I asked for a refund, he was angry and didn't even take accountability for his actions. He had no gloves on and had sweaty fingers. If you want finger fires come here, otherwise run and cook at home. The staff is always good, but Wendy's corporate sucks. No more fresh brewed tea and now they changed the spicy chicken sandwich that's been the best thing in the menu since I was in grade school in the 90s. Change it back! Shredded lettuce belongs on tacos, not sandwiches. read more

We visited Butte for a couple of days this past weekend to attend a family event. We arrived late at night after a long drive and then on the second night we got home late from the event. This Wendy's was a perfect place to get a late night dinner since they are open to 1am. The food was good, service was prompt, and the location was super convenient since it was just a couple of blocks from our hotel on Harrison. Each night we forgot to order a Cinnabon pull apart so we had to ask for it at the window. The staff didn't hesitate to add it to our order and had a good attitude about the last minute ask. We don't have too many Wendy's in our area so it was great to enjoy a Frosty again! read more

Stopped in here for a quick meal while I was on the road traveling. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. I ordered a number two combo with an order of chicken nuggets. My meal was prepared quickly and I decided to stay and eat there and rest instead of getting it to go. The view at this restaurant is amazing. You are literally surrounded by mountains. As I sat there looking out the window and eating my meal it started to snow. I quickly finished eating and refilled my drink (they have one of the cool big choose hundreds of flavors drink machine) and got back on the road. Waited in line for 10 minutes- they allow two lines to form at the window. One is in the parking lot, the second line comes in from a back street. They make no attempt to stop this. With only one line circling the drive thru menus, cars from the back street try to cut in line. So we had some woman cut in front of us from the back street. We let her have it- and suddenly some employee with a head set comes out of the building yelling at us like we started the problem. This place can't engineer a drive up line, so what makes you think they can serve decent food? We weren't inspired. Go somewhere else and save a headache or two. read more

I would mark less then 1 if it gave the option. This was the 2nd time within a week they forgot to include the baconator fries we ordered. I called and requested a refund instead of driving all the way back both times and they refused to refund my card without seeing the card in person even with me providing ALL of the transaction information from my receipt. Then I requested to talk to the manager and I was supposedly talking to the manager who was extremely unprofessional. Well we all know Wendy's.... it's your everyday good burger place to go to every now and then ....but lately I've been getting a bad burger at every good burger joint!!!! Yes.... today was different!!! today I got the double baconator combo with the cheese Baconator fries and of course bowl of chili.... Wendy's has got very unique Chili that I suppose you either love or hate... but I love it!! And today's batch of chili was Top Notch .. hamburger was awesome!!! The bacon.... it was even pretty good on the hamburger the only complaint maybe... as their fries suck ....and luckily it was covered with cheese and bacon and made them not suck .......but I wish they really would Patent a Wendy's fry that was a lot better than what they got...... I suppose it's probably just me cuz I don't like any fast food fries at all .....I'm a hand-cut guy like Sparkys and Matt's &...m&m!!! Horrible food. It caused my 3 year old to puke 10 times and poop his pants. The managers were horrible rude to me saying that I was lying to get free food, saying that it wasn't their fault. No apology or ownership. The food here has made us sick every time we eat it. The manager asked why we still come back. There's not many choices in butte for restaurants. I worked for these people & am appalled to be treated this way. If you want diarrhea, vomiting, & to be treated like you are less than, go to wendys. If you want to live, eat at home. read more

This is gross I both ordered my food and had a DoorDash order. After ordering my food I was first to go to the inside to get the DoorDash order. I don't think I need to point out how uncomfortable I am with having to go in anywhere that has a drive through with COVID-19 but non the less I did( even though it's crap they do this just to keep there wait times down in the drive through when they can see these orders and are supposed to have them done when we get there) After getting in side I sat at the count for a good 5 minutes made eye contact with both managers and worker and finally had to ask if I was going to be helped and cloud place my order. This is absolute garbage and will be counting management in the a.m. on top of this they also messed up my personal order. read more

Unprofessional conversation between crew members about their crack addiction. Restrooms were unsanitary. Fries were recycled old ones. Tables and floors were messy and had trash or food crumbs on 3 or more tables. Beverage bar wasn't stocked fully with soda and was dirty. A waste of time and money.
