This is our second time here. The first time was months ago and delicious. The first time made a good impression so we decided to come back. I got the Sunrise Breakfast Special. The bacon, biscuit, grits, eggs, and pancakes were delicious. But the hash browns were oily. Drenched in oil. I was super hungry and I ate all mine but it wasn't like any other hash browns I have had before. The top was crispy. But the inside was soggy and tasted like soggy strips of potato. I saw some oil drain from the hash brown and it got on my biscuit a little. We also got the Country Omelette. The picture shows all the liquid that seeped from it. Service was good because the issue was taken care of by replacing the omelette. The atmosphere is authentic and a chill place to eat for breakfast. We sat inside but they also have a patio with a cute cat outside.

Comfort food in a comfy setting. I went here during their breakfast hours, and wow! That was some good home cooking. We got the Sunrise Breakfast Special. It was only 10.85 for two pancakes, sausage, hash browns, bacon, toast, and grits. It's a good bang for your buck. Probably the cheapest breakfast my husband and I have paid for while being out and about. You're able to seat yourself when you arrive and your waiter will come up to you quickly. I think this is a great breakfast spot. I can't wait to come in and try their lunch menu. Also, keep in mind this is a small business. I didn't find a website anywhere but they do have a Facebook page that seems to be pretty up to date. So if you need to double check if they're open, I would check there.

Great for breakfast too!! Now I need to go for dinner! I had over easy eggs with corn beef hash. My friend had the fried pork chops and I think I'll have to try that next time! The wait staff are awesome, and the food is always good. Can't go wrong here.

For me great food and prices. Short on staff but have to blame government paying people more to stay home. Still not a very long wait.

Unfortunately I have no idea the names of the flavors, but they were WARM & BEAUTIFUL!! Most of us cut pcs off b/c none of us need a whole one, lol. Some folks said they didn't love the texture- compared them to Duncan Donuts, but I can tell you they were really only comparable to 1 Duncan donut, but for the life of me I have NO idea what it's called. The one I tried wasn't cake, nor was it melt-soft like Krispy. It has a sort of fried chew that, to me, is just what I love! Not sweet either. A nice balance of fried, chew, sweet & the glaze was a nice flavor. I will crave this, which is why I looked them up right away & snapped pics to remind me where to go. I also think it's smart to put the individual donuts on the liners so glazes don't mess up the box. Very pretty!! Try them out-

Blooms is our favorite donut shop no matter how much the milk costs, though! Everyone should try them.

The space itself is a great size with plenty of seating both inside and out. The covered patio is key - you get the outdoor energy without the sun beaming down on you the entire meal. I went with the lamb chops served over garlic mashed potatoes, paired with the crispy sweet chili brussel sprouts and creamy mac and cheese. Every single thing hit. The lamb was tender, well-seasoned, and sat on top of some of the smoothest, most flavorful mashed potatoes I've had in a minute. The brussel sprouts actually stayed crispy, and the mac and cheese was rich and creamy. On top of that, the portions are serious - you're definitely getting your money's worth. For dessert, I tried the red velvet cheesecake. It turned out to be an actual slice of cheesecake sandwiched directly between two slices of red velvet cake. A little wild, but ridiculous in the best way possible. Great vibes, top-tier food, and generous portions. Just make sure you don't have major plans afterward, because a food coma is guaranteed.

The service was outstanding, Jay was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The manager truly embodied Southern hospitality after learning I was visiting from California, which made me feel especially welcome. I started with a mimosa before ordering the red snapper and grits, paired with the sampler French toast. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely worth trying. The atmosphere was another highlight. The music set the perfect brunch vibe, and I loved the decor featuring artwork of iconic music artists. Between the delicious food, warm hospitality, and inviting ambiance, this is a spot I'd absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the Alpharetta area. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

I had heard many good things about the menu and could not wait to try out several dishes. We tried a couple of appetizers. The pimento cheese fritters were incredible and I loved the sauce it came with. We also tried the Parker house rolls, which were perfect for dipping in our shrimp scampi. We also tried the burrata caprese which was absolutely phenomenal. My daughter, the birthday girl had the summer into fall pasta which was very light and fresh. We also ordered a couple of drinks from the bar. I had a champagne supernova and my daughter had a lavender lemonade. For dessert, we had whiskey chocolate pecan pie and buttermilk pie. Our server was friendly and attentive. You cannot go wrong eating at this establishment. It's perfect in every way.

Was told it would be a 20 minute wait (we were there around 6:30pm) which was fine given that if we left and tried to go anywhere else, it would have taken that much time anyway. Several others came in after us and were told similar or longer times. Hostess mentioned to us that it was crowded inside because it was so hot on the patio. After all the others kept arriving, I happened to ask if the patio was closed and she said no, to which I said we were actually fine sitting out there. Then, all the other parties waiting said the same thing, so we all got seated immediately. Hubby had the special which was meatloaf. I had the burrata salad with added grilled chicken. Mine was the perfect size for a light but filling dinner. My husband said his was good too and even recommended it to a lady who asked about it from a nearby table. He even got a free cupcake for his birthday. Service has always been very friendly. Ambiance inside can get rather noisy, but the patio was better even with cars and a plethora of Amazon trucks going through the roundabout. Temp actually wasn't too bad. Fans, shade, and a little breeze helped. Glad I asked about patio!

There were nine of us--not exactly a tiny table, but hardly the kind of group that should throw a restaurant into chaos. To be fair, we did wait for two people in our party before ordering food. It was probably 20-30 minutes, and we made it very clear to our server that we were waiting. We also weren't just camping out at the table. We started with drinks while we waited, so the restaurant was already making money from our table before the kitchen ever had to cook a single thing. Once everyone arrived, we placed one order together. No staggered tickets, no special requests, no unnecessary complications. The thing is... the restaurant was practically empty. If anything, I would've thought they'd be happy to have a table of nine on a slow brunch. Instead, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Once we finally ordered, it was another 30-plus minutes before much of anything happened. Our waitress wasn't rude, but she also wasn't particularly interested in us being there. She checked the boxes, but just barely. It felt less like hospitality and more like someone waiting for the end of their shift. What made the whole experience even stranger was looking around the restaurant. It wasn't busy, yet several employees seemed to be standing around talking while we sat waiting. During the hour or two we were there, I think only a couple of other parties came through the door. At one point there were two hostesses managing what amounted to a trickle of guests while tables that were already seated waited on drinks, food, and attention. Maybe there's more going on behind the scenes than I could see, but from where we were sitting, it felt less like they needed more people and more like they needed to use the people they already had a little better. Then came the mimosas. These were less mimosas and more "suggestions of citrus." It was basically champagne with a couple thoughts of orange juice. At one point we had to ask for more orange juice just to get it to the legally recognized definition of a mimosa. They tasted like champagne that heard flavored sparkling water was popular and decided to reinvent itself. There was a whole lot of "mim" and not much "osa." At nearly $14 each, I expected something a little more festive and a little less... chemistry experiment. For food, I ordered the Fried Green Tomato Benny: two biscuits, fried green tomatoes, poached eggs, Cholula hollandaise, and fresh fruit. On paper, that's a fantastic brunch. In reality, it was aggressively average. Nothing was quite hot enough. The biscuits had crossed that invisible line between baked and overbaked, where every bite makes you wonder if they're fresh or just committed to the bit. The whole dish felt like it had spent just a few too many minutes waiting for someone to remember it existed. And then there was the fruit. You know the kind of fruit bowl where every piece somehow tastes exactly the same because it's been sitting in the same juice for hours? That's what this was. Cheap melon, tired grapes, and enough pooled juice to ensure every bite shared the same identity crisis. To top it all off, the Benny was around $18, and the mimosas were pushing $14 each. I'm not going to call it a scam because words have meanings. Nobody tricked us. The prices were right there on the menu. We knew exactly what we were doing. We just expected the experience to justify it. On the bright side, the restaurant looks like it was designed by someone who has never met food, but has definitely met Pinterest. And honestly, it shows. Modern farmhouse, soft lighting, curated everything--it nails the aesthetic. Which is great, because you'll have plenty to look at while everything else catches up. It's funny how common this is now: it's easier than ever to make something look finished. You can polish the surface until it feels complete, even when the inside still isn't. Anyway--great aesthetics. The rest feels like it's still figuring itself out.
