Food was normal, but there is an unnecessarily rude older Hispanic lady working the second window at the drive thru, I added a second sauce to my order at the first window and pulled up to the 2nd, I asked her how many sauces were in my bag, and she says 1, I then tell her that I added a 2nd one at the first window and she argues with me about it and I tell her she can ask the lady at the first one and she slings the second sauce at me in her frustration, I not once got angry or upset with her during the interaction and was simply trying to make sure I received the 2nd sauce that I told the staff multiple times I wanted. I have not been to a Wendy's in a long time and thought a burger sounded good. Wow! The Biden economy has really done a number on the prices. I decided to get chili instead as it was really the only thing reasonable on the menu. I did not want to go through the drive-through because it was raining so badly, so I parked in the parking lot on the side closest to the street. All the doors were locked on that side so I had to get back in my car and drive around to the other side . Stay away from this location. I've come here twice, each time leaving with extreme disappointment. The first time I visited I went to get a frosty with some friends around 9pm - so a very slow time. We ended up waiting in the drive thru for 50minutes before we had our frosties. It was honestly the craziest thing I've ever encountered as there were only two cars ahead of us and it took this long. If it's going to take that long for large food orders ahead, that still isn't really acceptable. But if it will, bring the 3 frosties out to the car just waiting on that so we can leave. They were not apologetic at all and it was completely unacceptable. This afternoon I decided to come by here for a late lunch after soccer. I worried about my previous experience but figured it could have been a fluke. I ordered a half buffalo chicken salad and a spicy chicken wrap. When I got home and opened the salad, it was OBVIOUSLY not the correct salad. Not even close to what a buffalo salad would look like - wrong chicken, no buffalo sauce, no croutons, etc. I've had the salad one other time and even I knew right away it was wrong. So the staff who see them every day should absolutely have known. So, with a salad full of toppings I did not want and would not eat thrown in the garbage, I moved on to the chicken wrap. Upon biting into it, I would say the wrap was about 85% ranch dressing and 15% everything else. The ranch was pouring out of the wrap, soaking through it and all over me. I opened it up and scraped everything off (as it was all completely saturated with ranch) except the chicken, but even then the ranch-soaked wrap was overpowering. While this wrap is supposed to have ranch on it, it is not supposed to pour out of the wrap like soup. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. With all the inedible food in this order, we were given no receipt to bring back to the restaurant as evidence of an incorrect order. Although I believe I deserve to get my money back and/or a comped meal, I didnt I will never ever go back to this Wendy's because they are clearly incapable of running a successful restaurant there. Thankfully, there is another Wendy's just down the road across 400 that I can go to instead. Stay away at all costs and go to the location on McFarland Parkway to save yourself a bad experience feel like calling to argue with them. read more

We are on the way back from this Wendy's. I would not advise going here. We got three meals, a kids meal, a single, and a junior with no fries. The other two meals were supposed to come with fries, but we did not get any. When we went back around to get our fries, we assumed we needed a receipt. Looked in the bag and there was none. I am hoping that this gets to the franchisee of this location. Stopped for a "quick" bite and waited over 15 minutes in the drive through! The location was not very busy at the time, so this was quite a surprise. It was not a surprise to my husband. He stated that each time that he has been to this location the drive through wait time has been ridiculously long. Our order was very simple as we were just looking for 2 drinks and fries to share. There was one person in front of us, and seeing what came out from the window, their order was not large either. They really need to work on their drive through speed. Drive thru service here is PAINFULLY slow. You can blame the leadership here for such lousy service. They blame it on COvID and that people just don't show up to work, but the slow service here is predictable. 25 minutes at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon to go through the line is beyond acceptable. Cleaner than many area Wendy's. No problem with the food. It's fresh and tastes as good as a Wendy's meal can taste - and better than the only other 2 fast food burger joints in this area. The problems with under-staffing continue. If you hit a time when they are fully staffed, it's 5 minutes or less to get through the drive-thru. When they are under-staffed, plan to spend your entire lunch sitting in line. Try paying employees a competitive wage (not $8/hour). The McDonald's 2 miles down the road has no problem retaining employees and is always full staffed. Step it up, Wendy's. Your food is the best of the "big three" - or at least it could be. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! Literally the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. The guy working the window #1 I could hardly bring up my order. It took two employees and a manager to swipe my card for payment yes I still had to wait at the second window for my food. I'm not sure why I sat in the line for 15 minutes, then get to the window and they can't find my food. This Wendy's is managed horribly! There is always a long wait at the drive-thru. The staff there seem to be in a constantly frazzled. In their defense I can only imagine that they aren't paid very well nor treated very well. So if you got time and a lot of patients feel free to check out their drive-through you'll be there a while.
