I love the baconator. Fries are good and honey mustard is good. My only complaint is that the tomato on my baconator is sometimes too wet. But that's fine. I also like the digital soda machine. I ordered two $5 Biggie Bags, via the drive-thru. The drive-thru attendant gave no greeting, just, "What would you Like?". I get up to the window, and she has a miserable look on her face! She gives me our food, and doesn't even thank me, nor give a departing greeting! I get home, open the bags, and discover that she did not give me a receipt, and neither asked nor gave us, any dipping sauces for our chicken nuggets!! Further, she gave me a single junior burger, rather than the double burger that comes with the Biggie Bag, and the portion of fries and size of the drinks, makes me believe that we received 4 for $4, rather than the $5 Biggie Bags. Few buy anything, they just sit by the fireplace on the lounge chairs and behave like cretins as obnoxiously as they can - screaming, laughing outrageously and throwing things at each other as they update their smart phones and make loud, rude comments about actual diners. This is not the first time I've observed this behavior and my sugggestion to management is get it under control, no family or normal paying customers want to share a dining room with swearing , obnoxious , loud , loitering non customers ... Especially those with young kids. This place needs attention. I'm giving 2 stars because, after all, it is only fast food but almost everything in the place is dirty. Doors and windows are full of handprints. The cooking areas are far dirtier and messier than most any fast-food location I've seen (except for one Thruway location). The ladies restroom had no paper towels and no TP in the dispenser ... I could go on... However, our food arrived quickly and it was freshly made. Given the opportunity to stop again I would certainly look for an alternative. We went yesterday, a Sunday and the place seemed understaffed. The counter guy was doing one complete order at a time. My wife and I ordered the 10 nuggets. She got 10. I got 8. There was no ice in the soda dispenser. The water to make the soda was warm. There were no straws at the soda dispenser but a return to the counter got a big bin tossed up there. The friend travelling with us ordered a burger with cheese. He got- and was charged for- a double burger with cheese. Service was so slow that there was no point in going back to the counter. The food was cooked OK and we went on our way. We stop in Batavia a couple of times a year but will see what else is available next time. Wendy's is a favorite for my family. They have a wide variety of items and it's easy for everyone to get something they will love. This visit: We went inside and ordered as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. From the time we got our receipt to the time we got our food, it was only about 5 minutes which was pretty fast in my book. And our order was correct. As usual everything tasted delicious and we will be returning to this location in the future. Cleanliness: As we got our order to go, we didn't use the bathroom but what we were able to see of the eating area, it was clean. The garbages were empty and this was around 11:30am. read more

Messy restaurant with food scattered all over floors and tables, no ketchup, and a mean old woman who was rude beyond belief and treated me and my family with disrespect and glared at us as we were looking at the menu. I've been a wendys regular pretty much since I grew teeth but lately the quality of service has taken a turn for the worst. about twice i week I stop in for the same order and its a fairly simple one. I ask for a spicy chicken with just ketchup on it. for the last 3 weeks they have gotten that order wrong and gave me a spicy chicken with everything except ketchup on it!!! Ever try to go online to Wendy's corporate website and complain it lets you put in 50 letters and asked you the same questions over and over it's all automated you don't speak to a real person. Would you want a stranger to unlock the bathroom door and lock himself in the bathroom with your child ? This may not sound serious but if you have children I hope you understand why I am upset. I wanted to leave this up to the manager and corporate to change their policy. However, when I called to complain everyone I spoke with did not seem to care. On 9/10/2016 my son and I were in the Wendy's bathroom with the door locked when someone knocked on the door. I said just a second. Less then a minute later an employee unlocked the door, let himself in, then proceeded to lock the door behind him .
