I had a mule, which was good, and their pork tacos. The tacos weren't bad, but I didn't care for the sauce they came with (it should have been something spicy or maybe even bbq would have worked). This is a favorite dinner spot of mine in Castle Rock. I went here with a few friends of mine and I'm eager to return again soon! This place is clean, has good service and there is plenty of seating. We dined here on a Thursday evening. They also have a bar area for drinks and food. Our waitress was personable and quick to take our order. For my dinner I ordered 12 wings. You have a choice to order 6 or 11-12. I like that it comes with celery, carrots, along with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. It also comes with a side of fries. I like that this meal comes with these items without the need to ask for them. If you want to order 12 wings, I suggest bringing an appetite because it's a lot of food. I didn't eat all day and this meal filled me up. I didn't feel a need to have dessert afterwards. If you're looking for a casual restaurant with a sports bar type atmosphere, I suggest checking out I.C. Brewhouse. Food is good, restaurant is clean and service is reasonable. Yikes first time here def do not order the ribs! I would say the beer was excellent the food was ok by no means terrible but also just nothing to be super happy about. In particular the ribs were chewy but prob my bad for ordering ribs there the chicken sandwich was pretty good according to the other guests and they also didn't have the deserts on the menu honestly I would be surprised if they survive long term. Honestly not terribly impressed considering the four-star average and convenience to my new house. Took awhile to get seated because no employees were present. Beer list is ok but nothing special. My Graham cracker porter was good, but it's not an impressive beer list considering it's billed as a brew house. Menu is rather limited if you're not into chicken wings or burgers. Sautéed cauliflower sounded great but ended up being seven bites of what tasted like frozen cauliflower with a sauce that tasted nothing like the advertised 'sweet heat glaze.' Bland and tasteless. Wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't try splitting with anyone else. Just not much there and not worth $10. I went with the turkey burger, which isn't really a turkey burger, or at least not like any one I've had before. It was two thin turkey patties (grilled cutlets?) that tasted more like turkey than any type of ground burger. My brioche bun was hard as a rock around the bottom edges but soggy in the middle from the juice. Again, wouldn't recommend. Fries were very good though. My wife enjoyed her 'build your own' veggie burger and fries too. Service was much better once we were seated, so I guess that's something. Have been here several times and also ordered takeout. The food is always consistent and very good. I like that they change the menu during different seasons and offer new options. The wings with the Colorado dry blend are the best. Service is friendly and have never had any issues. The inside has lots of tv's which are great for sporting events. Stopped by on the way out of Denver for a leisurely lunch. They have a good number of beers on menu for you to order and lots of great food options. The place is almost pristine; looks basically new and very well kept. Service was friendly, but a bit slow at times since it seemed only one person was working the interior tables on a Friday afternoon. Some of the food ordered at the table included nachos, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, flatbreads, and the Salmon BLT. Came in Monday night after climbing at Ubergrippen, and it was pretty dead. But the burger we got was delicious, cooked medium and super juicy. The charred broccoli Caesar salad was delicious as well. Who knew charred broccoli could taste so good in a salad?! A pretty standard corporate feeling sports bar / eatery. It's out in the middle of nowhere, in the beginnings of a development -- all very cookie cutter and built all at once. The restaurant itself is unappealing from the outside (I wish I had a picture, their web site avoids outside views for obvious reasons). They do have an outdoor patio (in season in late September, probably not in use by mid-October), and while it fronts onto the parking lot, there was a pleasant breeze the day we were there, and it was worth sitting outside. Despite the newly-built corporate development feel and location, one can still have an enjoyable meal or drinks there -- the food was perfectly edible, the beer and drinks pretty standard. I would describe this place as just fine, but nothing special. For drinks, we had a Juice Drop, a bloody Mary, and a Love This City. The bloody Mary was the best of the lot -- I'd avoid their special drinks (they aren't that special). For food we had the whipped feta dip (not recommended), the charred broccolini Caesar salad (fine, but not outstanding), a house salad (boring but fine), a fire roasted chicken and corn salad (pretty good, the best thing we tried), and chicken poblano soup (pretty good). So what you're seeing is a mixed bag with some things better than others, all having pretty standard ingredients of the kind you'd get a chain restaurant or sports bar. Not worth a special trip, but if you want to go to a sports bar in Castle Rock, not a bad choice either. read more

This place is in a convenient location, pet friendly, heated patio and great service. We had the pleasure of having Ethan as our server, he was very accommodating- being it was later and we were the only table on the patio. The sour beer on tap was delicious! Tasted like fruit loops! IC Brewhouse in Castle Rock has been open for one week and we love a good local and have been several times already. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and working out the kinks of staffing. We love the atmosphere behind the bar and the big local murals. The rest is the tables/walls could use more decor. Menu is 100% through QR code but wasn't loading great on our phones so local WiFi would be helpful. The burgers and apps have been delicious! Try the Brussel sprouts, cheese curds and the fried pickle burger was unique and tasty. Brunch had us curious with bottomless mimosas but unfortunately the food was a disappointment. The waffles were not homemade and crispy inside and out. They were not moist or fresh. The huevos rancheros were a huge disappointment compared to several neighboring businesses. They were served as a tortilla quarter with a fried egg. No beans, avocado or cheese. The presentation was nice but lacking in substance. We will continue to visit because of friendly staff and good lunch/dinner. We won't be back for brunch though unless they step it up. read more

We've been in a handful of times now from the first week they opened until just a short while ago. The menu has evolved and I think that's a good thing. We've had brunch here, brought of town guests, met friends and just popped in for a quick meal. Favorites have been the cheese curds, the burgers and the pulled pork. I don't see them on the menu anymore, so they've probably pulled them, but the flatbreads were a good thing to share if they ever offer them again. The location is great with what feels like plenty of nearby parking. They have patio seating which is a nice option.
