Someone committed fraud on my card even though it was in my possession and the atm used I've never been too. Wells Fargo denied the claim although it was still processing and had not gone through. I went in to do a banking transaction, and was greeted with a moment of pure human kindness. A very young. I'm kindhearted, young lady named Ayden Lawless, we completed. My transaction. Was still listening to me and being gentle while I was crying. My stepdad died today. I don't have anyone to give the news too because I don't have any living relatives. She gave me a sense of compassion that I desperately need it. She did her job exceptionally well. Every time I go to the Brokaw branch I have issues. I tried to cash a $800 check and it took over 15 minutes with the manager being called to verify the check. She was quizzing me on how I got the check. The check was from Costco and I have more than enough funds in my account to cover it. So why do I have to be treated in such a negative way? Worst customer service. Came to break for a $100 bill but they turned me away because I came right at 5. They still had at least 5 guests and 5 tellers but they turned me away when it would take two seconds to break the bill. This is why no one wants to bank with Wells Fargo. read more

I had to come here to make a payment but forgot to bring my debit card. Laura was so patient and guided me through the process of adding the digital debit card to my Apple wallet. Too slow and inconvenient. I came to the bank around 3pm to open a savings account and deposit a large amount of money. One of their bankers approached me and mentioned that we are close to our closing time so they cannot help us today. I asked what time is the closing time, he mentioned 5pm. I spoke with the branch manager came and spoke with me. She seemed very confident that everything is fine and she was not worry for the long wait time. I think this branch needs to improve the customer service and management. They also need to hire more bankers to take care of their customers. We used to live in San Mateo. Our branch and bankers were much nicer than this. Then the banker TIM KYAW came and helped us. He was a really nice person and banker. If it wasn't for him we would stop banking with this branch and left a one star feedback. This branch needs more banker like him. Good job TIM. Hope to see you again. read more

I needed to notarize a few documents and I had walked in the morning to branch and found out that I needed an appointment in advance. I requested to see if by any chance I could be given today's (Mon) appointment. They were all booked till Tue afternoon and they originally gave me Tue appointment. But they called me later since someone's appointment got cancelled, and fit me in schedule that was wonderful. Carlos Trejo helped me with the process and notarized all my documents at no cost. This is the worst location of Wells Fargo I have ever been to. The customer service is horrendous. Came in today to make a deposit, stood in line for a moment and realized I left my ID in my car. Asked the man working in the lobby if I could walk to my car to get it and keep my place in line and pointed to my car in the front row of vehicles. The gentlemen said ok. I waked to my car and came back less than a minute later and he was locking the door in my face. I showed him my phone which clearly showed it was 3:59pm. He wouldn't even speak to me just locked the door and walked away. Horrible customer service. There was another woman standing there who showed that her phone said 3:59pm also. He was rude and dismissive and someone should teach him how to handle guests in a more respectful manner. Been banking at Wells Fargo for years and never had a bad experience. 07/02/2021 - the lady that greets as soon as i get in did not listen to what i said. I came in telling her that i wanted to get my check cashed on the same day by a TELLER as i know what it's like to mobile deposit and it takes one or a few days to show up into my account that i wouldn't want to wait!! she lead me to the ATM machine saying that i should drop the check there instead. and they put my check on hold!!!! i shouldn't have listened to her!!!! so freaking pissed off!!!! this is the first time wells fargo employee's fucked up on me as she wasn't listening well!! i told her that i wanted the cash upfront as i don't like waiting from the start!! and she didn't listen!!!! she ruined my day as i have planned on paying my bills on that same day by cash and now i'm so anxious as to not knowing if my money might show up 5 days from now!! i don't have money available to spend and she ruined the timeflow of my paychecks. so upset. so inconvenient. i should've just ignored her advice and went to a teller for help!! she messed up big time!! please wells fargo, let these employees know to listen wells to customers as they can impact our billing or money!! really truly very upset! read more

Child let me tell you , I just moved across the street from this Wells Fargo branch my roommate and I both came on the spare chance of stressed out renters final paper work the bank was our last option. We both can guarantee this bank is by far the most smiling infectious , organic energy, reliable bank you will ever walk in. The efficiency they contain won't have you waiting for hours. I legit went in to order checks, and to address fraudulent activity, I was out in 15-20mins top, Carlos even faxed recipients to a company for me within that time! The manager (I forgot his name) was also a warm, spunky soul. All I gotta say is I walked in a 27 year old, containing so many stressors, I left feeling like a refreshed ,well taken care of old lady wanting to bring all the workers fresh baked cookies lol. I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for almost ten years now. Within those years I've been to many branches around the Country and have never experienced the kind of disrespect and sass like I did the day Rudy de Luna helped me. His energy and tone set the mood and his sass didn't help his case I left feeling uncomfortable and disturbed. He reminded me at the end that he was the manager which had nothing to do with our conversations. I assume he knew what he was doing and how he was treating me and threw that in there as a scare tactic. That's just my assumption what I know is true is that Rudy de Luna needs to work on his customer service skills or find a new job honey because you choose this career not me. I've been very impressed with the service at this new branch so far. I primarily use Wells Fargo for small business banking and I prefer to handle most things at the branch. I've come in with all sorts of oddball requests and even in cases where the banker cannot answer my question immediately, the rest of the team and managers jump in and solve it.
