I feel bad I forgot to take a pic, but this Wendy's slapped so hard I basically inhaled my Biggie Bag in 3 min between 9:27 and 9:30 PM. YOU WIN, WENDY'S! The drive through was popping, and while it took a few minutes to get my food, it was WORTH IT. I wish I knew who was on the grill tonight because that person should get an award. Fries? HOT! Crispy! Delicious! Chicken Nuggets? Also hot and crispy, with good flavor that wasn't "loud," just a well executed American chicken nugget... which is basically the Lord's work. The crispiness was next level, like a very thin yet flaky tempura batter. A+. If you don't mind a little up charge, I recommend the spicy chicken nuggets. The crispy chicken sandwich? Same deal, very good: soft bun, crisp lettuce, crisp chicken, nice smear of mayonnaise. This review is a celebration of the meal being crispy genius without being burned. In a perfect world, I would've gotten the spicy chicken sandwich, but thats excluded from the Biggy Bag deal. Ain't no thang but a chicken wang though because I think I got fries, a medium Diet Coke, a four piece nugget, and a crispy chicken sandwich for around $6. Steal!!! Me and this car have been waiting for food for over 20 mins and it's 8:42AM and clearly NO LINE IN SIGHT! there's no one else here but me and the car you guys see parked out front and in The 20 mins I've been waiting here no other cars came to order. While placing my order the bigger lady says on the speaker under her breath "OH MY GOD" when I asked do they have the chicken biscuit. Wendy herself would disown this location. This Wendy's made me thinking about assembling a class-action lawsuit. I make it my mission in life to only write Yelp reviews for bad customer service at Wendy's, and holy mother of God does this check that box. Not only did they forget a quarter of the food I had ordered, when I told the woman at the woman that I had additional food she replied sternly, "no you didn't." When I clarified that yes, I did, she said: "you didn't get charged. You wanna pay for it?" When I said yes, she stared at me until I said "how much is the total?" After taking cash from me, she returned me no change, handed me the food, and slammed the window. I'm not an angry person by any means, but in this moment I heard the call of the void begging me to open the window and yell moderately rude things until I got a half-hearted apology. I hope someone on staff at this store experiences extremely mild discomfort every day for the near future. If an episode of Undercover Boss was filmed here, it would draw thousands of viewers and the CEO would very dramatically fire everyone before likely dousing the place in gasoline and tossing down a match. Terrible just awful. Came to this Wendy's on a Saturday after waiting forever to put an order in I find out they were out of almost everything. No spicy nuggets only two kind of sauces for nuggets and they neglected to mention that they were out of sliced cheese. Just ridiculous. Stopped here for breakfast and turned into the drive-thru. There was no response. The lights were on,so we went to pull up toward the window and there was an employee outside. We asked if they were open for breakfast. She said, "Yes, drive around. We went back around. By that time, there was already someone else in the Drive-Thru. I pulled around and she was taking a doordash order after I asked multiple times are y'all closed and if she was taking orders she said she was not taking any orders because she was working on a doordash order. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food chains. This particular location is not even 5 minutes from my house which is really convenient when I have nothing to eat at home and craving a spicy chicken sandwich. But I must say I'm truly disappointed in this specific location. The last several months I've just seen this place deteriorating exponentially. Whether it's the poor customer service the unkept dining area or the cold stale food, this place is nothing like a Wendy's should be. I've filed complaints numerous times and while I'm compensated sometimes it still hasn't improved. It's gotten to the point where I now drive to another Wendy's that is further from my house but it's much better than this shit hole. Consistently missing items and handing out moderately warm food that is supposed to be hot. Probably a safety risk. Waited in line over 20 minutes and the people that work there can't follow your order even when you talk slowly to them like they are a child. Even when they are finally taking your order, they are rude about it. This time, they didn't give me the correct burger and almost forgot a frosty. Food was old. Ordered the #12 Avocado Chicken club. Was supposed to be 'grilled'. It wasnt. Chicken tasted like it had been in the freezer for some time. Almost every single drink selection was 'unavailable'. Only the diet coke and sugary coke worked. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Didn't get served. I went around 3pm and waited in line for 10 minutes. There were only two cars in front of me. The car in front of me drove away. I pulled up to the speaker and sat for a full minute. I yelled hello?! Twice. After the second time, somebody came on and asked for my order. all I wanted was a Dr Pepper. I pulled up to the window and sat, and sat, and nobody ever came up. All I ordered was a drink. Take my dollar and hand me a cup. This is honestly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I would recommend driving another 10 minutes out of your way to go to a different Wendy's Location. I waited 30 minutes in line and when I got in line there were only three cars ahead of me. The lady at the window proceeded to give me a lemonade and I told her that wasn't mine and she just looked at me confused which then took another 10 minutes to actually receive my food once I was at the window. Normally Wendy's is ok, not sure what changed this week. The service was good but the good quality was terrible. I ordered the pretzel pub chicken large size and what I got was a sandwich that was poorly made and old fries that had little to none of the advertised sea salt. This is a win/lose Wendy's. There food is presentable, fresh, and overall what you expect. The bagger working the window is really nice. Never have any issues with the staff in general. But the worst thing about this particular location is that they are SLOW. I just left the line because I was sitting at the speaker for 20mins. That's simply unacceptable. I have eaten at a number of Wendy's and have always been pleased and never had a problem. This store was a disaster all around! The floor was covered with trash and my shoes stuck to the floor. Trash on the seat and a filthy service counter. It had been wiped but not clean! We had a long wait just for 2 orders of chili and a frosty. The chili was bagged on the counter but nobody paid any attention to the rest of the order. One of the 2 drink dispensers was out of Coke. Ordered a medium Frosty and was given a large because they were out of cups. Ordered 2 large chilies and they were in insulated hot drink cups. The chili itself did not compare to what I had in other stores - very watery and not enough meat! Management needs to take charge! Avoid this store!! A rating of one star is generous! read more
