I have been banking there for 15 years, and recently had massive fraud on two business accounts!! This happened the day before payroll for both businesses. I made numerous calls to several people and no help from Wells Fargo. To date, Wells Fargo has done nothing to help me recoup my funds. If you bank here...get out now. ***This review is for outside ATM use only*** I was meeting up with my Yelpie friend at Juice n' Bowls in Glendora. This Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) is conveniently located adjacent to the juice spot. Cool! I had to get some money so I came here after the meetup. This location is very well lit at night. There are two ATMs outside for use. They have a drive-thru ATM, too. Funny, its building look so big when looking at it from up front... I think it's because you have to go up some steps to get to it... it's like a raised up WFB. Anyway, it was a quick walk up to ATM, get my money, and I was on my way. Thank you WFB for being strategically located for your customers! Grateful for your great staff and service overall. Sylvia at this Wells Fargo is very unprofessional. I went in today to see a banker waited 40 mins was told by a teller that I would next in line. Sylvia came in and told us that we would have to wait an additional 40 minutes or until another banker would come in with a very rude attitude. When a mistake was made, instead of apologizing she threw her teller under the bus by saying the teller didn't know what she was doing. Shameful! Extremely rude customer service!!!!! Even the people in the line started laughing at Michelle the way she went about it. I was waiting in line to make a few deposits. The line looped around and then Michelle the line cop comes out of her cubicle and tells me to move forward rudely, I was talking to on the phone with a client because I'm a broker and did not appreciate her tone, interrupting my important call, and talks back to me stating she does not want to hear my conversation on the phone. Even my client i was talking on the phone with said that was rude of her behalf. I am in disbelief on how Michelle went about it. She was not helping a client in her cubicle, so I know I was not interrupting her customer. When I asked her for her name, she said it loud and proud "Michelle". At first, I was like no way she's the branch manager.... When I got to the teller, I asked for the branch managers name and they said it was Silvia. Silvia was with a customer, I waited 15 min to try and pass on my experience with Michelle so this doesn't happen again with any client here at Wells Fargo. Meanwhile I waited, I decided to put a review here to make customers aware. I'll be calling corporate to fulfill my complaint. Never coming to this branch again. read more

I'm 57 yrs old and for the first time in my life a bank didn't want to open an account for me. I'm a RN with a sizable income and savings and the attitude of both the teller and manager was horrifying. When I said "that's ok I'll just go to Chase" she rudely responded "yah you do that". (This is a review of all the services offered by Wells Fargo as well as some stuff about the branch) My bank is better than your bank! Never had a problem with Wells Fargo. When someone was fraudulently using my credit card, Wells Fargo notified me right away. It was cracking me up when they were reading out the activity to find out what was mine and wasn't mine because she was like: Her: "Umm.. $10 at a Cuban bakery? Me: Yes Her: $8 at Albertsons? Me: Yes Her: And $16 at Jeong Won...? Me: Err... Whats that? Her: I think its a Chinese restaurant. Me: Ohh.. yeah.. that was me too.. (it was a Korean BBQ restaurant) Hahaha. All food places.. I like how this branch has a drive thru ATM. And that you can deposit checks through the ATM. I guess the only down side is that they are really pushy in trying to have you sign up for something new. I let the person know that I would like to read the information before making a decision. And they just kept pushing to have me agree at the spot. You can track your activity online. And instead of having your monthly statements mailed to you, another option would be to just view it online. They'll send you a reminder every month too. That is all. Yes I'll be back! read more

Great service from everyone...from the security guard who greeted me and opened the door for me, the bank teller who attended me to lastly Kelly who helped me reset my online password. What a sweetheart Kelly is. She sat with me for about 20 minutes on the phone with a tech who tried to help me with my online account. We chatted about all kinds of things. Let me start off by saying I have had numerous accounts here for over 30 years - personal checking, personal savings, personal credit card, personal CD's, personal safe deposit, 2 personal home loans, business checking, business credit card, a 6 figure business line of credit, etc. Lots of years and lots of accounts, right? While some branches have been pleasant or at least reasonable to deal with, this one has not, on a long term consistent basis. The manager has an appalling, indifferent, so what, attitude. What's worse, is that no one in the Wells Fargo Corporate chain seems to care. I realize, my business is small and insignificant to a bank of this scale. But even BofA addresses me by name when I walk in the door. As of today, I have closed ALL of my accounts with Wells Fargo. There are much better options! read more

What a waste of time. I came in on a Tuesday with a friend to open a Girl Scout account. The jerk who didn't help me was named Edison Escobar. I'm new to this whole process but everyone said to come to Wells Fargo. Anyway, he asked us to come back on Saturday because we didn't have our third signer. Understandable. We come back on Saturday and he sits us down to tell us about the two accounts that are available for us but both have fees or exceptions. Not once did he mention there were special accounts for Girls Scouts that were exempted from fees. So we walk away for literally 20 minutes and check to see other options. Turns out Wells Fargo was out best option so I go to check if he would help us. At this point it's 10:20am. He proceeds to tell me that he has an appointment at 11am and he doesnt want to take away from that. Also, he has his lunch after. Obviously he didn't wanna be bothered. I've also heard this guy is "the expertise for girls scouts". The branch manager apologized but I doubt anything was done about the situation. Anyway, horrible. Sylvia is the worst "'manager" at a bank i have ever encountered. She's useless. Went to the drive thru atm at this branch and the machine wouldn't spit my card out due to some rubber/glue in the slot. Go in thinking it'd be an easy fix since it is at the branch. FALSE. Sylvia informed me they don't service that one atm. Now i have no atm card, have to replace all my reoccurring payments. A complete headache made worse by the smug look on her face. She did mention i could wait 20min to see a banker to get a temporary card.. i told her that's ridiculous, she's the "manager", why can't she do it. Apparently she is incompetent at that as well. I am not a fan of Wells Fargo and most definitely not a fan of this branch. Having banked with a small community bank for years until it was bought out by a big bank in the bailout a few years ago, I never knew just how nasty the big banks were. I knew that they tried hard to sell their services, and I can respect that, but there is a line and it can be crossed. I moved my checking account to Bank of America in 2008 after my small community bank was bought out by a big bank that I didn't like. Luckily, I never had a problem with B of A. But, going back to the topic of selling services: I had a disturbing encounter with a teller at this Wells Fargo branch. My auto loan is financed through Wells Fargo and one day I went into the branch to make a payment on my loan. The teller took one look at my check, saw I was a Bank of America customer, and immediately started in on the hard sell. Teller: "Have you thought about opening an account with us?" Me: "No. Thanks anyway, but I'm happy enough with B of A." Teller: "Happy enough? Well, what if something happens to B of A? Remember the bank crisis just a few years ago? Banks closed overnight with no notice and people couldn't access their money. It's always good to have a second account, you know, just in case." Me: "Well, I don't want a second account, but thanks." Teller: "We're giving suckers away to anyone who opens an account today, but you can still have one." (Because you're a sucker for not opening an account here, the look on her face seems to say.) At this point, I'm ready to tell her where she can put her sucker... I DESPISE Wells Fargo. They are unworkable, they have terrible customer service, they find BS reasons to charge excess fees and refuse to reverse them for any reason. They are a terrible bank and I regret placing my loan with them. In light of the debit card fee uproar, I recently left Bank of America for a credit union. As soon as I have established a good relationship and reputation with my credit union, I will be attempting to move my auto loan over there. Can't say it enough: Wells Fargo sucks. read more

Lines are always long and tellers are slow. I was in line with 18 other customers in line (not exaggerating) and only 2 tellers. Sometimes I come in here and the lines are short yet they're still slow and there is usually someone greeting. Why? Wouldn't it make sense that they be at an empty tellers seat helping serve customers rather than greeting everyone when they're short staff? Being short staff seems typical at this branch on Mondays. One customer took about 15 minutes with one teller (during that time the line of customers grew). I wish we could just come do our business and leave. And speaking of business, if you're not going to consistently serve the business line than can you please get rid of the business line? It's frustrating to come in and stand in the business line only to be told "don't stand in that line, it's closed" or that you have to wait till other customers are served. And sometimes when I don't stand in the business line that ends up being the line that gets served. For example, the regular line of 18+ customers waited in that long line while the business line of 2 customers were served first. It made no sense for that busy time. Lots of work and help is needed at this branch including better lunch schedules. It seems employees are often at lunch at the same time which happens to be during a common time for customers to do their banking. Wouldn't it make sense to have tellers available during the most common hours for customers (11:30-1:30)? But no, this branch seems to send most employees to lunch at the busiest time. I don't understand why you would send employees to lunch at the busiest times. But that seems to be a common thing for Wells Fargo. It is Disappointing and frustrating. read more

Great staff with an attention to detail. I find their staff to be friendly and I wouldnt go any where else. As I say that I am referring to this branch only. The same can not be said for other branches. This branch has always called me if things are out of the ordinary and go out of their way to offer water to its clients. Normally I've been able to get in and out of the branch in a timely manner, but today was a SLOW day at the bank. There were four teller windows open and I was the 3rd person in line... It took ten minutes for the next person to go up...all the tellers we just gabbing away and going out of their way to make small talk with the customers....ugh. I felt like a caged animal...I just had one simple transaction that I couldn't do through the ATM...so help me if I never have to go inside again I won't. All the managers and officers were just going gaga over their new coffee maker and oblivious to the customers... Once I did get to a window...the teller started with thanking me for being a customer for 10 years...yada yada yada....I told her I was in a hurry and would like to get out of the branch before a full twenty minutes had passed... Branch manager refused to talk to me over phone. Women on the other line just melted repeating herself. Workers here again are extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst bank ever. I will be calling their corporate offices this is during the corona virus and a woman named Sylvia comes out using the same wipe to wipe down the atm machines and deposit box. I was told by a teller to leave my information in order to be helped with a banker after short wait (one person being helped, another behind them). After about an hour with no call, I went back inside to ask for an updated wait time. Asked a teller for an update, and without notice the branch manager rudely interrupted in the conversation to sternly say, "IT WAS NEVER A GUARANTEE, THEY'RE BOOKED ALL DAY". After letting her know the instructions we were told, she did't make any effort to rectify the situation, and instead, claimed to not be able to hear me. I have no real complaints about this branch. I am not a huge fan of Wells Fargo and have my primary bank account elsewhere now, but the branch itself has always been friendly and helpful. They have two walk-up ATMs and one drive-through ATM. It is convenient when I need cash fast and don't want to wait behind people or get out of the car! Overall, I am *alright* with this place. In the past I had an account here, when I went to close my account the "banker" helping me was a total JERK. I had basically stopped depositing funds into the account since I had opened a joint account with my husband at Chase, I went to close the account to tie up any loose ends, I think I had a dime left and when he went to FETCH my dime, he came back and literally threw it to me across the table very rudely and said some rude comments. I got up and left. Well my Girl Scout Troop has an account here, wasn't my choice but our Girl Scout neighborhood is banking here so they take care of us, well so far I have good service at the counters, it seems they have put down the arrogant attitude for now. I will remain skeptical because in my opinion anytime someone higher on the food chain is disrespectful to clients it's a bad sign. Continuously the best service all around. Yesterday I came into the branch to speak to a representative about an over draft fee of 35$ Unfortunately I did some miss calculations do to over the phone transaction with another company. (Phone transactions will be withdrawn from account when ever. Could be 10 days) so my account was over drawn by 2.75$ Well I came to the best bank up the street from my job. Got assisted by hector... Let's just say him and his manager were extremely understanding about the matter. They waved the fee, which was extremely helpful, I was at work and I couldn't deposit extra cash, & right when I was off I got a online notification that I had been charged an over draft fee. Luckily they waved it since I've never been over drafted. Hector gave me additional help on my financial options. Gave me a lot of guidance when opening a future Ira account.
