Simple order - nuggets & 2 fries. 30 minutes later still didn't have the correct order & nobody would come back out to speak to me to try and correct their mistake. You will wait 15+ minutes regardless if going inside or drive through. After waiting for 10 minutes from ordering at the drive through to getting to the window. I sat another 5+ minutes before to be asked to move forward and they would bring my meal while they cooked it. This wasn't some special order, this was a #2 double with fries and a coke. Needless to say after another 5 minutes I went inside and was given my order. Should have known better of course it was not correct. Here is the real interesting part though. On the drive thru they have a health score posted at 96. If you go inside you find that the health score doesn't reflect that and is posted at 91. Don't see how either can be correct, you can basically skate to the front counter on the grease on the floor. Stay away! read more

I wouldn't even give this Wendy's on highway 9 and post a star but you have to give something to write a review. I highly recommend not eating there. They have magnets under the food line. Roaches are every where and even rats in the refrigerator. Nothing is up to date in the back of the store, only the front has been updated, but if you sit there long enough you will see the roaches they come out especially at night. The food is always cold and the chili they use old meat from the night before and/or days before and keep re-heating it till it's gone. So if you eat there your taking your changes. Hopefully you won't get roach in your food or Salmonella food poisoning. read more

Once again Wendy's at Post Road and Nine has disappointed me. My burger came in the bag unwrapped and the wrapped is tucked under the bun. Also the burger and cheese were so cold the cheese just fell off the burger. The drive-thru is closed due to "lack of employees" when 6 people are actually working at least 3 evening a week and there are 20 minute wait times for cold food prepared by employees who mope around and slack off. They never make eye contact while asking and entering your order. No thank you for spending my money there. A lot of loud talking in the prep area. Drink machine was leaking water from ice machine so there was water all over the floor. Two employees were eating in the dining room and talking loud, one was using quite vulgar language. read more

This has to be the worse fast food restaurant there is. It's close to my home and my wife and I love Wendy's food so we go there a good bit but they get our order wrong at least 50% of the time and that's no exaggeration. Poor communication when in the drive through window too. You can tell they just don't want to be there. We've eaten at this Wendy's a number of times, the drive thru is always a 15-20 min ordeal.

If I could rate this a zero I would. I had to wait at least 20 mins for them to takr my order. I waited in line, get to the window and the cashier asked for my order over again. I then asked him, did he not take my order? He said we are short staffed and it is nothing we can do about it. I asked if I could just talk to the manager. He then says, "could someone talk to her because I don't have time to talk to this bitch." I said what did you say? He sticks his head out the window and says, I don't have time to talk to you, fucking bitch! I called him a bitch back and he says, "you better shut the fuck up!" I tell him to shut the fuck up. He says "make me." The manager tells him to leave and apologies but before he does...he picked up a handful of ketchup and throws it, in my car. I stopped in Wendy's for a late dinner. We get in line and wait about 15 minutes for a customer to get her food. Then we ordered our first burger and the cashier said what? We get done after 15+ min for our food after we ordered. We received our food only to find out that the buns are stale, the potato we ordered was yellow and a burger had lettuce and onions that we said too hold. Do not waste your time too eat here. My recent visit to this Wendy's was the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. An lot of the employees smoke in the parking lot. Every time I go there they can't understand your order, they mess up your order, or forget something. They have two cash registers and it takes 20+ minutes at lunch because they have one cashier. The building itself could use a renovation. The interior is old and disgusting. The food is okay overall, but several times the buns are stale. This place needs to be closed and I think a Chick-fil-a should replace it, because the food is excellent and the workers are young and look happy to be there. read more

My issue from today is the lack of customer service and professionalism. I went through the Drive-thru for my order. My order consisted of 3 sandwiches and two sides. The girl who took the order and handled the payment at the first window was great. Very friendly and spoke very clear through the system. I came through the window at 2:35pm. I left and did not check my order, which I should have. However, in this type of situation it is not the customer's job to check and make sure an order is correct. That should happen before it leaves the window. I drove home and unpacked the bag and see it was missing my sandwich. I immediately drive back to the restaurant and it is now 3:05pm. I park and walk in. There is a woman behind the counter that sees me holding a receipt and ask what I need. I told her. She turned around and asked for the sandwich which then an entire conversation takes place as if I can not hear them. One girl says she has already made it, a guy says he already packed it, they want to know when was this? No one ever came over to me to ask questions, look at my receipt or offer an apology, yet spoke among themselves as if I was in the wrong. A manager should ALWAYS handle such issues and at the very least apologize. I have no idea who the manager was or if there was one even working. Orders need to be checked for accuracy, especially on to go orders. When a customer leaves and comes back they will never be happy because they have had to drive back. It doesn't matter who made it the mistake and what happened internally.....you can discuss that AFTER the customer leaves. Apologize, make it right and work on the back of the house break down privately. These issues must be dealt with from a customers perspective. There are fast food restaurants on every corner. Customer Service is one of the main ways you will stand out. Customers will always remember how you made them feel. read more
