Both burgers and chicken sandwich were all made wrong. No asagio cheese in chicken sandwich , no tomato on one burger, and most disturbing... on my wife's burger ordered without mayo, the patty was taken off a prewrapped burger, scraped, turned over added cheese and put on a new bun. Her burger had parts of a melted cheese slice on one side and a whole unmelted cheese slice on the other. This is after I came into the restaurant and requested all three be made fresh (week before I got a cold burger and fries through drive-thru). No chocolate Frosties either. Apparently the machine was down. We are done, although we live 300 yards away. No more Wendy's food from this location. read more

I've gone to many Wendy's in a few different states. By far, this had to be the worst food and service. The girl was nice, but when you order a taco salad a fork is necessary. Nope, not one. But the spoon for the chili that accompanied the salad was spot one. The fries were old and horrendous. The tops of the burger buns were hard. Not the bottom buns, just the top ones. We were all too worn out to call or get back there to complain, so I ate my salad with a spoon. Unique experience to say the least. One question I have for Wendy's employees. Refresh on the one star rating, it's been 6 months and this Wendy's has the same crappy service. Tonight we were shorted a side salad after the bozo at the counter asked 3 times what kind of dressing we wanted. So we have lots of ranch dressing, but no salad to go under it. I usually like Wendy's, except for this one. Not only were they slow (15 minutes to get food with no one in line or in the restaurant @ 8:10pm) and my food cold, but one of the employees standing in plain view of the drive through window was constantly biting her nails standing around doing nothing. Luckily she was too busy eating her fingers to handle my food. The one other employee who put our order together, incorrectly I might add and had to be reminded to give us our drinks. Luckily I checked my bags and corrected him. Fries cold and stale, nuggets rubbery and cold, burger looked like it had been sitting for an hour and was also cold. Yesterday I went through the Wendy's drive thru and ordered 5 chicken go-wraps, and a few other items including chili. Two of my three daughters as well as myself ate the chicken go wraps and my one daughter had the chili. Within an hour my oldest was very sick and was having diarrhea and vomiting. Then I got sick. Then in the middle Of the night my other daughter that ate the chicken got very sick. So the three that ate chicken all got food poisoning and the one that had chili is fine. I called and spoke to Scott the mgr who then called his boss, the GM Rita, who told him to tell me to go to the doctors if we were sick. That was it!!!!!! No apology or way to remedy the situation. I told Scott they really needed to take a look at the batch of chicken they were using (or could STILL be using!) so that more people don't get sick! BEWARE ORDERING CHICKEN FROM WENDY'S! If I could give this place 0 stars I would... went to get Wendy's tonight at 10:30pm and they close at 11pm. Arrived in the drive through at 10:50pm, stay there for 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention by screaming "hello". At 10:55pm, still 5 minutes before close, I drove up to the window as I saw multiple employees in the establishment trying to get someone's attention. I even knocked on the damn window, the employees clearly saw me and heard me yet choose to ignore me. Finally at 11p, I pulled up to the front door where an employee was taking out the trash and explained that I had been sitting there for 10 mins when he tells me that they just "decided" to close early. First of all, I know for a fact that Wendy's is not doing so great as a business so for them to turn a way revenue and provide terrible service is only going to dig that "out of business" grave faster. Saturday May 27th about 1:00 PM I am standing in line behind another woman who seems frustrated she cannot get her order taken. The girl who is suppose to be taking orders is literally hold two bags up waiting for the hamburgers someone else ordered. Must have been 5 minutes of her hold these two bags up - She could have just let them stand by themselves. Then she finishes the order ( The bag) and takes the order from the person in front of me. Then turns around and looks at the food status display. for quite a while. So I asked - Can I get my order taken. She said not right now - I have to take 2 orders then dispence 2 orders ( Company Rules) Told I have been in line for 10 minutes with just 1 person in front of me. . You can't do more than one thing at a time ( It was a teenager) . Then the shift manager came up or was in earshot - Go ahead and take the order. What happened to the old days where the order takers could take multiple orders, dispense multiple orders ? Are they not capable? What is interesting - I had another Wendy's experience - and it also took about 10 minutes to get the order taken. MAybe corporate needs to look into these places. read more

I will have to agree with other fellow yelpers. This place needs its cogs and wheels adjusted. The employees just don't have it together and several of my coworkers have witnessed them fighting and even talking back to customers. The food is ok- once you finally get it. The frosties are usually good- only had one that tasted sour. I do enjoy the Dave's hot and juicy burgers. Unfortunately... I have to say this is the worst fast food place I've been to in a long while. The service is absolutely horrid. I was able to experience the staff bickering at each other behind the counter and the slowest service I've ever seen. I don't know if its just because they were understaffed or if its the personalities clashing and not being able to work together as a team. The only reason I even walk inside the door is because I work in walking distance and only buy a frosty (usually doesnt take 20 minutes)... If I walk in and there are two people in line, I walk right back out knowing I'd be waiting at least ten minutes. Seems as if this place needs a replace some staff or get more. read more
