated warm water. A bowl of tepid water arrived, but it was not warm enough and my feet HARDLY got a chance to soak making the soak useless. I don't know, end of the week (Sunday) late afternoon I got someone who was not so into providing a satisfying service?!? I will give them one more try and speak up about my needs read more

I have to say this was one of the most beautiful pedicure experiences I have ever had. I took my best friend here - to bring her comfort and support her as she grieves her mother. We arrived and my friend was trying to hold it together, and started crying. Carol and Tiffany immediately asked what was wrong, and she shared that she was processing her grief. Both ladies held space for her, comforted her, and shared stories of their personal loss as well. What was supposed to be a casual pedicure ended up being a beautiful therapy session, as they painted our toes, they also offered comfort, support, and genuine love. I am so grateful for this experience. They not only did a wonderful pedicure, but they were genuinely so kind and sweet. They even offered my friend some tea and biscuits at the end. This type of service went above and beyond and I cannot thank these ladies enough for bringing such comfort to me and my friend during this difficult time. Addendum: the owner reached out to me to tell me that how I was acting was prejudiced because I asked him to stop massaging my legs because it hurt. However when I was in the salon she berated me for "not" telling him he was hurting me. I did. I told him 2x to stop massaging my calves and I told him 3x I wanted a foot massage not a leg massage. She said they don't have the license to do massages so I should t have expected it. Even though the last time I was there I didn't have to ask for a foot massage it came with the pedicure. She said he doesn't have a license but he's legal however I never asked that, I never said anything about his ability to work. I asked him to stop because it hurt, he kept going. She told me I should have told him to stop. Now she's messaging me saying I'm prejudiced for asking him to stop. Actually the most insane thing to ever happen to me at a nail salon. Original review: I work all day on my feet and saved money for this because The first time I came here it was truly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I asked for a pedicure and a massage was included. This time I asked for a pedicure, the guy starts rushing it. I asked if I could get a foot massage he said extra and 10 minutes then asked me to watch the clock. I said I wanted a foot massage 3x not a leg massage. Dude kept massaging my calf in the same spot. I said "please stop it hurts" 2x. I told him to please stop altogether I didn't want it to continue because not only was he not massaging my feet at all but he kept massaging the same spot on my calf over and over. The manager yelled at me and said I should have told him it hurt and told him to stop, she said I shouldn't have treated him that way. I said what way? She said I shouldn't have rolled my pants back down. I said I wanted him to stop because it hurt my calves and I was led for a foot massage 3x told him to stop rubbing my calves 2x and he wouldn't stop. She said I should have told him that, I said I did. I just paid $50 dollars to get yelled at for doing exactly what this woman yelled at me to do. I wish I hadn't paid but he did give me a pedicure and honestly I think he just wasn't as good as the other guy which is fine but I did everything this woman asked me to do and she berated me. read more

I was looking for a new nail salon and came here due to the abundance of good reviews. After getting my nails done though, I believe that many of them have to be bots or were not left by actual customers. I will caveat this by saying that the staff were very kind and my nail's themselves look relatively decent, which is why I am giving 2 stars as opposed to 1. I was charged $72 and I tipped $10 since I'm awkward and can't not tip. All parts of the service were awful (see below details) except cuticle trim and polish application, so it was basically just a quick polish change that I maybe would have paid $40 for. First, the man doing my pedicure placed my feet in a bowl of water which I feel was unnecessary as they soaked less than one minute. Then he cut my cuticles and did an alright job doing so. He moved onto exfoliating my foot with a pumice stone or exfoliating sponge, but with absolutely no pressure so it was a moot point. Then the "massage" was literally him just using his thump (with a very long nail) to rub circles in the center of my foot. It would vary in pressure from incredibly light to very hard where his nail would painfully dig into the sole of my foot. This lasted for at least 5 minutes on each foot. Then he painted my toes as you normally would. For the manicure, another man placed a pillow and towel on my lap and cut my cuticles and filed my nails and applied the clear coat that I requested. Then came another very uncomfortable massage in which he just continued to squeeze up and down my arm from my shoulder to forearm, even doing this to the nape of my neck. This all lasted for an uncomfortable amount of time. The service ended with him grabbing a warm wet towel and using it to scrub/massage the nape of my neck again, I have no clue why. read more

The plush reclining chairs are so comfortable, I almost fell asleep sitting there. They were really thorough with nail care, from cutting the nails to painting the design. I was really excited to try this nail salon but unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. 1) My design was shot down because she said it was a sticker. That's not true :( 2) I explicitly said I don't want the polish to be sheer and I want it to cover my nails. She said that it will cover my nail, so I trusted her. By the 2nd coat I was feeling nervous since the nail was still super visible. It took 5 coats to finally cover the nails. 3) My hands BURNED in the UV machine! This has never happened to me before and she had me put my hands at the end for 10min. I wish I wore my UV gloves :( Pros: The nails look nice, and I liked the arm massage at the end. I also like that the salon is responsive to phone calls, and the people are friendly. The chairs are comfy too. The color palette doesn't perfectly match nail polish colors. When I asked for a light/white-ish pink color, the nail tech brought me random colors like, light purple, light blue or sheer pink that was almost clear. After selecting 4-5 colors, I finally settled on a nude shade. Despite the color selection, I had a pleasant experience. Only Tiffany and Co would take me out of Yelp retirement! Tiffany, Thai, and Richie are simply the best. I am devoted to their salon due to their impeccable work, relaxing massages, and incredible customer service. I get regular gel manicures (formerly dip but am changing things up) and pedicures with them, and they are the best I've ever gotten. They seem to be important members of their neighborhood too; many people stop by just to say "hi" and are kids are greeted with treats. Even though I don't live nearby, I feel like I am a part of their community. The best part for me is Tiffany is available to make appointments over text, which is so convenient and easy. this response is extremely manipulative, full of gaslighting, projection, and is absolutely ridiculous. they are not some victim in this situation. they have poor time management, poor administration, poor communication, on top of that, poor emotional regulation, poor listening skills, poor conflict resolution skills, poor operational management skills, poor customer service, plus a complete lack of insight, lack of foresight, and one of the most entitled personalities i've come across in quite sometime. my reply to this same response, which was copy/pasted into my personal cell phone in a long, rambling, text diatribe: "you wouldn't stop talking long enough to let me fully explain. you just kept talking and talking and talking. this is a bunch of excuses. TWO nails fell off the day after i received this gel manicure. i don't have a day off until saturday to call and i have bigger responsibilities than my nails. on wednesday a third nail fell off. i have no reason to lie to you. never once did i complain about anything before. i didn't get to enjoy this manicure for 24 hours even before nails fell off. it was a bad quality service i paid in full for that i did not even have for one day. i paid $45 for the dog sitter. why would i pay $45 again to come to a place where they are INCONSIDERATE of me, don't respect my time, or my loyalty. by your logic, i was supposed to come back in the next day to have the two nails that fell off fixed, and pay another $45 to the dog walker as a result. that's $90 so far on on manicure *just for dog walking* not including the service fee. then, again, by your logic, when ANOTHER, THIRD nail fell off on wednesday, i was supposed to drop everything in the middle of the work week, again, during tax season, with a brand new puppy, and spend ANOTHER $45 on dog care to fix the THIRD nail that fell off in 5 days. that's $135 in dog walking in FIVE DAYS because you can't do one crappy manicure right the first time. seems like i'm better off getting a refund at that point, right? not according to you. you want to ARGUE. i couldn't even say as much. the words could not come out of my mouth. every single sentence i said was interrupted and over talked. every single one. anyone would have told you to stop talking at that point. you were belligerent and the conversation was unreconcilable. there is *no posted policy*, hanging on the wall, written on any receipt, communicated verbally, that a customer has a certain window of time to report a problem. your sloppy policies are not my fault or problem. you expect and demand that i be considerate and understanding of your schedule, but you're not considerate or respectful of my scheduling needs whatsoever. the biggest, entitled hypocrites. the fact is, you were not patient enough to let me finish speaking. i am not your family member where you can speak to me anyway you want and i'll just forgive you. you treated me like garbage and i don't want to be anywhere near you after that. nails are an intimate service involving touching and close contact and you think i want you people touching me after you were so disrespectful? i don't want new nails. i don't any of you touching me or close to me. you blew it. and the fact that you think i need mental health help is a joke. I've been to this salon 3 times. The first 2 times were excellent and I was particularly blown away by the precision of the polish application for my pedicure and the amazing leg and foot massage. However, on my most recent visit, they forgot my massage and when I reminded them, the main nail technician didn't do it, he asked his older female coworker to do it so he could get to his next customer. That coworker then proceeded to rub her bare calloused hands and long nails up and down my legs - giving me the worst massage of my life. I even had faint red marks from being scratched! After that experience, I haven't come back. I think if you go during a quiet time, you'll get great service. But during a busy hour, even if you had an appointment like me, I think you'll be churned as quickly as possible for the next customer. read more
