I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to write this one...I originally took my VW to a different, highly rated shop. That shop was kind and didn't change me, but they basically said I should go to Wendy Auto Center instead. So I did, and I'm super glad I did. Wendy Auto Center was very knowledgeable and extremely fair. I had a bunch of things wrong with my car and they figured out how to get me back on the road without breaking the bank. They showed me all the old parts they replaced, pointed out the issues, and walked me through the work they did. Most of the cost was in parts and the labor was very reasonable. And they did all this with a smile! I highly recommend them... don't even think twice, they'll take great care of you. read more

They initially greeted me respectfully with a warm welcome upon my arrival on my first visit, but when I called another day to see if I can get an oil change, I was told by the lady to come in an hour to get my car serviced. I show up exactly an hour later to find the door locked and no one around. I call the lady back and she tells me that I can't get my car serviced because the owner isn't there..... Even when she told me to come by at that time. She repeatedly apologized, but I just hung up immediately and went to the nearest jiffy lube and they showed me quick and excellent customer service and I didn't even have to call ahead of time just to be shooed away. I've been taking my cars to Wendy Auto since 2008. They are a good, full-service, no nonsense shop. They will point out issues, but don't push unnecessary repairs on you. On one visit, the my car was not ready by the end of the day and Mohammad loaned me his car for the night. All of my repairs have been done right the first time.
