Wendy's 566 E. Castle Pines Pkwy, Castle Rock CO 80108 May 30, 2021 Sunday- 7:15 AM  for breakfast 2 Adults Atmosphere - N/A stars Food - 4 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Road tripping and fast food was needed for breakfast.  Let us change it up from my standard fast food breakfast place.  This is my first time at Wendy's for breakfast. Atmosphere - Not rating this as it is a drive thru. Food Drink - Hot black coffee, temp would make lawyers drool waiting for the lawsuits.  I loved it. Sandwiches - A simple breakfast menu, which leads to success.  I went with the #4 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit combo.  Looking back at the menu board I am glad my sandwich did not have as much butter as in the picture.  Mine was perfect amount, it allowed the sweetness of the honey to come through on the biscuit but not over powering the chicken.  The sandwich was borderline for me.  Do I eat one or two, probably healthier to just enjoy the one.  The combo comes with seasoned potato wedge fries, they call them seasoned potatoes.  OMG if I would have received these hot, I would have been talking about these for days.  The warm potatoes where still good, just not reaching their full potential today. Service - I explained to the lady on the other side of the drive thru speaker  that is was our first time ordering breakfast, she was good.  Thankfully no one pulled up behind us to order.  We ordered, paid, and our food was ready. Future - I would love to have those hot potatoes with any meal.  I can see more Wendy's locations for a fast food breakfast.

    Breakfast fries RULE!!!

I have no clue why people are so crabby about this Wendy's. I think it's great! I have never tried their breakfast, but they basically sell french fries so I loved it! The service was fast and super friendly and the food was delicious. The croissant sausage and egg sandwich (I get mine without cheese) was one of the best I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. I'm not even kidding. Amazing! They didn't have decaf coffee, which isn't the end of the world but I would definitely swing by for some breakfast fries again. Ha! Thanks Wendy's! Sorry people can be so rude.

Worst service I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Spent 20 minutes in line before I gave up.

Slowest drive thru I've ever experienced. Waited 15 minutes and only moved 3 cars. Finally gave up. Avoid.

Their drive-thru Lane is the slowest. During the lunch rush, they should staff accordingly.

Service is so slow and unorganized. I've been waiting for 15 minutes and people that where here before me haven't got there food.

This spot NAILED what we were looking for. We were sat right next to the river walk, on a rainy day. We got to listen to the rain, enjoy tasty beers and quietly read. The interior of this space is dark and modern, which fit the vibe perfectly. The staff were attentive. Checking in often and making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our experience here!

Location (3 stars) On a main street but parking is limited. There is a parking garage connected to the building that the restaurant is in. It is tiny with sharp turns to access. I wouldn't take my truck there and try to park. Love the walkable street and local businesses. Atmosphere (5 stars) Lovely decor. Comfortable seating options. Full bar with television screens. Service (5 stars) Staff have been a delight during each visit. Food (5 stars) House made chips are fire. Tried the brussels sprouts, pretzel & queso, chips guac and salsa (not feeling the salsa), french onion soup, jam it up, island style crab rangoon, short rib enchiladas, and the spicy peach. Everything mentioned except for the salsa was on point. Simply delicious. Cleanliness (5 stars) Nice restrooms

It definitely had a kick to it, even without using much of the sauce on the side. Vegetables were good, but when they put the chicken on top of the fries, those end up getting a little soggy. Wanting to try something different, one daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich. While she wasn't terribly impressed at the start, the more she ate, the more she approved, deeming it to be "fine" and something she'd likely get again. The other daughter, also wanting something different, had the green chili burrito. She wasn't as impressed with the dish, saying it didn't have much taste, even after adding good amounts of salt and pepper. The burrito was described as "mid", which I guess means 'not very good.' Doubtful she orders this again. Service was fine at the start, but somewhat sporadic as the meal progressed. We needed to flag the waiter down for refills and to get our check...which sometimes happens when sitting in the bar area.

We stopped in for brunch and everything we ordered was really good, but the Breakfast Hangover Burger completely stole the show for me. A burger topped with smoked ham, an over easy egg, avocado, American cheese, jalapeños, fried onion straws, and sriracha aioli sounds like someone lost a bet and just kept adding ingredients. Somehow it all works perfectly. We also ordered the Monte Cristo, which was crispy, cheesy, and exactly what I want when I order a Monte Cristo. Another highlight weee the donuts. Fresh, hot, and perfect for sharing. The service was great, the food came out quickly, and the whole experience was just really enjoyable. Definitely worth the trip.

As I have the past several times here, I went with the egg and carnitas tacos. I added a side of fresh fruit...both the eggs and fruit were very good. As the Benedict my wife loved is no longer on the menu, she had the avocado toast with eggs. She added a large size of the breakfast potatoes and was glad she did. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. The other daughter tried the quiche for the first time and loved it. It is one of the better quiches around. Coffee is very good as well. Service was fine for the most part.
